Background
One-component silicone glass cement is a paste-like material that cures to a tough, rubbery solid upon exposure to air moisture. The silicone glass cement has the characteristics of strong bonding force, high tensile strength, weather resistance, vibration resistance, moisture resistance, odor resistance and large adaptability to cold and heat changes. In addition, the wide applicability of the adhesive can realize the adhesion among most building material products, so the application value is very high. The silicone glass cement can be used to cross the seams of the roof or sidewalls without sagging, slumping or running away because it does not flow under its own weight. It is mainly used for the adhesion of dry and clean metal and glass, most of grease-free wood, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, ceramics, natural and synthetic fibers, and many painted plastic surfaces. The silicone glass adhesive with good quality is used below zero ℃.
In the prior art, the joint filling sealant is contained in the film bag body, and the two ends of the film bag body are sealed by necking, the bagged joint filling sealant can be directly placed in a glue gun for use when in use, and the bagged joint filling sealant is low in surface strength, easy to extrude and damage in the transportation process and easy to misplace and incline when stacked in a traditional packaging box body to rush.

The working principle is as follows: when the adhesive tape is actually used, firstly, the two metal anti-extrusion rings 3 connected with the connecting support rods 21 are sleeved on the outer sides of the bagged sealant 2, then the pressing protrusions 16 on the two sides of the metal anti-extrusion rings 3 are pushed simultaneously, so that the push plate 13 moves towards the bagged sealant 2 along the grabbing opening 12 until the bonding sheet 14 is bonded on the surface of the bagged sealant 2, in the process, the limiting screw rod 18 slides along the guide groove 19, and the balls 20 reduce friction between the limiting screw rod 18 and the guide groove 19; after the two groups of metal anti-extrusion rings 3 are fixed on the bagged sealant 2, the connecting support rod 21 is supported between the two metal anti-extrusion rings 3, so that the middle part of the bagged sealant 2 is prevented from being bent; the bagged sealant 2 provided with the metal anti-extrusion ring 3 penetrates through the anti-swing surrounding protection ring 4 and then penetrates through the limiting lantern ring 10 at the lower part, the bagged sealant 2 is forcibly pushed and extruded in the process of penetrating through the limiting lantern ring 10 to push and buckle the two flexible surrounding protection pieces 7 on the surface of the second connecting column 9 until the buckle plate 6 is lapped on the surface of the second connecting column 9, the damping bulge 8 increases the friction between the buckle plate 6 and the second connecting column 9, the two flexible surrounding protection pieces 7 are surrounded on the lower part of the second connecting column 9 to prevent the bagged sealant 2 from bouncing, the anti-swing surrounding protection ring 4 surrounds the upper end of the bagged sealant 2 to prevent the upper end of the bagged sealant 2 from swinging; after the transport case 1 is filled with the bagged sealant 2, the transport case 1 is stacked, and the stacking butt plate 22 on the bottom surface of the transport case 1 is inserted into the opening of the transport case 1 below, so that the transport case 1 is stacked neatly.
