The integral breakpoint-free garbage bag 330 is a cylindrical structure, the inside of the cylindrical structure is integrally penetrated, at least one of two ends of the cylindrical structure is provided with an opening, and the garbage bag is folded into a ring shape in a reciprocating manner and sleeved in the annular groove 36. The above technologies are all the prior art and are not described herein in detail.
The integral breakpoint-free garbage bag 330 is not required to be sold together with the garbage can, and the integral breakpoint-free garbage bag 330 can be purchased by a user and installed in the large cover part 300.
The assembling steps of the garbage bag assembly 340 include: the integral breakpoint-free garbage bag 330 is folded into a ring shape along the axial direction by manpower or a certain fixture, and the length and the diameter of the garbage bag are self-determined according to the use requirement; the garbage bag 330 folded into a ring shape is pressed into the annular groove 346 in the storage main body 342, one end of the garbage bag pressed into the annular groove 346 is pulled out and sealed, the sealing mode is thermoplastic sealing, but the sealing mode is not limited to thermoplastic sealing, and other sealing modes can be adopted, so that the automatic taking of the first garbage bag is convenient, the cover body 343 is covered at the opening of the annular groove 346 of the storage main body 342, and the assembly work of the garbage bag assembly is completed.
It should be noted that, the garbage bag storage rack 320 may also directly store the integral non-breakpoint garbage bags 330, and at this time, the garbage bag storage rack 320 may be configured to have a ring-shaped groove structure similar to a garbage bag box, so as to directly store the integral non-breakpoint garbage bags 330 folded into a ring shape.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, a garbage bag packing mechanism 370 is preferably further installed below the garbage bag storage rack 320 in the large cover 300, so as to implement an automatic packing and sealing function of the garbage bag.
The garbage bag packing mechanism 370 may employ a related art garbage bag packing mechanism such as that disclosed in CN 108584238A. The garbage bag packaging mechanism is preferably closed by a flexible belt. Compared with the existing garbage bag packaging mechanism which is closed through the rigid compression bar, the garbage bag packaging mechanism with the flexible band closing is simpler in structure and lighter in weight and volume.
The following provides a garbage bag packaging mechanism with a flexible belt for closing. As shown in fig. 6 to 10, the garbage bag packaging mechanism 370 comprises a mounting plate 10, a driving device 20, a closing mechanism 30 and a sealing device 40 disposed on the mounting plate 10, wherein:
the mounting plate 10 is provided with a mounting plate through hole 11 for passing garbage bags and garbage, the mounting plate through hole 11 corresponds to the garbage throwing opening 310, a flexible belt limiting groove 12 is formed in the mounting plate 10 around the mounting plate through hole 11, and the driving device 20 comprises a motor and a reduction transmission gear 21 driven by the motor.
The closing mechanism 30 comprises a flexible belt 31 arranged around the mounting plate through hole 11, the first end of the flexible belt 31 is fixed on the mounting plate 10, the middle part bypasses the sealing end surface of the sealing device 40 and is in meshed connection with the reduction transmission gear 21, and the tail end of the flexible belt moves back and forth along the flexible belt limit groove 12 along with the rotation of the reduction transmission gear 21, so that the rotation of the reduction transmission gear 21 can drive the flexible belt 31 to tighten or reset around the sealing device 40; the flexible belt 31 is flat on the side facing the sealing end face, and is provided with a rack on the side facing away from the sealing end face, so as to form a tooth groove structure, and the flexible belt 31 is meshed with the reduction transmission gear 21 through the tooth groove structure. The flexible belt 31 has a high temperature resistant insulating property as a whole, and the driving device 20 and the sealing device 40 are communicably connected with a control device so that the control device can control the operations of the driving device 20 and the sealing device 40. The end face of the seal is the outer end face of the base 41 which is in contact with the flexible band 31 and is used for packing the seal.
In this embodiment, the flexible belt 31 has a belt-like structure with certain flexibility and elasticity, and can be tightened or restored around the sealing device 40.
