Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of decoration, in particular to a quick top surface installation method.
Background
The traditional decoration work mainly focuses on leveling the wall surface, the top surface and the ground. The leveling of the top surface is also an important link in decoration.
At present, if the height difference of the top surface of the original structural floor slab is lower than 3cm, the top surface leveling process generally comprises the following steps: firstly, coarse leveling of the top surface is carried out by using plastering gypsum, then the drying period is about 1 day, then fine leveling is carried out by using putty for the first time, after the putty is dried in the air, fine sand paper is used for polishing the surface of the putty, then fine leveling is carried out by using the putty for the second time, after the putty is dried in the air, the surface of the putty is polished by using the fine sand paper, then primer is coated for the first time, and finish paint is coated for the second time. As can be seen from the above description, the process cycle for leveling the entire top surface is relatively long, typically requiring 3-4 days. As shown with reference to fig. 1. In which figure 1 shows a primary structural floor a1, the render being a high-rise a2, a two-pass render A3, and a latex paint finish a4, wherein a4 includes a one-pass primer and a two-pass topcoat.
If the height difference is higher than 3cm, the plaster board is fixed after the keel is used for leveling, then first time of fine leveling is performed by using putty on the plaster board, after the putty is dried in the air, the surface of the putty is polished by using fine abrasive paper, then the fine leveling is performed by using the putty for the second time, after the putty is dried in the air, the surface of the putty is polished by using the fine abrasive paper, then the primer is coated for one time, and the finish is coated for two times. The whole cycle is also relatively long, taking about 3-4 days. As shown with reference to fig. 2. Figure 1 shows a primary structural floor B1, a keel base B2, a gypsum screed B3, a two-pass render B4, and a latex paint finish B5, wherein B5 includes a one-pass primer and a two-pass topcoat.
It can be seen that both of the above methods involve a putty sanding process. During putty polishing, a house is filled with fine dust, oil workers in a large number of finishers get pneumoconiosis, meanwhile, during putty layer polishing, other workers in the house can only temporarily stop working and cannot open windows to ventilate, otherwise, neighbor complaints can be caused, and only the dust can be naturally settled. And this process link is also the core reason that young people do not want to do the decorators, on one hand, the health is seriously influenced, and on the other hand, the full dust brings the species discrimination in public places.
In addition, the use of main lamps is increasingly reduced in modern rooms, and the lamp trough is adopted, so that if the top surface is leveled by using plastering gypsum as a foundation, the lamp trough can only be hung externally, and visual sense is influenced.

Specific structural and functional details disclosed herein are merely representative and are provided for purposes of describing example embodiments of the present invention. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many alternate forms and should not be construed as limited to only the embodiments set forth herein.
The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of example embodiments. As used herein, the singular forms "a", "an" and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It will be further understood that the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising," when used herein, specify the presence of stated features, integers, steps, operations, elements, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, operations, elements, components, and/or groups thereof.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart of steps of an embodiment of the top surface quick mounting method of the present invention, including the following steps:
step S1, installing a ceiling keel on a structural floor slab serving as a top surface;
and step S2, mounting a leveling plate on the suspended ceiling keel.
In one embodiment, the leveling board may be a gypsum board, but the invention is not limited to the material of the leveling board, and other boards with the same properties are also within the scope of the invention.
And step S3, coating the surface of the leveling plate with emulsion for forming a cured layer.
In this step, the emulsion used to form the cured layer is preferably an acrylic emulsion, which when applied to the surface of the gypsum board will quickly form a hard and dense surface layer on the surface of the gypsum board. Generally, a dense surface layer is formed on the surface of the gypsum board in about 3 hours.
The emulsion forming the cured layer may be an acrylic emulsion, a varnish, or another emulsion, and is within the scope of the present invention as long as it can form a dense surface layer.
And step S4, after the emulsion forms a solidified layer, paving an emulsion paint accommodating layer. The latex paint holding layer is paper which can be made of white short fiber non-woven paper material. This process is approximately 1-3 hours
In one embodiment, in step S4, adjacent latex paint containing layers may be overlaid and then the overlaid portions cut, for example, by overlaying the seams of adjacent white staple fiber nonwoven sheets and then cutting the overlaid portions. Because the surface of the gypsum board is brushed with the acrylic emulsion, the blade cannot cut the surface paper layer of the gypsum board. This allows seamless splicing of the top staple fiber nonwoven. And, the emulsion paint holding layer is through sticky rice paper solidification layer.
From this step, it can be seen that the emulsion used for forming the cured layer has two functions, and the two functions result from that after the emulsion is coated on the leveling layer, after a period of time, the emulsion is leveled into a compact cured layer formed on the surface, and due to the cured layer, when the seam of the adjacent white staple fiber non-woven paper is overlapped, the overlapped part can be cut by a blade, and the cured layer has hardness, so the cured layer can not be scratched to the leveling plate; simultaneously, because the screed-plate covers there is the curing layer, can not permeate the screed-plate when being used for pasting the glue that the emulsion paint holds the layer in, consequently can make the emulsion paint hold the layer and fix on the curing layer through sufficient glue.
And step S5, spraying finish paint on the emulsion paint containing layer to finish the top surface operation.
In the embodiment of the invention, the finish paint is brushed twice, the brushing time is about 30 minutes each time, and the second time is 3 hours.
It can be seen from the above process that since the conventional method needs to brush plaster once and putty twice, and both need to be dried, and both the putty times need to be polished and leveled, and then the primer is brushed once again and the finish paint is brushed twice. The whole process is designed to be aired and polished, time is consumed, the top surface of 25 square meters is used for inspection, the traditional method is roughly 3-4 days, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention only needs two times of finish paint, the painting time is about 30 minutes each time, the second time is 3 hours at intervals, and the construction period can be shortened to one day.
From the above analysis, it can be seen that the present embodiment eliminates the putty layer twice, which has two benefits:
firstly, the traditional putty polishing can cause smoke dust in a room, which has great harm to the health of workers, and other procedures are all stopped,
secondly, by adopting the method, the house decoration can reach the fire-proof rating of B1.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of top surface mounting in the embodiment of the top surface rapid mounting method of the present invention. Wherein, fig. 4 comprises an original structure floor C1, a ceiling keel C2, a plaster leveling layer C3, a cured layer C4 formed by an acrylic emulsion layer, a sticky glutinous rice adhesive layer C5, white short fiber non-woven paper C6 and a finishing paint layer C7. Also seen in fig. 4 is a light trough C8.
The light trough C8 is present because the present invention uses a leveling layer on the top surface, which is spaced from the top surface of the structural floor slab, to accommodate the LED light trough for better visual aesthetics. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 includes a ceiling grid D1, a plaster leveling layer D2, a cured layer D3 formed of an acrylic emulsion layer, a sticky adhesive layer D4, a white staple fiber non-woven paper D5, a finish layer D6, and an embedded finished strip light D7.
In summary, in the above embodiments: brushing acrylic emulsion on the surface of the gypsum board to form a hard compact layer on the surface layer of the gypsum board, wherein the surface layer of the paper surface of the gypsum board cannot be scratched by a paper cutter, and meanwhile, the acrylic emulsion also has the function of preventing sticky rice glue which is pasted with short fiber non-woven paper from permeating into paper on the surface of the gypsum board, so that the short fiber non-woven paper is pasted with bubbles or is not firmly pasted; a latex paint containing layer which is easy to stick, such as non-woven fabric paper materials, is stuck on the surface of the acrylic emulsion, has a large number of pores, can contain wall paint and can also replace the function of primer.
