Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing machines, and particularly provides a washing machine water box and a washing machine.
Background
The water boxes of drum washing machines are mainly divided into two main categories: automatic throwing type and drawing type, wherein the drawing type water box is applied to a plurality of product models. The drawing type water box is provided with a water storage tank and a distributor box which can be arranged in the water storage box in a drawing mode, the distributor box is of a structure for containing detergent in the washing machine, the distributor box is used for storing clothes treating agents such as washing powder, liquid detergent, bleaching agent, softening agent and the like, the clothes treating agents are put in before washing, and when water enters the box in the washing process, the clothes treating agents are diluted, and a mixture of the clothes treating agents and the water enters the washing barrel to assist washing. When the washing machine works, a user firstly pulls the distributor box to a proper position, puts various types of detergents into the distributor box, and then pushes the distributor box back to the initial position; the detergent is flushed into the inner barrel by controlling the water inlet valve to feed water into the water box.
The rear end of the accommodating cavity of the distributor box is open or is provided with a siphon structure, so that the liquid in the accommodating cavity flows into the water storage tank and enters the inner barrel; when the distributor box is pulled out to the maximum opening state, the distributor box is almost separated from the water storage tank, and at the moment, when a user adds the clothes treating agent into the containing cavity of the distributor box, the clothes treating agent easily flows to the surface, the ground and even the circuit of the washing machine, so that the user experience is poor, the clothes treating agent is wasted and the circuit potential safety hazard is caused.
The above information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background section of the application and therefore it may not form the prior art that is already known to those of ordinary skill in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at the problems in the prior art, and provides a water box of a washing machine, which prevents a clothes treating agent from flowing outwards in an opened state of a distributor box by arranging an overflow port and a baffle plate, thereby improving the safety.
In order to achieve the aim of the invention, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a washing machine water box comprising:
a water storage tank which is communicated with the water inlet pipeline;
a dispenser box which is arranged in the water storage tank in a drawing way, wherein the dispenser box is internally provided with at least one first containing cavity for containing a clothes treating agent;
an overflow port which is arranged on the cavity wall of the first accommodating cavity and is used for flowing out the liquid in the first accommodating cavity;
and a blocking piece arranged in the water storage tank, wherein the blocking piece blocks the overflow port when the distributor box is pulled out to an open state.
Further, the baffle is hinged in the water storage tank.
Further, the water storage tank is provided with a tank body and a top cover fixed on the tank body, and the baffle is arranged at the lower part of the top cover.
Further, the rear wall of the first accommodating chamber is disposed obliquely forward and downward.
Further, an included angle between the rear wall of the first accommodating cavity and the horizontal plane is 60-80 degrees.
Further, the flatness of the rear end face of the baffle plate is not more than 0.5mm.
Further, the distance between the lower edge of the overflow port and the lower end of the rear wall of the first accommodating cavity is 2-3 times of the maximum distance of the overflow port in the up-down direction.

Further, the distributor box is internally provided with at least one second accommodating cavity, a siphon structure is arranged in the second accommodating cavity, the distributor box is provided with a flow guiding structure connected with a water outlet of the siphon structure, and the flow guiding structure is used for guiding liquid passing through the water outlet of the siphon structure backwards.
Further, the flow guiding structure is a cavity with an open front end and an open rear end, and the front end of the flow guiding structure is connected with the water outlet of the siphon structure.

Based on the washing machine water box, the invention also provides a washing machine with the water box, and the overflow port and the baffle are arranged to prevent the laundry treating agent from flowing outwards in the opened state of the distributor box, so that the safety is improved.
A washing machine comprising a cabinet, a washing tub provided in the cabinet, and a water box for adding washing water into washing, the water box comprising:
a water storage tank which is communicated with the water inlet pipeline;
a dispenser box which is arranged in the water storage tank in a drawing way, wherein the dispenser box is internally provided with at least one first containing cavity for containing a clothes treating agent;
an overflow port which is arranged on the cavity wall of the first accommodating cavity and is used for flowing out the liquid in the first accommodating cavity;
and a blocking piece arranged in the water storage tank, wherein the blocking piece blocks the overflow port when the distributor box is pulled out to an open state.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that: the overflow port is formed in the cavity wall of the first accommodating cavity, the clothes treating agent is added when the distributor is pulled out to an open state, so long as the liquid level of the added clothes treating agent is lower than the overflow port, the clothes treating agent cannot flow outwards, and when water is fed after the distributor box is closed, the water is fed through the overflow of the first accommodating cavity, so that the clothes treating agent is dissolved, and high-concentration clothes treating agent or solid clothes treating agent particles are prevented from directly entering the inner barrel; after the baffle is arranged, when the distributor is pulled out to an open state, the baffle stops the overflow port, even if the liquid level in the first accommodating cavity exceeds the overflow port, the liquid can not flow outwards due to the blocking of the baffle, and the clothes treating agent is prevented from flowing outwards in the open state of the distributor box; through simple structure setting, be favorable to increasing the security of circuit, increase customer's satisfaction.