According to the garbage bag packaging mechanism, the flexible belt 31 is used for closing in, and the flexible belt 31 is meshed with the driving device 20 through a tooth slot structure which is matched with the driving device 20 and is used for transmitting motion and force. Under the driving action of the driving device 20 and the guiding and limiting action of the flexible belt limiting groove 12, the garbage bag can be effectively folded onto the sealing end face of the sealing device 40 and matched with the sealing device 40, so that the packing and sealing operation is realized. The garbage bag packaging mechanism has the advantages of fewer structural parts, greatly reduced requirements on the processing and assembling precision of all parts, reduced production and assembling costs, simplified structure, low failure rate and better reliability.
The flexible belt 31 has high temperature insulation property, so that unsafe factors such as burning human body and the like can not occur due to the fact that the temperature of the part without the high temperature insulation property is too high due to the heat conduction effect of the flexible belt 31. And meanwhile, the whole surface of the flexible belt 31 is smoother, so that the closing-up and packaging of the garbage bag packaging mechanism are more stable and reliable. When the garbage amount in the garbage bag exceeds the closing plane, the garbage bag packaging mechanism can still better realize sealing and packaging, and meanwhile, the sealing and packaging quality is ensured.
It should be noted that, the whole flexible belt 31 has a high temperature insulation characteristic, may be integrally made of a material with a high temperature insulation characteristic (such as teflon, glass fiber, and heat-resistant silica gel), or may be made of other materials with a high temperature insulation characteristic in the prior art, and has a certain flexibility and elasticity, and a person skilled in the art may design the thickness of the flexible belt 31 according to actual needs, so that the flexible belt 31 has a certain flexibility and elasticity, and may tighten or restore around the sealing device. The flexible belt 31 may also be integrally coated with a high temperature resistant insulating layer (e.g., teflon tape layer, teflon layer, fiberglass layer, heat resistant silica gel layer).
Preferably, a positioning block 13 is disposed on the mounting plate 10 at one side of the sealing device 40, a rack at the head end of the flexible belt 31 is engaged with the positioning block 13, and a plane at the head end of the flexible belt 31 is abutted and limited by a base of the sealing device 40. So set up, can realize the head end of flexible band 31 of this embodiment is in quick fixed mounting on the mounting panel 10, and dismantle the convenience.
A limiting structure may be additionally disposed on the mounting plate 10 on one side of the positioning block 13 facing the flexible belt 31, where the flexible belt 31 is engaged with the positioning block 13 and limited by the limiting structure, so as to prevent the flexible belt 31 from falling off from the positioning block 13.
It will be readily understood by those skilled in the art that, in order to save the cost of using the high temperature resistant insulating layer, the high temperature resistant insulating layer may be provided only at the portion where the flexible band 31 contacts the sealing end surface of the sealing device 40.
The high-temperature resistant insulating layer is a teflon tape layer; it can also be replaced by glass fiber layer, teflon plastic layer or heat-resistant silica gel layer with high temperature resistant insulating property. The teflon plastic layer or the heat-resistant silica gel layer may be molded on the outer surface of the flexible band 31 by injection molding. Or, a glass fiber woven sleeve coated with teflon is sleeved outside the flexible belt 31.
Of course, the high temperature resistant insulating primer may be sprayed on the outside of the flexible belt 31, and then the teflon paint layer or the teflon emulsion may be sprayed, brushed or dip-coated on the outermost side of the high temperature resistant insulating primer to form a teflon coating layer as a high temperature resistant insulating layer, so as to achieve the effect of high temperature resistant insulation.
Preferably, a limiting structure 14 is arranged at the periphery of the meshing section of the reduction transmission gear 21 and the flexible belt 31, and the flexible belt 31 is meshed with the reduction transmission gear 21 and limited by the limiting structure 14 so as to prevent the flexible belt 31 from being disengaged from the reduction transmission gear 21.
Further preferably, a side of the limiting structure 14 facing the reduction gear 21 has an arc-shaped groove matching with an external protrusion of the reduction gear 21, and a rack side of the flexible belt 31 is engaged with the reduction gear 21, and a plane side is abutted against the arc-shaped groove.
