The working principle is as follows: kitchen waste is poured into the retention box 1, the isolation plate 2 has the effect of filtering and isolating, sewage directly flows into the control cylinder 4 and is discharged through the U-shaped pipe 8, the waste slides away through the discharge hole 9, the baffle 10 blocks the discharge hole 9, the pressure rod 15 supports the baffle 10, the spring piece I16 rebounds to support the pressure rod 15, the pressure rod 15 cannot directly contract back into the guide box 14 in a short time, because the gas in the inner cavity of the guide box 14 cannot be discharged out in time, namely when the gas flow passes through the gas valve 17, the gas flow pushes the movable ball 29, the movable ball 29 and the sealing cylinder 28 are in contact sealing, further the gas flow is mainly discharged through the thin pipe cavity on the sealing cylinder 28, a certain time is needed, so that the shape of the short-time pushing device 11 is almost unchanged, the pushing device 11 supports the baffle 10, namely the baffle 10 cannot be opened in the initial stage of pouring the waste, and the waste is ensured to be located in the inner cavity of the retention box 1, then, the sewage in the control cylinder 4 is increased, the weight of the control cylinder 4 is increased, the control cylinder 4 descends to press the rubber tube 5, the rubber tube 5 is forced to deform and contract, the gas in the rubber tube 5 is extruded into the corrugated tube 26 through the hard tube 24, the corrugated tube 26 deforms and expands, the air pressure pushes the telescopic column 25, the telescopic column 25 moves to jack the clamping rod 20, the clamping rod 20 moves the clamping baffle 10, the baffle 10 keeps the state of blocking the discharge hole 9, only the sewage in the retention box 1 flows into the control cylinder 4 and is discharged through the control cylinder 4, the rubber tube 5 recovers the original shape, the baffle 10 does not block the clamping baffle 10 any more, the baffle 10 is opened to discharge garbage, specifically, the spring piece II 23 rebounds to push the power plate 21, the power plate 21 moves to drive the annular gear 19 to rotate, the clamping rod 20 reversely moves, the clamping baffle 20 does not block the baffle 10 any more, the clamping rod 20 reversely moves to jack the telescopic column 25, the telescopic column 25 restores to the initial position, the rubber tube 5 is forced to restore to the full state by air pressure, and the rubber tube 5 supports the control cylinder 4 to restore to the initial position.