Description of the embodiments
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like refer to the directions or positional relationships indicated by the terms "inner" and "outer" in the directions close to the axis of the inner tube, based on the positional relationships shown in the drawings. The terminology is used for the purpose of describing and simplifying the description only, and is not intended to indicate or imply that the devices or elements being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operate in a particular orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like, are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance; features defining "first", "second" may include one or more such features, either explicitly or implicitly. In the present invention, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," "secured," and the like are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally formed; can be mechanically or electrically connected; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and can be communicated with the inside of two elements or the interaction relationship of the two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the specific circumstances.
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, for one embodiment of a water box of a washing machine according to the present invention, the washing machine includes a cabinet 10, an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder sleeved in the cabinet 10, and a water box 20, wherein the water box 20 includes a water storage tank 21 fixedly arranged and a dispenser box 22 drawably arranged in the water storage tank 21, wherein the water storage tank 21 is a front opening cavity, and the dispenser box 22 is installed in the water storage tank 21 in a back and forth drawable manner. The water storage tank 21 has a tank body 211 and a top cover 212 fixed to the tank body 211, and a spray water path communicating with the water inlet pipe is provided on the top cover 212. A plurality of receiving chambers for receiving laundry treating agents are provided in the dispenser box 22, and three receiving chambers including two first receiving chambers 221 on left and right sides and one second receiving chamber 222 in the middle are provided in this embodiment; the water outlet mode of the first accommodating chambers 221 on the left and right sides is overflow water outlet mode, and the second accommodating chamber 222 in the middle is siphon water outlet mode. Defining that the dispenser box 22 is opened when the dispenser box 22 is drawn out to the maximum extent, that the dispenser box 22 is closed when the dispenser box 22 is closed, and that the dispenser box 22 is drawn out to the open state when the laundry treating agent is added into the dispenser box 22; in the open state, if the dispenser box 22 is pulled outward, the dispenser box 22 can be separated from the water storage tank 21.
In this embodiment, the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are washing barrels, and in other embodiments, only the outer cylinder may be provided as a washing barrel.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, an overflow port 2212 is formed in the rear wall 2211 of the first receiving chamber 221, and the liquid in the first receiving chamber 221 flows out through the overflow port 2212; the liquid begins to flow outwards only when the liquid level in the first accommodating cavity 221 reaches the overflow port 2212; after the water inlet valve is opened, the water is sprayed through the water spraying path of the top cover 212, so that the water is fed as long as the liquid level of the added clothes treating agent is lower than the overflow port, the clothes treating agent cannot flow outwards, and overflow water feeding is realized; is favorable for the full dissolution of the clothes treating agent and the water inlet, and avoids the high-concentration clothes treating agent or solid clothes treating agent particles from directly entering the inner cylinder.
A baffle 213 is provided in the water storage tank 21, and when the dispenser box 22 is pulled out to an open state, the baffle 213 blocks the overflow port 2212, that is, the baffle 213 is attached to the front side of the overflow port 2212; even if the liquid level in the first accommodating chamber exceeds the overflow port 2212, the liquid will not flow outwards due to the blocking of the blocking piece 213, so that the laundry treating agent is prevented from flowing outwards in the opened state of the dispenser box 22; through simple structure setting, be favorable to increasing the security of circuit, increase customer's satisfaction. Of course, when the dispenser box 22 is not in the open state, the overflow port 2212 is in a separated state from the shutter 213.
Referring to fig. 9, the lower edge of the overflow port 2212 is higher than the lowest position in the first receiving chamber 221, and in particular, the overflow port 2212 is disposed at the middle or middle upper portion of the rear wall 2211 of the first receiving chamber 221, preferably, the distance L between the lower edge of the overflow port 2212 and the lower end of the rear wall 2211 of the first receiving chamber 221 is 2 to 4 times the maximum distance of the overflow port 222 in the up-down direction, and more preferably, the distance L between the lower edge of the overflow port 2212 and the lower end of the rear wall 2211 of the first receiving chamber 221 is 2 to 3 times the maximum distance of the overflow port 222 in the up-down direction. The overflow water outlet of the first accommodating cavity 221 is ensured, the overflow port 2212 is in a strip shape, the edge of the overflow port 2212 is arranged at intervals with the edge of the rear wall 2211, the distance between the edge of the overflow port 2212 and the edge of the rear wall 2211 is larger than 10mm, the fitting of the baffle 213 and the rear wall 2211 is facilitated, and the column overflow port 2212 is blocked.
The rear wall 2211 of the first receiving cavity 221 is lower than the left and right side walls and the front wall of the first receiving cavity 221, and a region between the top surface of the rear wall 2211 of the first receiving cavity 221 and the top surface of the lower side of the left and right side walls forms a drainage port, when more liquid is contained in the first receiving cavity 221, the overflow port 2212 does not flow timely, and the liquid flows into the water storage tank 21 through the drainage port.