Preferably, the end of the flexible belt 31 has a stopper 32, and the stopper 32 is embedded in the flexible belt limiting groove 12 and can reciprocate along the flexible belt limiting groove 12 and limit the flexible belt 31, so as to prevent the flexible belt 31 from being separated from the engagement of the reduction gear 21 from the end.
So arranged, the stopper 32 can reciprocate along the flexible belt stopper groove 12, and can prevent the flexible belt 31 from being separated from the reduction gear 21 due to excessive reset when resetting.
Preferably, the mounting plate 10 is further provided with a closing end position detecting device 15 for detecting whether the flexible belt 31 completely closes the garbage bag at the sealing device 40. When the flexible belt 31 tightens the garbage bag to the sealing device 40, the closing end position detecting device 15 is triggered, and the control device controls the sealing device 40 to heat, seal and cut off according to the triggering condition of the closing end position detecting device 15. By the arrangement, the detection precision of the garbage bag packaging mechanism is improved, and the safety and stability of the system are ensured.
The person skilled in the art will readily understand that the closing end position detecting means 15 may be a contact type detecting means, such as a travel switch. The detection device may be a non-contact type detection device, such as an infrared correlation type detection device, an infrared reflection type detection device, an ultrasonic detection device, or the like.
According to the present invention, the bottom of the garbage bag storage rack 320 is located above the garbage bag packaging mechanism, and can be used as a cover plate of the garbage bag packaging mechanism, so as to cover the internal structure of the garbage bag packaging mechanism and limit and protect the internal structure. Of course, those skilled in the art will readily understand that a cover plate may be separately disposed on the mounting plate of the garbage bag packaging mechanism, where the cover plate is matched with the mounting plate and covers the mounting plate to cover the internal structure of the garbage bag packaging mechanism and limit and protect the internal structure.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, according to the present invention, the garbage bag sealing device 40 includes a high temperature resistant base 41 and a heating wire 42 disposed on the base 41, a first cold-pressed terminal 43, a second cold-pressed terminal 44, wherein:
A wire slot 411 is formed in the rear end face of the base 41, heating wire limit slots 412 are formed in two ends of the wire slot 411, and the heating wire limit slots 412 are communicated with the wire slot 411 and the outer end face of the base 41; two ends of the wire slot 411 are provided with slot end faces 413, and the joint of the slot end faces 413 and the outer end face of the base 41 is an arc-shaped inclined plane 414; the surface of the base 41 for sealing is a sealing end surface 415, the part of the heating wire 42 wound on the sealing end surface 415 protrudes out of the sealing end surface 415, and two ends of the heating wire 42 are respectively embedded into the heating wire limiting grooves 412 and are respectively electrically connected with the wire harness through the first cold-pressing terminal 43 and the second cold-pressing terminal 44; the first cold-pressed terminal 43 and the second cold-pressed terminal 44 slide into the wire slot 411 along the inclined plane 414 and are limited by the slot end faces 413 respectively so as to tension the heating wire 42 and limit the two ends of the heating wire 42 along the axial direction thereof, and are fixed on the high-temperature-resistant base 41;
the wire harness 45 is received in the wire slot 411 and is connected to a hot melt circuit that is communicatively connected to a control mechanism.
The sealing device provided by the invention adopts the heating wire for sealing, can simultaneously complete the sealing and cutting functions of the garbage bag, and has the advantages of simple heating wire assembling and fixing mode and low cost.
The outer end surface of the base 41 is opposite to the slot 411, and the base 41 is the outer end surface of the base 41 except for the slot end surface, the slot side surface, and the slot bottom surface of the slot 411.
Of course, only one of the groove end faces 413 and the outer end face of the base 41 may be provided in a slant connection. In this case, one end of the heating wire 42 may be limited from one side, and the heating wire 42 may be tensioned from the other end of the heating wire 42, so that the tensioning effect may be achieved.
