In order to solve the fixing problem, as shown in fig. 4, fixing lugs 24 are fixedly mounted on the outer walls of the first oil cylinder 19 and the second oil cylinder 20, and mounting holes 25 are formed in the inner walls of the fixing lugs 24; the closer 11 can be fixed to the door leaf 2 by means of the fixing lugs 24 and the mounting holes 25.
In order to solve the safety problem; as shown in fig. 8, the door leaf 2 includes a first steel deck 38 and a second steel deck 41, a flame retardant layer 39 and a thermal insulation layer 40 are respectively disposed between the first steel deck 38 and the second steel deck 41, and the first steel deck 38 and the second steel deck 41 are respectively located at an indoor side and an outdoor side of the door leaf 2; when the condition of a fire appears in the room, first steel deck 38 and fire-retardant layer 39 all can play flame retardant efficiency, further guarantee the reliability of separation, in addition, insulating layer 40 can play the separation effect to the whole device temperature rise that the condition of a fire arouses for the temperature that is located outside second steel deck 41 is lower, guarantees outdoor security.
When the door frame 1 and the door leaf 2 are mounted and dismounted in the embodiment, only the door leaf 2 needs to be lifted upwards by a part of height in an opening state, so that the bottom of the sleeve 7 is higher than the top of the rotating rod 8, then the sleeve 7 can be inserted into the rotating rod 8 or the sleeve 7 can be pulled out, the mounting or dismounting is completed, when the door leaf 2 is opened, the first connecting rod 10, the external threaded screw 15 and the internal threaded screw 17 correspondingly rotate and move, the first connecting rod 10 rotates, and when the door leaf 2 is opened, the rotating shaft 26 rotates along with the first connecting rod, so that the first oil cylinder 19 is driven to move, at the moment, hydraulic oil flows into the inner cavity of the second oil cylinder 20 from the inner cavity of the first oil cylinder 19, the first piston 29 is pushed, so that the return spring 28 is compressed, and then after people enter and exit, the acting force on the door leaf 2 disappears, the return spring 28 pushes the first piston 29, so that the hydraulic oil continuously flows into, the first oil cylinder 19 is dragged, the rotating shaft 26 is driven to rotate through the meshing action of the first oil cylinder 19 and the gear 31, the door leaf 2 is closed, the closer 11 releases absorbed energy, the door leaf 2 is closed through the first connecting rod 10, the internal thread screw 17 and the external thread screw 15 again, the normally closed effect is achieved, the first oil cylinder 19 and the second oil cylinder 20 are matched with the second piston 30 and the first piston 29, the two-cylinder hydraulic system is a phase-change double-cylinder hydraulic system, the door leaf 2 can generate large vibration when being actually opened, the opening and closing of the door leaf 2 are affected by the closer 11, the double-cylinder hydraulic system formed by the two oil cylinders can play a role in buffering and damping on the opening and closing of the door leaf 2, when the adjusting bolt 22 is screwed, the adjusting plate 21 can be driven to displace in the axial direction of the return spring 28, so that the initial compression amount of the return spring 28 is changed, and the resilience force of the return spring, the speed at which the door leaf 2 closes automatically can be controlled by this principle.
