Abstract
The invention discloses an emergency rescue command method and an emergency rescue command system, which comprise the following steps: a plurality of emergency disposal plan groups configured according to levels, wherein each level of emergency disposal plan group correspondingly serves rescue requests with at least one type of priority; transferring the rescue request into a queue of an emergency disposal plan group with a level corresponding to the priority of the rescue request for queuing; according to the length of the queuing time, the call requests in the queues of all levels of emergency disposal plan sets are distributed to the idle emergency disposal plans of the levels of emergency disposal plan sets in sequence; and each level of emergency disposal plan set is respectively configured with overflow time, and when the queuing time of a rescue request in the queue of the level of emergency disposal plan set reaches the overflow time of the level of emergency disposal plan set, the call request is transferred to the overflow set. By adopting the processing scheme grading and the SOS calling grading, the rescue efficiency and accuracy are improved.

each level of emergency disposal plan set is respectively configured with overflow time, and when the queuing time of a rescue request in the queue of the level of emergency disposal plan set reaches the overflow time of the level of emergency disposal plan set, the call request is transferred to the overflow set; in the overflow group, according to the priority of each rescue request from high to low, each rescue request is sequentially distributed to the emergency treatment plan of the level corresponding to the priority or the emergency treatment plan of the level lower than the priority.

acquiring an emergency disposal plan corresponding to the service type of the rescue request, wherein the emergency disposal plan comprises a plurality of emergency disposal plan groups configured according to levels, and each level of emergency disposal plan group corresponds to the rescue request with at least one type of priority;
transferring the rescue request into a queue of an emergency disposal plan group with a level corresponding to the priority of the rescue request for queuing;
according to the length of the queuing time, the call requests in the queues of all levels of emergency disposal plan sets are distributed to the idle emergency disposal plans of the levels of emergency disposal plan sets in sequence; and
each level of emergency disposal plan set is respectively configured with overflow time, and when the queuing time of a rescue request in the queue of the level of emergency disposal plan set reaches the overflow time of the level of emergency disposal plan set, the call request is transferred to the overflow set; in the overflow group, according to the priority of each rescue request from high to low, each rescue request is sequentially distributed to the emergency treatment plan of the level corresponding to the priority or the emergency treatment plan of the level lower than the priority.
