For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present invention provides a table top fixing structure of a washing machine, comprising: a deck plate 1, wherein the deck plate 1 is a wooden deck plate; a frame 2, wherein the frame 2 is used for fixing the table top 1; the frame 2 is formed by splicing at least two frames, and two adjacent frames are in limiting connection through a limiting structure. According to the invention, the frames are in limit connection through the limit structure, so that the phenomenon that frames are loose in whole assembly and easy to scatter in the assembly process of the frame and the whole machine due to the fact that no effective limit structure is used for limit connection between the table-board spliced frames in the prior art is avoided.
Example 1
The frame provided by the invention can be formed by splicing two L-shaped frames or a plurality of frames, and the embodiment takes four frames as an example for illustration.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the frame 2 includes a first frame 21, a second frame 22, a third frame 23, and a fourth frame 24 that are disposed around the outer edge of the table panel 1, and the first frame 21, the second frame 22, the third frame 23, and the fourth frame 24 are respectively connected by a limiting structure and then spliced and fixed to form the frame 2 integrally. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, fig. 4, and fig. 5, the limiting structure includes a first limiting structure 6 disposed on one frame and a second limiting structure 7 disposed on an adjacent frame, where the first limiting structure 6 and the second limiting structure 7 are connected by means of a clamping connection. The clamping hooks are formed by extending the end part of one of the frames horizontally outwards, the clamping platforms/clamping grooves are formed in the adjacent other frame, the end parts of the two frames are aligned, the clamping hooks are inserted into the adjacent frames and are clamped on the clamping platforms/clamping grooves, and the two frames are mutually limited and fixed through the clamping hooks and the clamping platforms/clamping grooves, so that the clamping platform/clamping grooves are simple to assemble and not easy to separate and scatter.
In this embodiment, the first limiting structure 6 is divided into a first clamping mechanism and a second clamping mechanism according to the different clamping manners of the hooks. The first clamping mechanism or the second clamping mechanism can be arranged at one side end part of one frame, and the other side end part of the frame is provided with a second limiting structure 7. The first catch mechanism and the second catch mechanism can be respectively arranged at the two side ends of one frame. In order to enhance the overall stability of the frame, the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism are respectively arranged at two side end parts of one frame.
In order to facilitate installation, the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism are respectively arranged at two side ends of the frame which is a straight section. The first and second engaging mechanisms are provided at both end portions of the third frame 23, which is a straight section, respectively.
As shown in fig. 4, the end of the third frame 23 near the first frame 21 is provided with a first clamping mechanism, the end of the third frame 23 near the first frame 21 extends horizontally towards the direction of the first frame 21, the end of the first clamping mechanism is provided with an upward protruding clamping portion 61, the second limiting structure 7 is a clamping table or a clamping groove formed by injection molding or stamping process inside the side of the first frame 21 near the third frame 23, and the clamping portion 61 of the first clamping mechanism is clamped at the end of the clamping table or one side of the clamping groove in the first frame 21, so that the first frame 21 and the third frame 23 are tightly matched through the clamping of the first clamping mechanism and the clamping table/clamping groove.
As shown in fig. 5, the end of the third frame 23 near the second frame 22 is provided with a second clamping mechanism, and the second clamping mechanism is different from the first clamping mechanism in that the clamping portion 61 of the second hook mechanism includes a first clamping portion 611 and a second clamping portion 612 that are disposed at intervals, and by disposing two clamping portions, the clamping can be firmer and less prone to loosening. The second hook mechanism is formed by horizontally extending the end part of the third frame 23, which is close to the second frame 22, towards the direction of the second frame 22, the second limiting structure 7 is a clamping table or a clamping groove formed by injection molding or stamping process in the second frame 22, which is close to the third frame 23, and the first clamping part 611 and the second clamping part 612 of the second clamping mechanism are clamped at two ends of the clamping table in the second frame 22; alternatively, the first clamping portion 611 and the second clamping portion 612 are clamped on two opposite sides of the clamping groove in the second frame 22, and the second frame 22 and the third frame 23 are tightly matched with each other through the clamping of the second hook mechanism and the clamping table/clamping groove.
