It can be understood that when the noise decibel difference value is smaller than a preset decibel threshold value, the difference between the target position of the gasoline engine to be detected before oil injection and the target position of the gasoline engine to be detected after oil injection is not large, and the abnormal sound source can be judged to be irrelevant to the piston pin connecting rod mechanism of the gasoline engine to be detected; and when the noise decibel difference value is not less than a preset decibel threshold value, the difference between the target position of the gasoline engine to be detected before oil injection and the target position of the gasoline engine to be detected after oil injection is larger, namely after oil injection, the abnormal sound is obviously reduced, and the source of the abnormal sound can be judged to be related to the piston pin connecting rod mechanism of the gasoline engine to be detected.
According to the scheme, the comparison result is obtained by comparing the current abnormal noise with the target abnormal noise; obtaining a noise decibel difference value of the target abnormal noise and the current abnormal noise from the comparison result; determining whether an abnormal sound source is related to a piston pin connecting rod mechanism of the gasoline engine to be detected or not according to the size relation between the noise decibel difference value and a preset decibel threshold value; the detection can be carried out in the whole vehicle carrying state of the engine, the engine does not need to be disassembled, a stand does not need to be arranged independently, and an NVH test does not need to be passed, so that the operation steps are simpler and more convenient, and the time for confirming the abnormal sound source can be greatly shortened; and can realize long-range oil spout during the idle operating mode, original oil spout system can, need not to set up oil spout system in addition.

Further, the detection program of the abnormal noise of the gasoline engine is executed by the processor to realize the following operations:
increasing the oil pressure of the gasoline engine to be detected, and opening a piston cooling nozzle to spray oil to a target position after the oil pressure is increased, wherein the target position is located at a piston pin connecting rod of the gasoline engine to be detected;
and acquiring the current abnormal noise of the gasoline engine to be detected.
Further, the detection program of the abnormal noise of the gasoline engine is executed by the processor to realize the following operations:
increasing the oil pressure of the gasoline engine to be detected according to a preset oil pressure increasing proportion;
after the oil pressure is increased, acquiring a current oil pressure value, and comparing the current oil pressure value with a preset oil pressure value;
and judging whether to open a piston cooling nozzle to spray oil at the target position according to the comparison magnitude relation between the current oil pressure value and the preset oil pressure value.
Further, the detection program of the abnormal noise of the gasoline engine is executed by the processor to realize the following operations:
setting a preset oil pressure increasing proportion through an engine management system;
and adjusting the duty ratio of the motor of the oil pump according to the preset oil pressure increasing proportion so as to increase the oil pressure of the gasoline engine to be detected.
Further, the detection program of the abnormal noise of the gasoline engine is executed by the processor to realize the following operations:
when the current oil pressure value is smaller than the preset oil pressure value, oil injection is carried out on the target position without opening a piston cooling nozzle;
and when the current oil pressure value is not less than the preset oil pressure value, modifying the idling condition through a preset engine management system command, and starting a piston cooling nozzle to inject oil to the target position.
Further, the detection program of the abnormal noise of the gasoline engine is executed by the processor to realize the following operations:
comparing the current abnormal noise with the target abnormal noise to obtain a comparison result;
obtaining a noise decibel difference value of the target abnormal noise and the current abnormal noise from the comparison result;
and determining whether the abnormal sound source is related to a piston pin connecting rod mechanism of the gasoline engine to be detected according to the size relation between the noise decibel difference value and a preset decibel threshold value.
Further, the detection program of the abnormal noise of the gasoline engine is executed by the processor to realize the following operations:
when the noise decibel difference value is smaller than a preset decibel threshold value, judging that the source of abnormal sound is irrelevant to a piston pin connecting rod mechanism of the gasoline engine to be detected;
and when the noise decibel difference value is not less than a preset decibel threshold value, judging that the source of abnormal sound is related to a piston pin connecting rod mechanism of the gasoline engine to be detected.
According to the scheme, the target abnormal noise of the gasoline engine to be detected under the idling working condition carried by the whole vehicle is obtained; injecting oil after the engine oil pressure of the gasoline engine to be detected is increased, and acquiring the current abnormal noise of the gasoline engine to be detected; comparing the current abnormal noise with the target abnormal noise, and determining whether an abnormal noise source is related to a piston pin connecting rod mechanism of the gasoline engine to be detected according to a comparison result; the detection can be carried out in the whole vehicle carrying state of the engine, the engine does not need to be disassembled, a stand does not need to be arranged independently, and an NVH test does not need to be passed, so that the operation steps are simpler and more convenient, and the time for confirming the abnormal sound source can be greatly shortened; and can realize long-range oil spout during the idle operating mode, original oil spout system can, need not to set up oil spout system in addition.

