Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an order processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the order processing method is applied to an order processing apparatus, and the order processing apparatus may be a server or a terminal having an order processing function. As shown in fig. 1, the order processing method mainly includes the following steps:
step 101, allocating a target virtual account to a target order, wherein the target virtual account is an account associated with a target entity account, and the target order is uniquely corresponding to the target virtual account;
the order processing method provided by the embodiment is mainly used for checking the payment state of an order according to the transaction information of an account, wherein the transaction information of the account is the flow information generated by a user transferring payment to the account through an internet bank, a mobile banking application, an ATM (automatic teller machine) machine and the like, or the flow information generated by the account transferring payment to a personal account of the user, and the transaction information includes but is not limited to the account information of a transaction initiator, transaction time, transaction amount and the like.
The account referred to in this embodiment is a merchant account from which an order is generated for selling a product and/or service, and the account type includes an entity account and a virtual account associated with the entity account. Specifically, the entity account is an account actually opened by the merchant at the bank, including but not limited to a bank card account, a bankbook account, and the like, and the virtual account is a plurality of sub-accounts generated depending on the entity account. Each virtual account number can be equivalent to the associated entity account, and the transaction information generated by the virtual account number is used for carrying out the actual transaction operation by the entity account, and the transaction process is only recorded on the virtual account. Otherwise, the transaction information directly generated through the entity account is not recorded on the virtual account.
Specifically, if the monitored order is a target order, an entity account corresponding to an initiating merchant of the target order is a target entity account, and among a plurality of virtual accounts corresponding to the target entity account, a virtual account uniquely corresponding to the target order is a target virtual account.
After the order processing device generates the order, a virtual account is distributed for the order so as to monitor the payment state of the order. Defining an order to be processed as a target order, and after the target order is generated, allocating a corresponding virtual account for the target order, and defining the virtual account as a target virtual account. The target order is uniquely associated with the target virtual account, or at least both, during the period from the generation of the target order to the completion of the payment.
As shown in FIG. 2, 1 physical account A of a merchant, the associated virtual accounts include a1, a2, a3 … … aN. For example, in a certain case, if the buyer user transfers to the virtual account a1, the transaction information of the transfer is recorded on the virtual account a1, the actual receiver of the transfer is the physical account a, the transaction information is also recorded on the physical account a, and the transaction information is not recorded on the other virtual accounts a2 and a3 … … aN. In another case, if the buyer user directly transfers to the entity account a, the transaction information of the transfer is not recorded on all virtual accounts, the actual receiver of the transfer is the entity account a, and the transaction information is also recorded on the entity account a. In the case of refund from a merchant account to a buyer user, the physical account a may directly transfer refund to the buyer user, all virtual accounts may not record transaction information of this transfer refund, if the physical account a specifies transfer of refund to the buyer user through the virtual account a2, the virtual account a2 may record transaction information of this transfer refund, the physical account a actually performs refund operation, and the physical account a may also record transaction information of this transfer refund.
102, comparing the transaction information under the target virtual account with the receivable information of the order;
when the order processing device generates the target order, the receivable information of the target order is determined according to the transaction content of the target order, and the receivable information and the target order are bound and stored. Specifically, the receivable information may include information such as a receivable amount and a receivable time.
After the order processing device allocates the target virtual account to the target order, the update state of the transaction information of the target virtual account is monitored. In this process, the order processing device may periodically apply for and query the bank for the transaction information of the target virtual account, or the bank may also actively send the updated transaction information to the order processing device after the transaction information of the target virtual account is updated, and other schemes capable of monitoring the transaction information of the target virtual account are applicable to this embodiment and are not limited.
After monitoring the transaction information of the target virtual account, the order processing device compares the transaction information with the receivable information recorded in the target order to determine whether the amounts of the transaction information and the receivable information are consistent. It should be noted that the consistency here may mean that the amounts are completely equal, or the difference between the amounts is within a preset threshold. In addition, considering that some orders have control of transaction time limit, when the order processing device compares the transaction information of the target virtual account with the receivable information, the order processing device can also provide a comparison result of the transaction time of the transaction information and the agreed transaction time limit of the receivable information, so that corresponding reward and penalty or other processing can be carried out according to whether the transaction time meets the agreed transaction time limit.
And 103, if the transaction information is consistent with the receivable information, updating the payment state of the target order to be paid.
And when the order processing device determines that the transaction information of the target virtual account is consistent with the receivable information of the target order according to the steps, the order processing device determines that the target order is successfully paid, and the payment state of the target order can be automatically updated to be paid. Therefore, the user and related personnel in the merchant can master the payment state of the order rapidly by actively inquiring in the order processing device.
Of course, in another embodiment, the order processing device is in communication connection with both a first terminal held by a merchant user of the target order and a second terminal held by a buyer user of the target order;
the method may further comprise:
and if the transaction information is inconsistent with the receivable information, outputting first notification information to the first terminal and/or the second terminal, wherein the first notification information is used for indicating that the transaction information is inconsistent with the receivable information.
