Abstract

本发明涉及一种PE纤维织布树脂预浸料制备工艺及制备装置,其制备工艺为:(1)环氧树脂加固化剂配制成树脂溶液;(2)将已配置的树脂溶液输入预热胶槽;(3)将PE纤维织布,经五辊牵引机,再经过张力辊,输入到预热胶槽上方,由浸胶辊压入在预热胶槽内的所述树脂溶液表面内;(4)PE纤维织布经过浸渍涂胶,再通过张力辊输入风冷机使涂胶定型;(5)将已浸渍涂胶定型的PE纤维预浸料布单面复合脱膜纸,复合脱膜纸后进行产品收卷。本发明专用树脂配制及与PE纤维织布树脂浸渍涂复,制备而成的PE纤维预浸料布,改善了PE纤维表面与树脂粘结强度,能在树脂基复合材料领域广泛应用。本发明工艺简单实用,设备维护方便,造价低廉。

Description

一种PE纤维织布树脂预浸料制备工艺及制备装置
技术领域
本发明属于复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种超高分子量聚乙烯纤维(又称PE纤维)树脂预浸料制备工艺及制备装置。
背景技术
纤维增强树脂基复合材料,具有比强度高、比模量高、耐疲劳、抗冲击、密度小等特性,在航空、航天、风电、体育用品、轻量化、汽车、军工等领域有广泛应用。超高分子量聚乙烯纤维(又称PE纤维),是当今世界三大高科技纤维(碳纤维、芳纶纤维、PE纤维)之一,该纤维由于分子量极高、主链结合好、取向度、结晶度高、因此它的力学强度高、且密度小、能抗紫外线和耐腐蚀性强,并具突出的抗冲击韧性等优异性能,该纤维主要应用于软质防弹、防刀割及海洋绳网领域。
目前对其制备工艺有多方研究,经检索的公知技术有:
公知技术1,CN104228087A一种复合材料预浸料制备工艺,其特征是涉及多层纤维或多种纤维织物,分别通过不同角度(0°、20°、30°、45°、60°、90°)方向组合,通过恒张力卷装进入浸胶槽,浸渍树脂后的纤维织物经固化成形为复合材料预浸料布。其所粘涂树脂分别有特氟龙、聚酰亚胺、聚苯硫迷、聚醚醚酮、聚醚酮、聚醚酮酮几种,耐温性能>150℃。
公知技术2,CN109517338A一种高模量碳纤维预浸料布制作工艺,其特征涉及一种高模量碳纤维纱和粘连碳纤维纱胶液组成,粘结树脂有双酚A型环氧树脂、高纯度固态环氧树脂、苯酚型酚醛环氧树脂、增韧剂、固化剂和促进剂组成配制胶液,制作碳纤维预浸料布。
公知技术3,CN110272554A一种环氧阻燃预浸料布及其制造工艺,其特征涉及一种五枚假纹(多轴向)玻璃纤维织布复合材料层的两侧面上均复合连接有对应的阻燃环氧胶料层,成为环氧阻燃预浸料布。
公知技术4,CN103360713A一种纤维预浸布及其制备工艺,其特征在于纤维布浸吸有光敏树脂,首先配置光敏树脂溶液,然后将纤维布浸入光敏树脂溶液的预浸槽中进行浸润,将充分浸润的纤维布进行UV固化,即可得到预浸布产品。
公知技术5,CN105885072A一种单向连续纤维增强树脂基复合材料预浸料及其制备工艺,共特征在于:首先树脂溶液配置,包含可溶性树脂或其活性单体、固化剂、催化剂、配置几种聚合物饱和溶液,然后纤维排布浸渍,经蒸干溶液后收卷成单向连续预浸料布。
上述公知技术制备复合材料预浸料增强纤维,均以玻璃纤维、碳纤维作为增强材料,预浸树脂均以聚苯硫迷、聚醚醚酮、酚醛环氧树脂和不饱和树脂为主,而耐热固化温度均在>150℃,但超高分子量聚乙烯纤维具有强度高、且密度小,能抗紫外线和耐腐蚀强、冲击韧性强等特点,而耐热性只有<115℃的特性,故其不适用于PE纤维织物预浸料布制备技术的条件。所述纤维在热固性树脂基复合材料领域还无法应用,主要存在纤维结晶度高、表面光滑、无极性机团与树脂浸渍性差、粘结力低等弱点。
发明内容
本发明针对PE纤维强度高,耐热性差等特性,研究低温能快速固化的专用树脂及与PE纤维织物预浸料制备工艺及制备装置。
本发明是这样实现的:一种PE纤维织布树脂预浸料制备工艺为:
(1).环氧树脂加固化剂配制成树脂溶液;
(2).将已配置的树脂溶液输入预热胶槽;
(3).将PE纤维织布,经五辊牵引机,再经过张力辊,输入到预热胶槽上方,由浸胶辊压入在预热胶槽内的所述树脂溶液表面内;
(4).PE纤维织布经过浸渍涂胶,再通过张力辊输入风冷机使涂胶定型;
(5).将已浸渍涂胶定型的PE纤维预浸料布单面复合脱膜纸,复合脱膜纸后进行产品收卷。
本发明把热固性树脂基复合材料用于PE纤维织布,本发明是针对PE纤维特性研制低温固化专用树脂配制及与PE纤维织布树脂浸渍涂复,制备而成的PE纤维预浸料布,改善了PE纤维表面与树脂粘结强度,能在树脂基复合材料领域广泛应用。本发明工艺简单实用,设备维护方便,造价低廉。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种PE纤维织布树脂预浸料制备工艺及制备装置。
一种PE纤维织布树脂预浸料制备工艺为:
1.树脂选用含硫氨基四官能团环氧树脂或含硫氨基团二官能团环氧树脂,加重量比为10%~20%的固化剂配制溶液,配置温度75℃~90℃,用搅拌机持续加温搅拌60~90分钟,配制成树脂溶液。
2.将已配置的树脂溶液输入预热胶槽,胶槽预热温度75℃~80℃,预热胶槽液位保持在一致。
3.将已表面处理好的PE纤维织布,经五辊牵引机,再经过预热胶槽前端的张力辊,输入到预热胶槽上方,由浸胶辊压入在预热胶槽内的所述树脂溶液表面内,浸胶辊保持温度70℃~75℃。
4.PE纤维织布经过浸渍涂胶,再通过预热胶槽后端的张力辊输入风冷机,经过冷风使涂胶定型,风冷温度在温度25℃~30℃之间。
5.将已浸渍涂胶定型的PE纤维预浸料布单面复合脱膜纸,复合脱膜纸后进行产品收卷。
这一PE纤维织布树脂预浸料生产,从胶液浸渍、冷风定型、复合脱膜纸到成品收卷,整个生产线速度为每分钟5~8米。
本发明的PE纤维织布树脂预浸料制备工艺是通过PE纤维织布树脂预浸料制备装置实现的。
参见图1所示,本发明一种PE纤维织布树脂预浸料制备装置,主要由五辊牵引机2、张力辊3、浸胶辊4、预热胶槽5和风冷机6组成。所述五辊牵引机2设置在装置最前端,在预热胶槽5设置在五辊牵引机2后面,预热胶槽5内装有树脂溶液。在预热胶槽5上方的前后两侧各设有一个张力辊3,所述浸胶辊4设置在预热胶槽5上方的正中间位置,其下部浸入在所述树脂溶液中。所述风冷机6设置在预热胶槽5后面,在风冷机6上方的后侧还设有第三个张力辊3。
在所述五辊牵引机2前端上方设有PE纤维织布转卷1,在所述第三个张力辊3的上方设有脱模纸转卷7,后方设有成卷机8。PE纤维织布转卷1上的PE纤维织布通过五辊牵引机2,由预热胶槽5上方前后两侧的张力辊3拉紧,并由的浸胶辊4压入在预热胶槽5中的树脂溶液中,通过风冷机6风冷定型,再与脱模纸转卷7输入的脱模纸一同由第三个张力辊3压紧在一起,最后传送到成卷机8。

