In the embodiment of the application, the equipment upgrading is started by a user, and the whole upgrading process can normally run only if the user allows the upgrading to be started. And if the target equipment does not receive the upgrading starting instruction sent by the preset user terminal, the subsequent upgrading process cannot be executed.

According to the method and the device, the equipment upgrading is started through the user, only if the user allows the upgrading to be started, the whole upgrading process can normally run, the user can upgrade according to actual conditions, and application requirements are met. In addition, the target device in the embodiment of the application judges whether the device needs to be upgraded according to the upgrade information by receiving the upgrade information sent by the server, and if the device needs to be upgraded, a corresponding upgrade package is obtained from the server for upgrading, wherein maintenance personnel do not need to arrive at the field of the device or the home of a user in the upgrade process, so that the remote upgrade of a product is realized, the product software can be automatically updated, the product function is ensured to be the latest function, and part of software abnormity can be repaired, so that the method is suitable for application.
The device upgrade method according to the embodiment of the present application is described in detail in the above embodiment from the target device side, and the device upgrade method provided in the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail in the following from the server side in conjunction with the following embodiment. It should be understood that certain concepts, characteristics, and the like of the server-side description correspond to those of the target device side, and the repeated description is appropriately omitted for the sake of brevity.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of another device upgrading method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where an execution subject in this embodiment may be the server in fig. 1, and a specific execution subject may be determined according to an actual application scenario. As shown in fig. 5, the device upgrading method provided in the embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
s501: and sending upgrade information to the target equipment, wherein the upgrade information carries an identifier of the equipment to be upgraded and an identifier of an upgrade package, and the upgrade information is used for indicating the target equipment to determine whether the target equipment needs to be upgraded according to the identifier of the equipment to be upgraded and the identifier of the upgrade package, and if the target equipment needs to be upgraded, sending an upgrade package acquisition request to the server.
S502: and feeding back the upgrade package according to the upgrade package acquisition request, wherein the upgrade package is used for indicating the target equipment to upgrade the target equipment according to the upgrade package.
In one possible design, the method further includes:
receiving information of successful upgrade sent by target equipment; and sending the information of successful upgrade to a preset user terminal.
In one possible design, the method further includes:
receiving information which is sent by a target terminal and needs to be upgraded of target equipment; and sending the information needing to be upgraded to a preset user terminal, wherein the information needing to be upgraded is used for indicating the preset user terminal to determine whether to send a start upgrading instruction to target user equipment, and the start upgrading instruction is used for indicating the target terminal to send an upgrading packet acquisition request to a server according to the start upgrading instruction.
According to the method and the device, the server sends the upgrading information to the target device, so that the target device judges whether the device needs to be upgraded according to the upgrading information, if the device needs to be upgraded, the corresponding upgrading package is obtained from the server for upgrading, maintenance personnel do not need to arrive at the site of the device or at the home of a user in the upgrading process, remote upgrading of products is achieved, product software can be automatically updated, the functions of the products are guaranteed to be the latest functions, part of software abnormity can be repaired, and the method and the device are suitable for application. In addition, for the used products, if the products are optimized, the upgrading scheme can be adopted to upgrade the products, and performance and experience improvement is brought to the products.
In addition, an embodiment of the present application further provides another device upgrading method, which is described by interacting between a target device, a server, and a preset user terminal, and as shown in fig. 6, the method may include:
s601: and the server sends upgrading information to the target equipment, wherein the upgrading information carries the identification of the equipment to be upgraded and the identification of the upgrading packet.
S602: and the target equipment determines whether the target equipment needs to be upgraded or not according to the identifier of the equipment to be upgraded and the identifier of the upgrade package.
Illustratively, the target device determines whether the target device is the device to be upgraded according to the identifier of the device to be upgraded and the identifier of the target device;
and if the target equipment is the equipment to be upgraded, determining whether the target equipment needs to be upgraded according to the identification of the upgrade package and the identification of the package corresponding to the upgrade package in the target equipment.
S603: and if the target equipment needs to be upgraded, the target equipment feeds back the information that the target equipment needs to be upgraded to the server.
S604: and the server sends the information needing to be upgraded to a preset user terminal.
Here, the user may perform corresponding processing on the preset user terminal according to an actual situation, for example, if the user needs to upgrade, the user sends an upgrade starting instruction to the target device through the preset user terminal.
S605: and if the target equipment receives a start upgrading instruction sent by a preset user terminal, sending the upgrading packet acquisition request to the server according to the start upgrading instruction.
S606: and the server feeds back the upgrade package according to the upgrade package acquisition request.
S607: the target equipment carries out integrity check on the upgrade package according to the upgrade package; and if the upgrade package is completely verified, upgrading the target equipment according to the upgrade package.
S608: if the target equipment fails to be upgraded, the target equipment starts a backup unit, a backup package corresponding to the upgrading package is stored in the backup unit, and the backup package is a package enabling the target equipment to normally work.
S609: and if the target equipment is upgraded successfully, the target equipment sends the information of the successful upgrading of the target equipment to the server.
S610: and the server sends the information of successful upgrade to a preset user terminal.