According to the present invention, the high temperature resistant base 41 is preferably made of ceramic, and the ceramic surface may be a smooth ceramic surface, i.e. a tight impermeable surface, so that dust or dirt is not easy to adhere to the ceramic surface, and the ceramic surface may be cleaned conveniently by a solvent without affecting the material properties. Moreover, the ceramic has good insulation and heat-insulating properties, and when the temperature of the heating wire 42 is high, the base 41 can prevent the deformation and damage caused by high temperature, and is beneficial to preventing the electric leakage of equipment. Moreover, the adhesion of the garbage bag can be prevented, the garbage bag is prevented from being damaged, dirt on the sealing device 40 is prevented from being accumulated, and the quality of automatic packaging and the stability and reliability of the performance of the garbage can are improved. Of course, the material of the base 41 is not limited to the ceramic material, and may be other heat-resistant insulating materials or other materials subjected to heat-resistant insulating treatment.
Further, a release coating is provided on the surface of the sealing end face 415 of the base 41, so that when the heating wire 42 contacts with the garbage bag and is melted, the garbage bag is not easy to adhere to the sealing device 40, and good performance of the sealing device 40 is ensured.
Preferably, the sealing end surface 415 is an outwardly convex arc surface. By the arrangement, the base 41 is more tightly attached to the flexible belt 31 of the flexible closing mechanism, the surface is smoother, and the sealing and packaging quality is further improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 10, the slot 411 includes a transverse slot 416 and a vertical slot 417, two ends of the transverse slot 416 have the slot end faces 413, and the vertical slot 417 penetrates through the transverse slot 416 and the upper end face of the high temperature resistant base 41.
Of course, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the vertical wire groove 417 penetrates the lateral wire groove 416 and the lower end surface of the high temperature resistant base 41, or the vertical wire groove 417 penetrates the lateral wire groove 416 and the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the high temperature resistant base 41.
According to the present invention, the high temperature resistant base 41 is provided with a fixing hole 46, and a screw passes through the fixing hole 46 to fix the high temperature resistant base 41 on the mounting board 10.
According to the present invention, the first cold-pressing terminal 43 and the second cold-pressing terminal 44 have the same structure and are provided with openings through which the wire harness 45 passes, when in use, the tail end of the heating wire 42 and the wire harness 45 are first inserted into the openings and connected, and then the openings are reduced by adjusting the tooling, so that the cold-pressing terminal is fixedly connected with the heating wire 42 and the wire harness 45, and the electrical connection between the heating wire 42 and the wire harness 45 is realized. Therefore, the cold-pressed terminal is simple in structure, convenient to operate, low in price and beneficial to saving assembly manpower and production cost.
The sealing device 40 of this embodiment can be installed by the following steps: the two ends of the heating wire 42 are fixed with the wire harness 45 through a first cold-pressing terminal 43 and a second cold-pressing terminal 44 respectively, then the first cold-pressing terminal 43 is propped against the groove end face 413, the tail end of the heating wire 42 is embedded into the heating wire limiting groove 412, the second cold-pressing terminal 44 drives the other end of the heating wire 42 to pass through the heating wire limiting groove 412, and the heating wire 42 is tensioned along the inclined plane 414 and limited by the groove end face 413, so that the heating wire 42 is tensioned and fixed on the base 41.
The control mechanism may be a separate control part or may be part of the control device, that is, the control mechanism may be a control module in the control device. The control mechanism employs a technique of controlling the sealing device 40 conventional in the art, for example, a control mechanism including an MCU (Microcontroller Unit, micro control unit), for example.
When the sealing operation is performed, the control mechanism controls the hot melting circuit, and under the action of the hot melting circuit, the temperature of the heating wire 42 reaches the melting point temperature of the garbage bag, so that the garbage bag is fused and sealed.
Of course, the sealing device 40 may also be a sealing device of a thermoplastic sealing type commonly used in the prior art, such as a hot-melt device for sealing as described in chinese patent CN108529083 a.
The control mechanism can adopt a closed-loop control method for directly controlling the heating temperature of the heating wire through a sensor adopted by the hot melting device in CN108529083A, or adopts an open-loop control method for presetting heating power and heating time adopted by the hot melting device in CN108529082A, namely the control mechanism can set the heating power of the heating wire according to a control program to control the temperature of the heating wire. Or other control methods available in the art. And are not described in detail herein.