In this embodiment, a first terminal and a second terminal are added, a merchant user who generates a target order is connected to the order processing device through the first terminal, and a second terminal owned by a buyer user who applies for the target order is also connected to the order processing device. It should be noted that the merchant user referred to herein refers to the original provider of the goods or services involved in the transaction, and the buyer user is the party applying for the transaction. However, since there may be different types of transactions such as buying or selling, the merchant user is not limited to selling a product or service, nor buying a product or service. The holding object of the first terminal held by the merchant user may be all users of the merchant, or may be a designated user for a part in the merchant, for example, a sales counselor or a financial staff of the merchant, without limitation.
The order processing device determines that the transaction information and the receivable information of the target virtual account are inconsistent by comparing the transaction information and the receivable information, and abnormal situations such as the payment amount does not reach the payable amount, the payment amount exceeds the payable amount, or the payment account is wrong may occur. At this time, the order processing apparatus may generate first notification information indicating that the transaction information is inconsistent with the receivable information, and transmit the first notification information to the first terminal and/or the second terminal to notify the relevant person of information collation or other processing. For example, the buyer user of the second terminal is informed to withdraw the payment operation actively, or the merchant user of the first terminal is informed to return to collection or check the transaction information actively.
Correspondingly, after the step of updating the payment status of the target order to be paid, the method further comprises:
and outputting second notification information to the first terminal and/or a second terminal, wherein the second notification information is used for indicating that the target order payment is completed.
After monitoring that the target order payment is completed, the order processing device can generate second notification information for indicating that the target order payment is completed, and sends the second notification information to the first terminal and/or the second terminal so as to inform related personnel of continuing the next operation. For example, the merchant user of the first terminal is informed to deliver the goods or services, or the buyer user of the second terminal is informed to receive or ask for the goods or services, etc.
In the order processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the order is processed, the only corresponding target virtual account is matched for each target order, the target virtual account is associated with the target entity account of the target order, and the transaction information of the target virtual account is the actual transaction information of the target entity account. By monitoring the transaction information of the target virtual account, the payment state of the target order can be automatically and quickly checked according to the transaction information. According to the order processing method provided by the embodiment, the user does not need to search the transaction information corresponding to the target order from the transaction information of the target entity account, so that the labor cost and the time cost are saved, and the efficiency and the accuracy of order payment state checking are improved.
In the foregoing embodiment, the step of allocating the target virtual account to the target order in step 101 may include:
obtaining at least one virtual account associated with the target entity account;
and allocating one virtual account which is not bound with other orders to the target order as the target virtual account in the at least one virtual account.
After the order processing device generates the target order, when the virtual account is allocated to the target order, the target entity account of a merchant providing the target order is obtained first, and then the virtual account associated with the target entity account is searched. To ensure the target order is uniquely associated with the target virtual account, the order processing device assigns only one virtual account that has not yet been bound to any order to the target order as the target virtual account. It should be noted that the virtual account that is not bound to any order here may be a virtual account that has never been bound to any order, or may be a virtual account that has been bound to another order but has been unbound.
In addition, after the step of updating the payment status of the target order to paid, the method may further include:
and releasing the binding state of the target virtual account and the target order.
After the target order payment is completed, the target virtual account and the target order can be unbound, so that the target virtual account can be used for monitoring and processing the payment state of other orders. Therefore, even if the number of the virtual accounts of the same entity account is limited and the order amount is large, the order processing scheme can be completed by repeatedly utilizing the virtual accounts, and the limit of the number of the virtual accounts in the order processing scheme is reduced.
In another specific embodiment, before the step of allocating the target virtual account to the target order, the method further includes:
receiving a purchase request sent by the second terminal;
generating the target order based on the purchase request;
after the step of allocating the target virtual account to the target order, the method further comprises:
and sending the target order and the target virtual account to the second terminal.
The present embodiment further defines the order generation process. After receiving a purchase request of a buyer user through a second terminal held by the buyer user, a corresponding target order is generated, then a unique corresponding target virtual account is allocated to the target order, and the target order and the target virtual account are sent to the second terminal held by the buyer user, so that the buyer user can acquire a collection account. The buyer user transfers payment to the target virtual account, and the order payment item can monitor the transaction information on the target virtual account to perform subsequent order processing operation. In addition, considering that there may be a case where the sales counselor of the merchant user places an order instead of the buyer user at the time of a specific transaction, the initiator of the purchase request may be the first terminal held by the merchant user, and the target order may be received by the second terminal of the buyer user or the first terminal held by the merchant user, which is not limited.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an order obtaining method according to another embodiment of the present invention, where the order obtaining method is applied to a terminal, and the terminal may be a second terminal involved in the order processing method provided in the embodiment shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the steps of:
step 301, sending a purchase request to an order processing device;
step 302, receiving a target order returned by the order processing device and a target virtual account uniquely corresponding to the target order.
