For example, when the method is applied to a vehicle cloud, the vehicle cloud may be configured to receive a cancellation request for the vehicle-using order sent by a shared vehicle operation platform, where the cancellation request is sent to the shared vehicle operation platform by a second mobile terminal; the vehicle cloud detects whether the cancellation request comprises complaint information, and if yes, detects whether the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle meets the vehicle air quality requirement, namely, judges whether the in-vehicle air quality data which does not meet the vehicle air quality requirement is included according to the in-vehicle air quality data fed back by the target vehicle; and if the detected in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle does not meet the vehicle air quality requirement, responding to the cancellation request, and ending the vehicle order.
Or when the method is applied to a shared vehicle operation platform, the shared vehicle operation platform receives a cancellation request for the vehicle order sent by a second mobile terminal; if the fact that the request for cancellation comprises complaint information is detected, whether the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle meets the vehicle air quality requirement is detected from in-vehicle air quality data sent by a vehicle cloud, and if the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle does not meet the vehicle air quality requirement, the shared vehicle operation platform responds to the request for cancellation and ends the vehicle order.
The user may issue a cancellation request for the vehicle order to end the vehicle order when the second mobile terminal receives the prompt message, that is, when the second mobile terminal knows that the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle does not meet the vehicle air quality requirement.
In this step, when a cancel request for a vehicle order is received, if it is detected that the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle does not meet the vehicle air quality requirement, the vehicle order is ended, so that the travel demand and the rights and interests of the travel user are better guaranteed, and the initiative of the travel user for shared travel is also improved.
Further, in a case that the vehicle order is ended due to the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle not meeting the vehicle air quality requirement, the method further comprises: determining the cancellation request as a gratuitous cancellation.
That is, the cancel request of the vehicle order is made because the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle does not meet the vehicle air quality requirement, which is made by the user due to the target vehicle, and after the vehicle order is ended, the shared vehicle operation platform may determine the cancel request of the vehicle order as a gratuitous cancel, that is, the user may be exempted from paying the fee of the vehicle order. Therefore, legal rights and interests of the user in the shared trip are better guaranteed, the trip experience of the user is improved, and the target vehicle in the shared trip can be supervised and standardized.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is another method for generating a shared vehicle order according to an embodiment of the disclosure. Wherein, air detection module and on-vehicle module all are located the vehicle, and cloud service can refer to the vehicle high in the clouds in above-mentioned embodiment, and operation service can refer to the shared vehicle operation platform in above-mentioned embodiment, and cell-phone APP can refer to the second mobile terminal that sends out the order request of using a car in above-mentioned embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2, the air detection module detects the smoke smell condition in the vehicle and transmits the detection result to the vehicle-mounted module, the vehicle-mounted module processes the received detection result and uploads the processed smoke smell data to the cloud service, and the cloud service stores the received smoke smell data and synchronizes the data to the operation service; the trip user can filter the requirement of "smoke" to the vehicle through cell-phone APP on the second mobile terminal before initiating the order request for vehicle, also can mark the requirement of "smoke" to the vehicle in the order request for vehicle, if require no smoke, cell-phone APP will initiate with order request for vehicle send operation service, operation service matches the vehicle that accords with the order request for vehicle according to the "smoke" data of the synchronous vehicle of cloud service, and generate order receiving information, will receive order information feedback to cell-phone APP, and synchronous to cloud service, cloud service will order receiving information sends to order receiving vehicle, and send warning information to order receiving vehicle, in order reminding the car owner not to smoke before the order is accomplished, with the right trip benefit of guarantee user.
Further, after a vehicle order is generated, an air detection module on a vehicle detects the smoke condition in the vehicle in real time and transmits a detection result to the vehicle-mounted module, the vehicle-mounted module processes the received detection result and uploads the processed smoke data to a cloud service, and the cloud service stores the received smoke data and can synchronize the data to an operation service; the operation service synchronizes the smoke smell data to the mobile phone APP initiating the vehicle order request, and displays the smoke smell data on the mobile phone APP in real time, so that the user can know whether smoke smell and air quality exist in the vehicle in real time, and better traveling and riding experience is provided for the user. If the user finds that the displayed smoke smell data do not meet the self requirement, the user can initiate a cancellation order, the mobile phone APP sends the cancellation order to the operation service, the operation service judges whether the smoke smell data of the order receiving vehicle exceeds the standard or not according to the smoke smell data of the vehicle synchronized with the cloud service, if yes, the operation service judges that the cancellation order is valid, the vehicle order is cancelled, and the vehicle order is ended; meanwhile, the operation service feeds back the order canceling message to the mobile phone APP and synchronizes to the cloud service, and the cloud service sends the order canceling message to the order receiving vehicle again. Therefore, the travel demand and the rights and interests of the users in the trip are better guaranteed, the initiative of the users in the shared trip is improved, and the system and the method can also play a role in supervision and standardization of order receiving vehicles in the shared trip.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a structural diagram of a shared vehicle order generation device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 3, the shared vehicle order generation device 300 includes:
an obtaining module 301, configured to obtain a vehicle order request;
a selecting module 302, configured to select a target vehicle meeting a vehicle air quality requirement if it is identified that the vehicle order request includes the vehicle air quality requirement;
a generating module 303, configured to generate a vehicle order in response to the vehicle order request; and the vehicle information in the vehicle order is the information of the target vehicle.
Optionally, the selecting module 302 is further configured to:
and under the condition that the target user identification is identified to be included in the vehicle order request, determining that the vehicle air quality requirement information is included in the vehicle order request.
Optionally, the apparatus 300 further comprises:
an output module to output the vehicle air quality requirement to the target vehicle and/or a first mobile terminal associated with the target vehicle.