According to the garbage bag packaging mechanism, the sealing device 40 adopts the heating wire 42 for sealing, so that the sealing and cutting of the garbage bag can be completed simultaneously, and the heating wire is simple in assembly and fixing mode and low in cost.
The garbage can further comprises a control device. The control device comprises a PCB (printed circuit board) assembly, a control module for controlling the driving device and the sealing device is arranged in the PCB assembly, and the driving device and the sealing device of the garbage bag packaging mechanism 370 are respectively connected with the corresponding control modules in a communication manner.
In the invention, the method for resetting the garbage bag packaging mechanism can adopt the following steps: when the closing-in reset operation is executed, the limiting block 32 at the tail end of the flexible belt 31 moves clockwise along the flexible belt limiting groove 12, when moving to the position of the reduction transmission gear 21 and being limited by the reduction transmission gear 21, the flexible belt 31 cannot continue to move, the reduction transmission gear 21 stops rotating, the motor stops rotating, the current increases, feedback information is sent to the control device, and the control device controls the motor to stop rotating according to the feedback information, so that the closing-in reset action is completed.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the garbage bag packing mechanism of the present embodiment can be operated by the following steps:
(1) The control device controls the motor of the driving device 20 to rotate positively, the motor drives the reduction transmission gear 21 to rotate and drive the flexible belt 31 meshed with the reduction transmission gear 21 to move positively, the tail end of the flexible belt 31 moves anticlockwise around the mounting plate through hole 11 along the flexible belt limiting groove 12, the middle part of the flexible belt limiting groove gradually closes to the sealing device 40, finally, garbage bags are closed to the sealing end face 415, and the flexible belt limiting groove is matched with the sealing device 40 to complete the garbage bag packing and sealing operation.
(2) The control device controls the motor of the driving device 20 to rotate reversely, the motor drives the reduction transmission gear 21 to rotate and drive the flexible belt 31 meshed with the reduction transmission gear 21 to move reversely, the tail end of the flexible belt 31 moves clockwise around the mounting plate through hole 11 along the flexible belt limiting groove 12, the middle part of the flexible belt 31 is gradually far away from the sealing device 40, and finally the flexible belt 31 is reset around the mounting plate through hole 11.
According to the garbage bag packaging mechanism, packaging operation of the garbage bag is achieved through the mode that the flexible belt is closed, and sealing and cutting-off of the garbage bag can be achieved through one-time operation. The flexible belt is closed up, and flexible ropes and other structures can be used for closing up. Of course, the garbage bag packaging mechanism of the embodiment can be replaced by other garbage bag packaging mechanisms with flexible belt closing in the prior art.
The garbage can of this embodiment extends from the inside of the large cover 10 to the ground, and when garbage is put in, the garbage is put in the garbage putting opening 310 from above the large cover 300 and falls into the garbage bag 330. When the garbage bag is full and needs to be packed, the garbage bag packing mechanism 370 is opened to seal and cut off the upper end of the garbage bag 330. The packed garbage bags filled with garbage are taken away, meanwhile, the garbage bags sealed at the bottom are manually pulled downwards for a certain length, the paving of new garbage bags is realized, garbage can be put in again, and the garbage disposal device is simple to operate and quite convenient to use.
Another flexible band-necked garbage bag packaging mechanism is described in detail below with reference to fig. 11-18, and like parts to those of the flexible band-necked garbage bag packaging mechanism described above are given like reference numerals.

the closing mechanism 30 comprises a stainless steel strip-shaped sheet 34, wherein a teflon tape layer is coated outside the stainless steel strip-shaped sheet 34, one end of the stainless steel strip-shaped sheet is fixedly connected with the mounting plate, the other end of the stainless steel strip-shaped sheet is fixedly connected with the driving gear ring 22, the motor in the driving device 20 drives the driving gear ring 22 to rotate in a decelerating manner, one end of the stainless steel strip-shaped sheet 34 is driven to move around the mounting plate through hole 11, a garbage bag of the mounting plate through hole 11 is gathered to the sealing device 40, and the garbage bag packaging and sealing operation is completed by being matched with the sealing device 40;
The sealing device 40 is fixedly arranged at one side of the mounting plate through hole 11 and is used for sealing the closed garbage bag; the driving device 20 and the sealing device 40 are in communication connection with a control device of the garbage can, so that the control device can control the operation of the driving device 20 and the sealing device 40.