In this embodiment, a user may send a purchase request to an order processing device through a terminal, and the order processing device generates a target order according to the purchase request and matches the target order with a unique corresponding target virtual account. And the order processing device sends the target order and the target virtual account to a terminal corresponding to the buyer user so that the buyer user transfers payment to the target virtual account, and when the transaction information of the target virtual account is monitored to be consistent with the receivable information of the target order, the payment state of the target order is updated to be finished for the user and the merchant to check.
According to the order obtaining method provided by the embodiment, when an order is applied for generation, the only target virtual account corresponding to the generated target order is obtained, the order payment operation can be completed by transferring payment to the target virtual account, and the order obtaining device can automatically and quickly check the payment state of the target order according to the transaction information by monitoring the transaction information of the target virtual account. According to the order obtaining method, the user does not need to search the transaction information corresponding to the target order from the transaction information of the target entity account, so that the labor cost and the time cost are saved, and the efficiency and the accuracy of order payment state checking are improved. For a specific implementation process of the order obtaining method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, reference may be made to the specific implementation process of the order processing method provided in the above embodiment, and details are not described here any more.
Referring to fig. 4, a specific implementation process of an order processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 4, the following processes are mainly included:
step 401, the terminal sends a purchase request;
step 402, the order processing device generates a target order based on the purchase request, and allocates a target virtual account for the target order;
step 403, the order processing device sends the target order and the target virtual account to a terminal;
step 404, transferring payment to the target virtual account by the terminal;
step 405, the bank receives transfer payment through a target entity account, receives money through the target entity account, and records transaction information in the target virtual account;
step 406, the bank sends the transaction information of the target virtual account to the order processing device;
step 407, the order processing device determines whether the transaction information under the target virtual account is consistent with the receivable information of the order;
step 408, if the transaction information is consistent with the receivable information, updating the payment state of the target order to be paid;
step 409, if the transaction information is inconsistent with the receivable information, outputting first notification information to a first terminal;
Step 410, the order processing device sends the second notification information to the terminal, wherein the second notification information is used for indicating that the target order payment is completed.
The order processing method provided by the embodiment can be applied to an online e-commerce platform (hereinafter referred to as a platform), and the order processing device is a background server of the platform. The platform provides a merchant collection bank account and opens a corresponding virtual account. For example, the virtual account is set to be an account composed of 5 digits.
The user can choose to purchase goods such as vehicles and the like on the platform, the name and the identification number of the licensor need to be filled in when placing an order, and bank transfer payment is selected after placing the order. The platform allocates a unique virtual account (account number 00001) for the order for the user to transfer money, and outputs the related information of the target virtual account number of the collection bank account to the terminal of the user. At this time, the virtual account 00001 and the order placed by the user are in a one-to-one binding relationship.
At the moment, the platform page user completes account transfer through an internet bank or a mobile phone bank according to the target account information, the user completes account transfer, and the name of the licensee is remarked during account transfer.
The platform is connected with a bank system in a butt joint mode, the conditions of the virtual accounts bound with the orders are monitored in real time, when bank running data of collection are found in the virtual accounts 00001, the amount of the running data, the name of the remark, the amount of collection of the orders corresponding to the virtual accounts and the name of the licensee are compared, if the comparison is successful, the order is confirmed to be paid, and the order payment state is updated to be paid. After the order of the user is completed, that is, the vehicle delivery is completed, the binding relationship between the virtual account 00001 and the order is released, and the virtual account is released to wait for being allocated next time. If the match is not successful, the sales person responsible for the order is notified for processing in the system. This situation occurs with a low probability.
After the user finishes transferring accounts, the user can see that the payment state is 'paid' in the order on the platform after few minutes or more hours. Meanwhile, the salesperson of the merchant can also see the payment state of the order, and can contact the buyer user to carry out vehicle delivery. In the whole process, only the user needs to finish bank account transfer, no person is involved in sales or financial staff, and manual information transmission is not needed, so that the efficiency is greatly improved; meanwhile, the user can also track the self money condition quickly, and the experience is improved. In addition, the salesperson can follow up with the order in real time in the system to better serve the customer.
And the virtual account is created and is bound with the platform order, so that the automatic confirmation of the car-purchasing transfer money is realized. The financial staff is prevented from manually confirming the money and informing the sales. The workload of all the processes participating in roles is reduced, the experience and efficiency of vehicle purchasing and payment of the user are improved, the working efficiency and the business efficiency of a platform enterprise are improved, the trivial work of sales personnel and financial affairs and communication and confirmation of the user is reduced, and the sales personnel and the financial affairs are more concentrated on the service user.