From the above description, the embodiment of the application realizes remote automatic upgrade of equipment, automatically updates products, ensures the latest functions of the products, repairs part of software exceptions, and is suitable for application. In addition, in the embodiment of the application, the upgrade is started by a user, and the whole upgrade process can normally run only if the user allows the upgrade to be started. The upgrading package can be verified in the upgrading process, the upgrading can be carried out after the verification is passed, and the upgrading cannot be carried out after the verification is failed. In addition, when the upgrading fails, the backup unit can be started, so that the normal operation of the product is ensured, and the use of a user is not influenced.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus upgrading device according to an embodiment of the present application, corresponding to the apparatus upgrading method according to the foregoing embodiment. For convenience of explanation, only portions related to the embodiments of the present application are shown. Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus upgrading apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, where the apparatus upgrading apparatus 70 includes: a receiving module 701, a determining module 702, a first transmitting module 703 and an upgrading module 704. The device upgrading apparatus may be a chip or an integrated circuit that implements the functions of the target device. It should be noted here that the division of the receiving module, the determining module, the first sending module, and the upgrading module is only a division of logical functions, and the two may be integrated or independent physically.
The receiving module 701 is configured to receive upgrade information sent by a server, where the upgrade information carries an identifier of a device to be upgraded and an identifier of an upgrade package. A determining module 702, configured to determine whether the target device needs to be upgraded according to the identifier of the device to be upgraded and the identifier of the upgrade package. A first sending module 703 is configured to send an upgrade package acquisition request to the server if the target device needs to be upgraded, where the upgrade package acquisition request is used to instruct the server to feed back the upgrade package. And the upgrading module 704 is configured to upgrade the target device according to the upgrade package.
In one possible design, the determining module 702 is specifically configured to:
determining whether the target equipment is the equipment to be upgraded or not according to the identification of the equipment to be upgraded and the identification of the target equipment;
and if the target equipment is the equipment to be upgraded, determining whether the target equipment needs to be upgraded according to the identification of the upgrade package and the identification of the package corresponding to the upgrade package in the target equipment.
In one possible design, the upgrade module 704 is specifically configured to:
carrying out integrity check on the upgrade package;
and if the upgrade package is completely verified, upgrading the target equipment according to the upgrade package.
In one possible design, the first sending module 703 is specifically configured to:
feeding back information needing to be upgraded of the target equipment to the server, wherein the information needing to be upgraded is used for indicating the server to send the information needing to be upgraded to a preset user terminal;
and if receiving a start upgrading instruction sent by the preset user terminal, sending the upgrading packet acquisition request to the server according to the start upgrading instruction.
In one possible design, the upgrade module 704 is specifically configured to:
and if the target equipment fails to be upgraded, starting a backup unit, wherein a backup package corresponding to the upgrading package is stored in the backup unit, and the backup package is a package for enabling the target equipment to normally work.
In one possible design, the upgrade module 704 is specifically configured to:
and if the target equipment is successfully upgraded, sending the information of successful upgrading of the target equipment to the server, wherein the information of successful upgrading is used for indicating the server to send the information of successful upgrading to a preset user terminal.
The apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application may be configured to implement the technical solution of the method embodiment, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again in the embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of another device upgrading apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the device upgrading apparatus 80 includes: a second sending module 801 and a feedback module 802. The device upgrading device may be the server itself, or a chip or an integrated circuit that implements the functions of the server. It should be noted here that the division of the second sending module and the feedback module is only a division of a logic function, and the two may be integrated or independent physically.
The second sending module 801 is configured to send upgrade information to a target device, where the upgrade information carries an identifier of a device to be upgraded and an identifier of an upgrade package, and the upgrade information is used to instruct the target device to determine whether the target device needs to be upgraded according to the identifier of the device to be upgraded and the identifier of the upgrade package, and if the target device needs to be upgraded, send an upgrade package acquisition request to a server. A feedback module 802, configured to feed back the upgrade package according to the upgrade package acquisition request, where the upgrade package is used to instruct the target device to upgrade the target device according to the upgrade package.
In one possible design, the second sending module 801 is further configured to:
receiving information of successful upgrade sent by the target equipment; and sending the information of successful upgrade to a preset user terminal.
The apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application may be configured to implement the technical solution of the method embodiment, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again in the embodiment of the present application.
Alternatively, fig. 9A and 9B schematically provide one possible basic hardware architecture of the device upgrade system described herein.
Referring to fig. 9A and 9B, a device upgrade system 900 includes at least one processor 901 and a communication interface 903. Further optionally, a memory 902 and a bus 904 may also be included.
The device upgrade system 900 may be a computer or a server, which is not particularly limited in this application. In the device upgrade system 900, the number of the processors 901 may be one or more, and fig. 9A and 9B illustrate only one of the processors 901. Alternatively, the processor 901 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), or a Digital Signal Processor (DSP). If the device upgrade system 900 has multiple processors 901, the types of the multiple processors 901 may be different, or may be the same. Optionally, the plurality of processors 901 of the device upgrade system 900 may also be integrated as a multi-core processor.
