Preferably, the groove width of the waist-shaped hole on the mounting plate is smaller than the aperture of the jack.
Preferably, the groove width of the waist-shaped hole on the mounting plate is smaller than the distance between the inner walls at two sides of the limiting channel steel; the aperture of the jack is larger than the space between the inner walls of the two sides of the limiting channel steel.
Preferably, a longitudinal rib plate is inserted between the hole groups at the two ends of the mounting plate, and the upper end of the rib plate is welded and fixed on the lower end face of the mounting plate; the lower end of the rib plate is abutted against the gas storage tank, and the two sides of the rib plate are welded and fixed on the folded plate.

The groove width of the waist-shaped hole 2111 on the mounting plate 2 is smaller than the distance between the inner walls of the two sides of the limiting channel steel 3; the aperture of the insertion hole 2112 is larger than the distance between the inner walls of the two sides of the limiting channel steel 3.