Claims (9)

1.一种PE纤维织布树脂预浸料制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的制备工艺步骤为:
(1).树脂选用含硫氨基四官能团环氧树脂或含硫氨基团二官能团环氧树脂,加固化剂配制溶液,配制成树脂溶液;
(2).将已配置的树脂溶液输入预热胶槽;
(3).将已表面处理好的PE纤维织布,经五辊牵引机,再经过预热胶槽前端的张力辊,输入到预热胶槽上方,由浸胶辊压入在预热胶槽内的所述树脂溶液表面内;
(4).PE纤维织布经过浸渍涂胶,再通过预热胶槽后端的张力辊输入风冷机,经过冷风使涂胶定型;
(5).将已浸渍涂胶定型的PE纤维预浸料布单面复合脱膜纸,复合脱膜纸后进行产品收卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的工艺步骤(1)中,加重量比为10%~20%的固化剂配制溶液,配置温度75℃~90℃,用搅拌机持续加温搅拌60~90分钟,配制成树脂溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的工艺步骤(2)中,胶槽预热温度75℃~80℃,预热胶槽液位保持在一致。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的工艺步骤(3)中,浸胶辊保持温度70℃~75℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的工艺步骤(4)中,风冷温度在温度25℃~30℃之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,这一PE纤维织布树脂预浸料生产,从胶液浸渍、冷风定型、复合脱膜纸到成品收卷,整个生产线速度为每分钟5~8米。
7.一种PE纤维织布树脂预浸料制备装置,其特征在于,主要由五辊牵引机(2)、张力辊(3)、浸胶辊(4)、预热胶槽(5)和风冷机(6)组成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备装置,其特征在于,所述五辊牵引机(2)设置在装置最前端,在预热胶槽(5)设置在五辊牵引机(2)后面,预热胶槽(5)内装有树脂溶液;在预热胶槽(5)上方的前后两侧各设有一个张力辊(3),所述浸胶辊(4)设置在预热胶槽(5)上方的正中间位置,其下部浸入在所述树脂溶液中;所述风冷机(6)设置在预热胶槽(5)后面,在风冷机(6)上方的后侧还设有第三个张力辊(3)。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的制备装置,其特征在于,在所述五辊牵引机(2)前端上方设有PE纤维织布转卷(1),在所述第三个张力辊(3)的上方设有脱模纸转卷(7),后方设有成卷机(8);PE纤维织布转卷(1)上的PE纤维织布通过五辊牵引机(2),由预热胶槽(5)上方前后两侧的张力辊(3)拉紧,并由的浸胶辊(4)压入在预热胶槽(5)中的树脂溶液中,通过风冷机(6)风冷定型,再与脱模纸转卷(7)输入的脱模纸一同由第三个张力辊(3)压紧在一起,最后传送到成卷机(8)。