Optionally, the output module is further configured to:
and under the condition that the vehicle using order is not finished, if the condition that the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle does not meet the vehicle air quality requirement is detected, outputting prompt information to at least one of the target vehicle, the first mobile terminal and a second mobile terminal, wherein the second mobile terminal is the mobile terminal for receiving the vehicle using order.
Optionally, the apparatus 300 further comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving a cancellation request aiming at the vehicle order;
the identification module is used for identifying whether the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle meets the vehicle air quality requirement or not under the condition that the obtained cancellation request comprises complaint information;
and the ending module is used for responding to the cancellation request and ending the vehicle order if the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle is identified to be not in accordance with the vehicle air quality requirement.
Optionally, the apparatus 300 further comprises:
a determining module for determining the cancellation request as a gratuitous cancellation.
Optionally, the apparatus 300 is applied to a vehicle cloud or a shared vehicle operation platform.
The shared vehicle order generation apparatus 300 according to the embodiment of the disclosure may be configured to execute all steps of the shared vehicle order generation method, and achieve the same technical effect, and related concepts and specific implementations thereof may refer to the description of the shared vehicle order generation method, which is not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, after obtaining the vehicle usage order request, if it is identified that the vehicle usage order request includes the vehicle air quality requirement, the shared vehicle usage order generation device 300 selects a target vehicle that meets the vehicle air quality requirement, and generates a vehicle usage order. Therefore, in the shared trip, a proper target vehicle can be selected to generate the vehicle order according to the condition that whether the vehicle air quality requirement exists in the vehicle order is identified, and the vehicle experience and satisfaction of trip users are further improved; correspondingly, before the user goes out in a sharing mode, the air quality requirement of the vehicle can be marked through the order request of the vehicle, the target vehicle which can meet the requirement of the user can be actively required to receive orders, the initiative of the vehicle in the sharing mode is improved, and the going out requirement of the user can be guaranteed.
The embodiment of the disclosure further provides a vehicle cloud, which includes a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, and when executed by the processor, the computer program implements each process of the above-mentioned shared vehicle order generation method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
The embodiment of the disclosure further provides a shared vehicle operation platform, which includes a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, and when the computer program is executed by the processor, the computer program implements each process of the shared vehicle order generation method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the detailed description is omitted here.
The embodiment of the disclosure further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements each process of the above-mentioned method for generating a shared vehicle order, and can achieve the same technical effect, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition. The computer-readable storage medium may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (17)

1. A method for generating a shared vehicle order, comprising:
acquiring a vehicle using order request;
under the condition that the vehicle air quality requirement is identified to be included in the vehicle order request, selecting a target vehicle meeting the vehicle air quality requirement;
generating a vehicle order to respond to the vehicle order request; and the vehicle information in the vehicle order is the information of the target vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of identifying that a vehicle air quality requirement is included in the vehicle order request comprises:
and under the condition that the target user identification is identified to be included in the vehicle order request, determining that the vehicle air quality requirement information is included in the vehicle order request.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of generating a vehicle order in response to the vehicle order request, the method further comprises:
Outputting the vehicle air quality requirement to the target vehicle and/or a first mobile terminal associated with the target vehicle.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the step of generating the vehicle order in response to the vehicle order request, the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the vehicle using order is not finished, if the condition that the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle does not meet the vehicle air quality requirement is detected, outputting prompt information to at least one of the target vehicle, the first mobile terminal and a second mobile terminal, wherein the second mobile terminal is the mobile terminal for receiving the vehicle using order.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of generating a vehicle order in response to the vehicle order request, the method further comprises:
receiving a cancel request for the vehicle order;
identifying whether the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle meets the vehicle air quality requirement or not under the condition that the obtained cancellation request comprises complaint information;
and if the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle is identified to be not in accordance with the vehicle air quality requirement, responding to the cancellation request, and ending the vehicle order.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after the step of ending the power order, the method further comprises:
determining the cancellation request as a gratuitous cancellation.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the method is applied to a vehicle cloud or a shared vehicle operation platform.
8. A shared vehicle order generation device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a vehicle using order request;
the selection module is used for selecting a target vehicle meeting the vehicle air quality requirement under the condition that the vehicle using order request is identified to include the vehicle air quality requirement;
the generating module is used for generating a vehicle order to respond to the vehicle order request; and the vehicle information in the vehicle order is the information of the target vehicle.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the selection module is further configured to:
and under the condition that the target user identification is identified to be included in the vehicle order request, determining that the vehicle air quality requirement information is included in the vehicle order request.
10. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
An output module to output the vehicle air quality requirement to the target vehicle and/or a first mobile terminal associated with the target vehicle.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the output module is further configured to:
and under the condition that the vehicle using order is not finished, if the condition that the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle does not meet the vehicle air quality requirement is detected, outputting prompt information to at least one of the target vehicle, the first mobile terminal and a second mobile terminal, wherein the second mobile terminal is the mobile terminal for receiving the vehicle using order.
12. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a cancellation request aiming at the vehicle order;
the identification module is used for identifying whether the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle meets the vehicle air quality requirement or not under the condition that the obtained cancellation request comprises complaint information;
and the ending module is used for responding to the cancellation request and ending the vehicle order if the in-vehicle air quality of the target vehicle is identified to be not in accordance with the vehicle air quality requirement.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, further comprising:
a determining module for determining the cancellation request as a gratuitous cancellation.
14. The device according to any one of claims 8-13, wherein the device is applied to a vehicle cloud or a shared vehicle operation platform.
15. A vehicle cloud comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the method of generating a shared vehicle order according to any one of claims 1-6.
16. A shared vehicle operation platform, comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the method of generating a shared vehicle order of any of claims 1-6.
17. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of generating a shared vehicle order according to any one of claims 1-6.
