The high breakdown voltage mosaic modified polyester enameled wire insulating paint and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the mosaic modified polyester imide resin is as follows: uniformly placing 3-5 parts by mass of ethylene glycol, 6-8 parts by mass of tris (2-hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate (THETC) and 3-4 parts by mass of methylene diphenyl diamine (MDA) inside a reaction kettle preheated to 160 ℃, ensuring that the rotating speed inside the reaction kettle reaches 500r/min of 200-fold organic silicon, uniformly stirring the materials, pouring out the separated liquid, gradually reducing the temperature of the reaction kettle to room temperature, and pouring the mixed seek modified polyesterimide resin into a sealing device for later use.