Memory 902 stores computer instructions and data; the memory 902 may store computer instructions and data necessary to implement the above-described device upgrade methods provided herein, e.g., the memory 902 stores instructions for implementing the steps of the above-described device upgrade methods. Memory 902 may be any one or any combination of the following storage media: nonvolatile memory (e.g., Read Only Memory (ROM), Solid State Disk (SSD), hard disk (HDD), optical disk), volatile memory.
The communication interface 903 may provide information input/output for the at least one processor. Any one or any combination of the following devices may also be included: a network interface (e.g., an ethernet interface), a wireless network card, etc. having a network access function.
Optionally, the communication interface 903 may also be used for data communication of the device upgrade system 900 with other computing devices or terminals.
Further alternatively, fig. 9A and 9B show the bus 904 by a thick line. The bus 904 may connect the processor 901 with the memory 902 and the communication interface 903. Thus, via bus 904, processor 901 may access memory 902 and may also interact with other computing devices or terminals using communication interface 903.
In the present application, the device upgrade system 900 executes computer instructions in the memory 902, so that the device upgrade system 900 implements the device upgrade method provided in the present application, or the device upgrade system 900 deploys the device upgrade apparatus.
From the perspective of logical functional division, exemplarily, as shown in fig. 9A, a receiving module 701, a determining module 702, a first sending module 703 and an upgrading module 704 may be included in the memory 902. The inclusion herein merely relates to that the instructions stored in the memory may, when executed, implement the functions of the receiving module, the determining module, the first transmitting module and the upgrading module, respectively, without limiting to a physical structure.
In one possible design, as shown in fig. 9B, the memory 902 includes a second sending module 801 and a feedback module 802.
In addition, the device upgrading apparatus may be implemented by software as shown in fig. 9A and 9B, or may be implemented by hardware as a hardware module or as a circuit unit.
A computer program product comprising computer instructions for instructing a computing device to perform the above-described device upgrade method provided herein is provided.
The present application provides a chip comprising at least one processor and a communication interface providing information input and/or output for the at least one processor. Further, the chip may also include at least one memory for storing computer instructions. The at least one processor is used for calling and running the computer instructions to execute the device upgrading method provided by the application.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.

Claims (10)

1. A method for upgrading a device, comprising:
receiving upgrade information sent by a server, wherein the upgrade information carries an identifier of equipment to be upgraded and an identifier of an upgrade package;
determining whether the target equipment needs to be upgraded or not according to the identifier of the equipment to be upgraded and the identifier of the upgrade package;
if the target equipment needs to be upgraded, sending an upgrade package acquisition request to the server, wherein the upgrade package acquisition request is used for indicating the server to feed back the upgrade package;
and upgrading the target equipment according to the upgrading packet.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the target device needs to be upgraded according to the identifier of the device to be upgraded and the identifier of the upgrade package comprises:
determining whether the target equipment is the equipment to be upgraded or not according to the identification of the equipment to be upgraded and the identification of the target equipment;
and if the target equipment is the equipment to be upgraded, determining whether the target equipment needs to be upgraded according to the identification of the upgrade package and the identification of the package corresponding to the upgrade package in the target equipment.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein upgrading the target device according to the upgrade package comprises:
carrying out integrity check on the upgrade package;
and if the upgrade package is completely verified, upgrading the target equipment according to the upgrade package.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising, before the sending an upgrade package acquisition request to the server:
feeding back information needing to be upgraded of the target equipment to the server, wherein the information needing to be upgraded is used for indicating the server to send the information needing to be upgraded to a preset user terminal;
the sending of the upgrade package acquisition request to the server includes:
and if receiving a start upgrading instruction sent by the preset user terminal, sending the upgrading packet acquisition request to the server according to the start upgrading instruction.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising, after the upgrading the target device according to the upgrade package:
and if the target equipment fails to be upgraded, starting a backup unit, wherein a backup package corresponding to the upgrading package is stored in the backup unit, and the backup package is a package for enabling the target equipment to normally work.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising, after the upgrading the target device according to the upgrade package:
and if the target equipment is successfully upgraded, sending the information of successful upgrading of the target equipment to the server, wherein the information of successful upgrading is used for indicating the server to send the information of successful upgrading to a preset user terminal.
7. A method for upgrading a device, comprising:
sending upgrade information to target equipment, wherein the upgrade information carries an identifier of equipment to be upgraded and an identifier of an upgrade package, and the upgrade information is used for indicating the target equipment to determine whether the target equipment needs to be upgraded according to the identifier of the equipment to be upgraded and the identifier of the upgrade package, and if the target equipment needs to be upgraded, sending an upgrade package acquisition request to a server;
and feeding back the upgrade package according to the upgrade package acquisition request, wherein the upgrade package is used for indicating the target equipment to upgrade the target equipment according to the upgrade package.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
receiving information of successful upgrade sent by the target equipment;
and sending the information of successful upgrade to a preset user terminal.
9. A device upgrade system, characterized in that the system comprises a memory, a processor and computer instructions stored in the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor implement the device upgrade method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the device upgrade method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
