Abstract
The invention discloses lubricating oil with a protection effect for an anti-wear and anti-rust bearing and a preparation method thereof, wherein the lubricating oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 portions of modified base oil, 5 to 6 portions of anti-corrosion antirust agent, 8 to 9 portions of chlorinated paraffin, 5 to 7 portions of succinate, 1 to 3 portions of beta-sitosterol, 5 to 7 portions of viscosity regulator and 0.1 to 1 portion of nano copper powder, thereby reducing the abrasion, forming a repairing layer with stable structure and excellent bearing capacity on the surface of a friction pair, and playing the effects of resisting wear and reducing friction; the chlorinated paraffin can reduce friction, improve wear resistance and the like.

Along with the development of industrial manufacturing, the requirements on the bearing are higher and higher, the bearing material is required to be environment-friendly and safe and does not contain harmful components, the bearing material has high strength, and meanwhile, the bearing can adapt to different environments and working conditions and has the capabilities of resisting stress corrosion and chemical corrosion. In addition to the material of the bearing, the performance requirements of the lubricating oil required for the use of the bearing are also increasing.
However, the existing lubricating oil has many defects, such as insufficient lubricity, incapability of playing a role in rust prevention on bearings, easy denaturation under high temperature, reduced wear resistance, poor stability and the like.

Preferably, the polyhydric alcohol is any single component or a mixture of two components in any proportion in trimethylolpropane and pentaerythritol.
Preferably, the nanometer copper powder is pretreated by the following steps: placing copper powder in a ball milling tank, and mixing the copper powder at a low speed for a period of time in an argon atmosphere to obtain nano copper powder; uniformly mixing the copper nanoparticles with an acid solution or an alkali solution which is 5 times of the copper nanoparticles in mass, grinding the mixture at a low speed for 40 minutes at 88 ℃, and filtering the mixture.

5): filling the second mixture; standing at room temperature for 10-20 days.

the lubricating oil has good lubricating effect, can be suitable for most application occasions, not only can greatly improve the rust resistance of the lubricating oil, but also can improve the lubricating effect of the lubricating oil, has low pour point, does not change the friction coefficient too much at high temperature, has strong stability and low cost; secondly, the abrasion is reduced, and a repairing layer with stable structure and excellent bearing capacity can be formed on the surface of the friction pair, so that the effects of abrasion resistance and friction reduction are achieved; the chlorinated paraffin can reduce friction, improve wear resistance and the like.