Similarly, the two ends of the fourth frame 24 are also provided with a first hook mechanism and a second hook mechanism respectively, and the manner in which the fourth frame 24 is matched with the first frame 21 and the second frame 22 is the same as the manner in which the third frame 23 is matched with the first frame 21 and the second frame 22, which will not be described in detail herein.
In order to ensure that the first limiting structure 6 and the second limiting structure 7 can be tightly matched, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first hook mechanism and the second hook mechanism further comprise a supporting body 62 for supporting and limiting the first hook mechanism and the second hook mechanism, the supporting body 62 is in a columnar structure, and the supporting body 62 is tightly abutted between the lower surface of the first hook mechanism/the second hook mechanism and the inner wall of the adjacent frame, so that the hooks and the clamping table/clamping groove are tightly matched and are not easy to separate, and preferably, the supporting body 62 and the first hook mechanism and the second hook mechanism are integrally formed through injection molding.
During assembly, the first frame, the second frame, the third frame and the fourth frame are spliced, the four frames are installed in place through the limiting structure and are fixed firmly, then the table top board is assembled, the operation is simple, the process complexity is reduced, and the appearance effect is easy to control.
Example two
The fixing structure of the table top of the washing machine provided by the embodiment has no waterproof measure, and water or moist air can flow into the inside along the gaps due to users or external environments, so that the table top board is damaged, and the waterproof design is added on the frame on the basis of the first embodiment.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the table top fixing structure provided in this embodiment, an installation position 8 for fixing the table top board 1 is provided in the frame 2, a gap 4 is provided between an inner wall of the installation position 8 and an outer wall of the table top board 1, and a sealing medium is filled in the gap 4. By filling the sealing medium into the gap 4 between the inner wall of the mounting position 8 and the outer wall of the deck plate 1, the phenomenon that the deck plate is affected with damp and swelled and the frame is deformed due to the fact that water flows in along the splicing seam of the frame 2 or the gap 4 between the mounting position 8 and the deck plate 1 is effectively avoided.
In this embodiment, the shape of the mounting location 8 is matched with that of the table top board 1, the mounting location 8 is formed by a ring-shaped supporting surface 81 in the shape of a Chinese character 'hui' in the frame 2 and a shielding surface 82 connected to the outer edge of the supporting surface 81, and the table top board 1 can be embedded in the mounting location 8.
Specifically, the supporting surface 81 is formed by splicing the inner edges of the first frame 21, the second frame 22, the third frame 23 and the fourth frame 24 after extending horizontally inwards, the shielding surface 82 is formed by splicing the inner edges of the first frame 21, the second frame 22, the third frame 23 and the fourth frame 24 after extending vertically towards the direction of the table top 1, and the distance between the shielding surfaces 82 on the two opposite frames is greater than the length of the table top 1, so that a certain gap can be formed between the shielding surfaces 82 and the end surfaces of the table top 1, and sealing mediums can be conveniently filled. By filling the gap between the shielding surface 82 and the end surface of the table top board 1 with sealing medium, the phenomenon that the table top board 1 is damped and swelled and the frame is deformed after water or humid air enters the gap due to a user or an external environment is avoided, and the table top fixing structure of the washing machine provided by the embodiment can effectively prevent moisture and water, improves the safety of electric appliances in the washing machine, and ensures the electric safety.
In this embodiment, the shielding surface 82 is formed by extending the inner edge of the frame 2 vertically toward the deck plate 1, and the supporting surface 81 is formed by extending the inner edge of the frame 2 horizontally inward. The length of the deck plate 1 is longer than that of the two opposite inner edges of the supporting surface 81 and is smaller than that of the two opposite outer edges of the supporting surface 81, so that the deck plate is limited on the lower surface of the supporting surface and cannot enter the upper portion of the supporting surface from a cavity formed by the inner edges of the supporting surface.
In this embodiment, the inner wall of the supporting surface 81 is provided with a protruding structure 3, the protruding structure 3 supports the deck plate 1, so that a certain gap is formed between the top surface of the deck plate 1 and the inner wall of the supporting surface 81, and a gap 4 (as shown in fig. 6) formed by the gap between the top surface of the deck plate 1 and the inner wall of the supporting surface 81 and the gap between the end surface of the deck plate 1 and the shielding surface 82, so that each wall surface of the deck plate, which is in contact with the installation site, can be well sealed, and the waterproof performance is further improved.
