The invention provides a device for separating liquid of a quick automatic dyeing machine and a using method thereof.A nozzle cap is arranged on a spray head of a nozzle, the nozzle is of a tubular hollow structure, a tubular connector is arranged in the other end of the nozzle along the axial direction in a sliding manner, one end of the connector is detachably connected with the bottle mouth end of a bottle body, a one-way valve is correspondingly arranged at the bottle mouth end of the bottle body in the connector, a gas-tight valve is also fixed in the connector, a pump core is arranged in the nozzle along the axial direction, one end of the pump core is butted with the spray head, the other end of the pump core penetrates through the gas-tight valve in the connector, the pump core and the gas-tight valve are in sliding sealing, a spring is sheathed outside the pump core and is arranged between the pump core and the connector, and the side wall of the. Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a device for separating liquid of a rapid automatic film dyeing machine and a using method thereof, so that quantitative liquid spraying of small-volume liquid is realized, and the automatic operation of an immunohistochemical process can be completed by matching with a card box to directly lay a film and an automatic device with a centrifugal liquid discharge structure.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the assembly and disassembly are convenient, and automation of an immunohistochemical process can be realized by matching with automatic equipment;
2. the air-tight valve, the one-way valve and the pump core in the pump valve component of the device structure are matched with the nozzle, so that the small-volume liquid can be quantitatively sprayed out, and the device has the characteristics of high precision, good repeatability, less reagent residue and the like;
3. the device can spray the two-dimensional code, supports the two-dimensional code scanning function, and can realize the functions of information management and the like.