acquiring target abnormal noise of a gasoline engine to be detected under an idling working condition carried by a whole vehicle;
injecting oil after the engine oil pressure of the gasoline engine to be detected is increased, and acquiring the current abnormal noise of the gasoline engine to be detected;
and comparing the current abnormal noise with the target abnormal noise, and determining whether an abnormal noise source is related to a piston pin connecting rod mechanism of the gasoline engine to be detected according to a comparison result.
2. The method for detecting abnormal noise of a gasoline engine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of injecting oil after increasing the engine oil pressure of the gasoline engine to be detected to obtain the current abnormal noise of the gasoline engine to be detected comprises the steps of:
increasing the oil pressure of the gasoline engine to be detected, and opening a piston cooling nozzle to spray oil to a target position after the oil pressure is increased, wherein the target position is located at a piston pin connecting rod of the gasoline engine to be detected;
and acquiring the current abnormal noise of the gasoline engine to be detected.
3. The method for detecting abnormal noise of a gasoline engine as set forth in claim 2, wherein the increasing the oil pressure of the gasoline engine to be detected and opening the piston cooling nozzle to inject the oil at the target position after the oil pressure is increased comprises:
increasing the oil pressure of the gasoline engine to be detected according to a preset oil pressure increasing proportion;
after the oil pressure is increased, acquiring a current oil pressure value, and comparing the current oil pressure value with a preset oil pressure value;
and judging whether to open a piston cooling nozzle to spray oil at the target position according to the comparison magnitude relation between the current oil pressure value and the preset oil pressure value.
4. The method for detecting abnormal noise of a gasoline engine according to claim 3, wherein said increasing the oil pressure of the gasoline engine to be detected according to a preset oil pressure increase ratio comprises:
setting a preset oil pressure increasing proportion through an engine management system;
and adjusting the duty ratio of the motor of the oil pump according to the preset oil pressure increasing proportion so as to increase the oil pressure of the gasoline engine to be detected.
5. The method for detecting abnormal noise of a gasoline engine as set forth in claim 3, wherein said determining whether to open a piston cooling nozzle to inject fuel at a target position according to a magnitude relationship of the comparison between the current oil pressure value and the preset oil pressure value comprises:
when the current oil pressure value is smaller than the preset oil pressure value, oil injection is carried out on the target position without opening a piston cooling nozzle;
and when the current oil pressure value is not less than the preset oil pressure value, modifying the idling condition through a preset engine management system command, and starting a piston cooling nozzle to inject oil to the target position.
6. The method for detecting abnormal noise of a gasoline engine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the comparing the current abnormal noise with the target abnormal noise and determining whether an abnormal noise source is related to a piston pin connecting rod mechanism of the gasoline engine to be detected according to the comparison result comprises:
comparing the current abnormal noise with the target abnormal noise to obtain a comparison result;
obtaining a noise decibel difference value of the target abnormal noise and the current abnormal noise from the comparison result;
and determining whether the abnormal sound source is related to a piston pin connecting rod mechanism of the gasoline engine to be detected according to the size relation between the noise decibel difference value and a preset decibel threshold value.
7. The method for detecting abnormal noise of a gasoline engine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the determining whether the abnormal noise source is related to the piston pin connecting rod mechanism of the gasoline engine to be detected according to the magnitude relation between the noise decibel difference value and the preset decibel threshold value comprises:
when the noise decibel difference value is smaller than a preset decibel threshold value, judging that the source of abnormal sound is irrelevant to a piston pin connecting rod mechanism of the gasoline engine to be detected;
and when the noise decibel difference value is not less than a preset decibel threshold value, judging that the source of abnormal sound is related to a piston pin connecting rod mechanism of the gasoline engine to be detected.
8. A detection device for abnormal noise of a gasoline engine is characterized by comprising:
the noise acquisition module is used for acquiring target abnormal noise of the gasoline engine to be detected under the idling working condition carried by the whole vehicle;
the boosting oil injection module is used for injecting oil after the engine oil pressure of the gasoline engine to be detected is increased, and obtaining the current abnormal noise of the gasoline engine to be detected;
and the detection module is used for comparing the current abnormal sound noise with the target abnormal sound noise and determining whether an abnormal sound source is related to a piston pin connecting rod mechanism of the gasoline engine to be detected according to a comparison result.

A detection apparatus for abnormal noise of a gasoline engine, characterized by comprising: a memory, a processor and a detection program of a gasoline engine abnormal sound stored on the memory and operable on the processor, the detection program of the gasoline engine abnormal sound being configured to implement the steps of the detection method of the gasoline engine abnormal sound according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