In this embodiment, the protruding structure 3 includes a first protruding structure formed by vertically extending the inner edge of the supporting surface 81 toward the direction of the deck plate 1, where the first protruding structure not only can support the deck plate, so that a gap is formed between the deck plate and the inner wall of the supporting surface, so that the sealing medium can be filled conveniently, but also can effectively block the sealing medium from flowing to the outside of the frame along the splicing seam, and simultaneously can block the external water flow from entering the gap along the splicing seam of the frame, so as to further improve the water resistance.
In this embodiment, the protruding structure 3 further includes a second protruding structure disposed on the inner wall of the supporting surface 81, where the second protruding structure is a plurality of protrusions disposed between the inner edge and the outer edge of the inner wall of the supporting surface 81 at intervals; preferably, the heights of the first protruding structure and the second protruding structure are consistent, so that the table top 1 can be stably installed in the installation position 8.
In this embodiment, the inner sides of the first frame 21, the second frame 22, the third frame 23 and the fourth frame 24 are provided with L-shaped mounting platforms, the L-shaped mounting platforms form an annular mounting position 8 when the frames are spliced, the deck plate 1 is embedded into the mounting position 8, and the side walls of the two opposite L-shaped mounting platforms are greater than the length of the deck plate, so that a certain gap is formed between the deck plate 1 and the side walls of the L-shaped mounting platforms. The bottom wall of the L-shaped mounting table is provided with a protruding structure 3, and the protruding structure 3 supports the table top board 1, so that a certain gap is formed between the table top board 1 and the bottom wall of the L-shaped mounting table. The deck plate 1 forms a communicating L-shaped gap 4 (as shown in fig. 6) with the bottom and side walls of the L-shaped mounting table, facilitating filling with sealing medium, so that each wall surface of the deck plate 1 in contact with the mounting locations 8 can be well sealed.
In this embodiment, the sealing medium is colloid, the gap 4 between the installation position 8 and the deck plate 1 is filled with colloid, the deck plate 1 and the frame 2 are bonded into a whole, the colloid is adopted as the sealing medium, the sealing performance is reliable, and the deck plate and the frame can be bonded firmly while the sealing effect is ensured.
According to the table top fixing structure of the washing machine, a certain gap is reserved between the frame and the table top plate, glue is filled in the reserved gap, the periphery of the glue-filled table top plate is tightly adhered to the frame, water flow can be prevented from entering the inside along the gap of the frame, the risk of damage of the table top plate due to water soaking is avoided, and the waterproof performance of the table top fixing structure is improved.
Because in the process of encapsulating, each frame is easy to expand and deform, in this embodiment, first frame, second frame, third frame, fourth frame carry out spacing connection through limit structure, have avoided there is not effectual limit structure to carry out spacing connection between each concatenation frame of prior art, lead to in the in-process of encapsulating or the frame is easy to expand in the position of splice seam after the deck plate is wetted and expanded the phenomenon emergence of separation. In the above scheme, the distance between two opposite side wall surfaces of the slot is greater than the length of the table panel, so that a gap communicated with the second filling port is formed between the end surface of the table panel and the inner wall of the side wall surface, gaps between four end surfaces of the table panel and the side wall surface can be communicated with gaps between the top surface of the table panel and the upper wall surface and between the bottom surface of the table panel and the lower wall surface, and sealing medium can flow to the gap positions of the bottom surface of the table panel and the lower wall surface along the gap between the top surface of the table panel and the upper wall surface and the gap between the end surface of the table panel and the inner wall of the side wall surface, so that filling dead angles are reduced, and the water resistance of the table surface mounting structure is further improved.
Preferably, the upper wall surface and the lower wall surface are provided with protruding structures, the protruding structures are a plurality of protrusions arranged on the upper wall surface and the lower wall surface at intervals, the protrusions support the deck plate, so that gaps communicated with the filling openings 5 can be formed between the top surface and the bottom surface of the deck plate and the inner walls of the upper wall surface and the lower wall surface of the slot, and the top surface and the bottom surface of the deck plate and the end surface of the deck plate and the slot form gaps 4 (shown in fig. 9) communicated with each other, so that the overall sealing is facilitated, and each wall surface, which is in contact with the mounting groove, of the deck plate can be well sealed.