When the baffle 213 blocks the overflow port 2212, the baffle 213 is attached to the rear wall 2211, and the flatness of the rear end surface of the baffle 213 is not more than 0.5mm, which is favorable for ensuring the flatness of the rear end surface of the baffle 213, and the attachment of the rear end surface of the baffle 213 to the front end surface of the rear wall 2211, so that the baffle 213 covers the overflow port 2212, and the condition that the laundry treating agent permeates between the baffle 213 and the rear wall 2211 and overflows from the overflow port 2212 is avoided; advantageously, the laundry treatment agent is generally a powdered solid or a more viscous liquid, so that the laundry treatment agent does not easily penetrate between the baffle 213 and the rear wall 2211; and when the distributor box 22 is in an open state, after the laundry treatment agent is added into the accommodating cavity, the user certainly closes the distributor box 22 immediately, so that the sealing performance of the baffle plate 213 blocking the column overflow port 2212 is not required to be too high, and the baffle plate 213 is attached to the rear wall 2211, so that the sealing requirement can be realized. The distance between the edge of the baffle 213 and the overflow port 2212 is more than 2mm, the thickness of the baffle 213 is 1.5-2 mm, and the baffle 213 can be made of plastic.
The baffle 213 is hinged in the water storage tank 21, specifically, the baffle 213 is hinged at the lower part of the top cover 212; when the dispenser box 22 is assembled and disassembled, the baffle plate 213 can be close to the top cover 212 through the rotation of the baffle plate 213, so that the baffle plate 213 is prevented from interfering with the assembly and disassembly of the dispenser box 22, and the assembly and disassembly of the dispenser box 22 are ensured. The distributor box 22 is an upper open cavity, and the baffle 213 is in a natural sagging state when the distributor box 22 is closed; the rear wall 2211 of the first receiving chamber 221 is disposed obliquely forward and downward, that is, during the withdrawal of the dispenser box 22, the lower portion of the rear wall 2211 is first contacted with the blocking piece 213, and then the rear wall 2211 pushes the blocking piece 213 to rotate about the hinge shaft as the dispenser box 22 is withdrawn until the dispenser box 22 reaches the opened state, at which time the tilting angle of the blocking piece 213 is the same as the tilting angle of the rear wall 2211, and the blocking piece 213 is attached to the rear wall 2211. By the forward and downward inclination of the rear wall 2211, when the dispenser box 22 is in the open state, the baffle 213 is also in the inclined state, so that a part of gravity of the baffle 213 acts on the rear wall 2211, which is beneficial to the fit between the baffle 213 and the rear wall 2211 and the increase of the tightness between the two. It is preferable to provide that the rear wall 2211 of the first receiving chamber 221 has an angle of 60 deg. to 80 deg. with the horizontal plane.
In other embodiments, torsion springs or the like may be provided at the hinge shaft of the baffle 213, so that when the dispenser box 22 is in the open state, the pressure of the baffle 213 acting on the rear wall 2211 where the overflow port 2212 is located is increased, and the tightness between the baffle 213 and the rear wall 2211 is increased.
Referring to fig. 12 to 13, for the hinge between the barrier 213 and the top cover 212, two fixing blocks 2121 protruding downward are provided at the lower end of the top cover 212, grooves are provided on the fixing blocks 2121, and protruding rotation shafts 2131 are provided at the left and right ends of the barrier 213, the rotation shafts 2131 being pivotably located in the grooves.
Referring to fig. 3 and 11, the second receiving chamber 222 employs siphon water, a siphon structure 2221 is provided in the second receiving chamber 222, a flow guiding structure 223 connected to a water outlet 22214 of the siphon structure 2221 is provided on the dispenser box 22, and the flow guiding structure 223 is used for guiding the liquid passing through the siphon structure water outlet 22214 backward. When the dispenser box 22 is drawn out to the open state, the liquid outlet 2231 of the flow guiding structure 223 is positioned in the water storage tank 21, that is, when the dispenser box 22 is in the open state, the laundry treating agent is added to the second accommodating cavity 222, even if siphonage occurs, the laundry treating agent flows out through the water outlet 22214 of the siphoning structure 2221 and then is guided backwards through the flow guiding structure 223 to flow into the water storage tank 21, so that the laundry treating agent is prevented from flowing onto the surface, the ground or even the circuit of the washing machine, and the safety is improved.
The flow guiding structure 223 is a cavity with front and rear ends open, the front end is a liquid inlet, the rear end is a liquid outlet 2231, and the front end of the flow guiding structure 223 is connected with the water outlet 22214 of the siphon structure 2221. The water outlet 22214 of the siphon structure 2221 is a round opening, the area is smaller, the water flow flowing out of the siphon structure 2221 is facilitated by arranging the flow guiding structure 223 to be of a front narrow rear wide structure, the flow width of liquid is increased after the water flow is guided by the flow guiding structure 223, and the water flow is uniformly distributed. The liquid outlet 2231 of the flow guiding structure 223 is flush with the rear wall of the second receiving cavity 222.
The siphon structure 2221 has a siphon tube 22211 provided on the bottom wall of the second housing chamber 222, and a siphon cap 22212 fastened to the siphon tube 22211; the flow guide structure 223 has an upper wall 2232 and a lower wall 2233 gradually apart in a rearward extending direction, and a front end of the lower wall 2233 is bent to extend upward and connect with a front side pipe wall of the siphon tube 22211, and the upper wall 2232 connects with a rear side pipe wall of the siphon tube 22211.