In addition, the stainless steel strip-shaped sheet is adopted for closing up, so that good corrosion resistance, interference resistance and fatigue resistance can be obtained, the closing up mechanism 30 is ensured to have high strength, service life and heat conduction performance, and the stability and reliability of the garbage bag packing mechanism are improved; the stainless steel strip-shaped sheet is provided with the Teflon adhesive tape layer outside as a high-temperature resistant insulating layer, so that the stainless steel strip-shaped sheet can be isolated, a heating wire is prevented from being short-circuited, reliable sealing is ensured, the effect of reducing the surface friction force of the stainless steel strip-shaped sheet is achieved, the anti-sticking performance during sealing is improved, the stainless steel strip-shaped sheet can be smoothly closed up and reset, and the failure rate is reduced.
According to the invention, the thickness of the stainless steel strip-shaped sheet 34 can be flexibly changed according to the size of the dustbin, the width of the stainless steel strip-shaped sheet and other factors under the condition of meeting proper flexibility and elasticity and meeting the condition of folding and resetting the dustbin. Too thin stainless steel strip-like sheets are not elastic enough and have poor resetting properties. Too thick stainless steel strip-like sheets are not flexible enough, resulting in poor performance in the gathering of their trash bags.
Preferably, the stainless steel strip sheet 34 has a thickness of 0.05mm to 0.3mm.
According to the present invention, as shown in fig. 18, the side of the stainless steel strip-shaped sheet 34 contacting the sealing device 40 is coated with a teflon tape layer 35, and the opposite side is coated with two teflon tape layers 35.
Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the same can be replaced by a teflon plastic layer, a heat resistant silicone layer, which also has high temperature resistant insulation properties. The teflon plastic layer or heat resistant silicone layer may be overmolded onto the outer surface of the stainless steel strip sheet 34 by injection molding. Alternatively, a woven sleeve of glass fiber coated with teflon is applied over the stainless steel strip sheet 34.
Of course, the high temperature resistant insulating primer may be sprayed on the outer side of the stainless steel strip sheet 34, and then the outer side of the high temperature resistant insulating primer may be sprayed, brushed or dip-coated with a teflon paint layer or a teflon emulsion to form a teflon coating layer as a high temperature resistant insulating layer, so as to achieve the effect of high temperature resistant insulation.
It will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that, in order to save the cost of using a high temperature resistant insulating layer, the high temperature resistant insulating layer may be provided only at the portion in contact with the sealing end face of the sealing device.
Preferably, the stainless steel strip sheet 34 is entirely covered with a high temperature resistant insulating layer. The overall coating improves the overall characteristics of the stainless steel strip-shaped sheet 34, and the temperature of the uncoated part is not too high due to the heat conduction effect of the stainless steel strip-shaped sheet 34, so that unsafe factors such as burning human bodies and the like exist. Simultaneously make stainless steel strip form thin slice 34's whole surface smoother, avoided the disposal bag by high temperature resistant insulating layer blocks unable normal binding off packing's risk when closing off, make disposal bag packagine machine constructs's binding off packing more reliable and more stable.
According to the invention, the mounting plate 10 is provided with an annular track matched with the driving gear ring 22, so that the driving gear ring 22 can rotate by depending on the annular track under the drive of the reduction transmission gear 21.

When the volume of the garbage can is required to be reduced, namely the length of the supporting rod is shortened, a certain pressure is manually applied to the upper part or the large cover part of the supporting rod, so that the elastic buckle rebounds to be separated from the clamping groove, the supporting rods of each stage are retracted, the elastic buckle is clamped into the clamping groove and limited after the supporting rods are retracted to a certain position, and the supporting rods are prevented from being pulled out uncontrollably when the garbage can moves, so that the use experience is influenced.
