The invention discloses an instant chlorine-containing electrolyte and a preparation method thereof, wherein the instant chlorine-containing electrolyte is prepared from 60-90 parts of edible salt, 1-20 parts of an acid source and 1-20 parts of an alkali source, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing a proper amount of edible salt in parts by mass; (2) weighing an acid source and an alkali source, grinding the acid source and the alkali source respectively by using a mortar, and then carrying out necessary drying, cooling and sieving; (3) weighing edible salt and the acid source and the alkali source obtained in the step (2) according to the proportion of the instant chlorine-containing electrolyte in the step (1), sequentially adding the edible salt and the acid source and the alkali source into a stirring device, starting the stirring device to mix materials, stopping stirring after the materials are uniformly mixed, and drying the materials; (4) taking a proper amount of the materials obtained in the step (3), shaping by a machine and packaging. The chlorine-containing electrolyte prepared by the method is dissolved quickly, and the preparation efficiency can be greatly improved when the chlorine-containing electrolyte is used for preparing a sodium hypochlorite solution by industrial electrolysis.

Sodium hypochlorite is a chlorine-containing disinfectant widely used, the current method for preparing sodium hypochlorite is mainly an electrolytic method, and since sodium hypochlorite liquid is not easy to store for a long time, and is inconvenient to transport, a sodium hypochlorite generator is mostly adopted to prepare sodium hypochlorite through field electrolysis at the present stage, namely edible salt is added into a salt dissolving device to be dissolved into saline water with certain concentration, and then the saline solution is electrolyzed into the sodium hypochlorite solution with certain concentration through electrolytic reaction of electrodes, wherein the sodium hypochlorite generator generally comprises a salt dissolving device, an electrolysis device, distillation equipment, a pairing water system, an automatic control device, a medicine liquid storage tank and the like.
The electrolytic preparation process of sodium hypochlorite has no requirement on the upper limit of the concentration of a salt solution, the higher the concentration of the salt solution is, the higher the electrolytic efficiency is, and the slower the dissolution speed is according to the physical properties of the salt, so that if the electrolytic preparation efficiency of sodium hypochlorite is lower by preparing the salt solution with higher concentration by using the existing chlorine-containing electrolyte, the high-efficiency preparation and industrial production of the sodium hypochlorite are greatly inconvenient, and the instant chlorine-containing electrolyte can be prepared into an effervescent salt product which can be quickly dissolved and used for electrolytic preparation of the sodium hypochlorite solution by adding different varieties and proportions of disintegrating agents into edible salt, and the electrolytic preparation efficiency of the sodium hypochlorite solution can be greatly improved.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: an instant chlorine-containing electrolyte and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, wherein the instant chlorine-containing electrolyte is prepared from 60-90 parts by mass of edible salt, 1-20 parts by mass of an acid source and 1-20 parts by mass of an alkali source, and the preparation method of the instant chlorine-containing electrolyte comprises the following steps:
(1) taking a proper amount of edible salt, and sieving to remove salt grains with large grain size;
(2) grinding an acid source and an alkali source respectively by using a mortar, and then carrying out necessary drying, cooling and sieving, wherein the acid source is one or more of citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid and fumaric acid, and the alkali source is one or more of sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate, magnesium carbonate and calcium carbonate;
(3) weighing edible salt and the acid source and the alkali source obtained in the step (2) according to the proportion of the instant chlorine-containing electrolyte in the step (1), sequentially adding the edible salt and the acid source and the alkali source into a stirring device, starting the stirring device to mix materials, stopping stirring after the materials are uniformly mixed, and drying the materials;
(4) taking a proper amount of the materials obtained in the step (3), shaping by a machine and packaging.
According to the instant chlorine-containing electrolyte and the preparation method thereof, the edible salt is refined salt or smashed washing salt, and the content of sodium chloride is more than or equal to 98.0 percent, the water content is less than or equal to 1.2 percent and the particle size is less than or equal to 0.85mm in terms of wet basis.
In the instant chlorine-containing electrolyte and the preparation method thereof, the mesh size used in the sieving process in the steps (1) and (2) is 0.85 mm.
In the instant chlorine-containing electrolyte and the preparation method thereof, the stirring and mixing time in the step (3) is 1-20 min.
In the above instant chlorine-containing electrolyte and the preparation method thereof, the drying manner in the step (3) is to perform dehumidification by using a dehumidifier and dry in the shade.
In the above instant chlorine-containing electrolyte and the preparation method thereof, the machine-molded instant chlorine-containing electrolyte in the step (4) is in one of a powder type, a tablet type, a granulation type, a spherical type and a cylindrical type, and the molded instant chlorine-containing electrolyte weighs 1-10 g per part.

Detailed Description

The quick-dissolving type chlorine-containing electrolyte comprises the following raw materials: 88g of refined salt, 9g of sodium bicarbonate and 3g of citric acid; the total amount is 100g, wherein the content of refined salt sodium chloride (calculated by wet basis) is 99.05%, the water content is 0.12%, the specific gravity is 96% within the range of the particle size being less than or equal to 0.85 mm.

(3) weighing the refined salt obtained in the step (1), the sodium bicarbonate obtained in the step (2) and citric acid according to the mass parts of the raw materials, then sequentially placing the materials in a stirring device, uniformly stirring the materials for 10min, and then placing the obtained materials in a drying room for dehumidifying;
(4) and (4) sequentially weighing 2g of the material obtained in the step (3), tabletting and forming on a tabletting machine, and further packaging to obtain the required instant chlorine-containing electrolyte.
Further, the instant chlorine-containing electrolyte is mainly used for preparing sodium hypochlorite through electrolysis.

(2) putting potassium bicarbonate and potassium carbonate into a mortar, grinding into powder, sieving, wherein the aperture of a sieve used for sieving is 0.85mm, and then putting the product into a drying dish; then putting the malic acid into a mortar, grinding the malic acid into powder, putting the powder into an electric heating blowing constant-temperature drying oven for drying at 75 ℃ for 1.2h, putting the powder into a drying dish for cooling, and then carrying out sieving treatment after cooling, wherein the aperture of a sieve used for sieving is 0.85mm, and the molar ratio of potassium bicarbonate to potassium carbonate is 1: 1;

The dissolution tests of the products obtained in the embodiments 1 to 3 and the products of the control group prove that the dissolution speed and the effect of the product are worth of the invention, and the results prove that the dissolution speed of the product prepared by the invention is about 3 times of that of the control group, the dissolution time is greatly shortened, if stirring is carried out, the dissolution speed is further accelerated, and the time for complete dissolution is controlled within 8 min.
