A control method for the anti-freezing function of a brake clamp is characterized by comprising the following steps: a driver issues a starting command for starting the brake clamp to prevent freezing through a display screen (hereinafter referred to as HMI), a central control unit (hereinafter referred to as CCU) in the TCMS judges the condition of preventing freezing, when freezing is prevented, the pressure for breaking ice is about 3bar for ensuring the effect of breaking ice, and in order to meet the requirement that a motor train unit in a certain load state is static on a certain slope and does not slip, only 1 vehicle is allowed to relieve air brake (2 vehicles are allowed to relieve during reconnection) in the same time. The CCU sequentially sends the anti-freezing instruction to each vehicle brake control unit, and automatically quits after lasting for 3 hours or detecting the abnormality of the anti-freezing mode.

The invention belongs to the technical field of anti-freezing of rail vehicle components, and particularly relates to a control method for preventing freezing of a brake clamp in winter.
Background
The motor train unit in China has complex application environment, is greatly influenced by high temperature, high cold, high altitude, wind sand and the like, and has extremely high requirements on the performance of the motor train unit. In northern ice and snow days, the motor train unit can be placed on a stop line outside an overhaul warehouse after daily overhaul, the brake clamp can be caused to have water drops when the motor train unit is taken out of the warehouse due to snow removal and melting in winter, the motor train unit keeps clean, dirt absorption and water feeding under the motor train unit and other operations in the overhaul process, the external environment temperature is lower in winter, the brake clamp is caused to freeze, if the brake clamp is not timely treated, the brake clamp can generate great brake force friction force when the motor train unit operates again, damage can be brought to the brake clamp, the brake pad and the traction motor, and the service life of parts is shortened.
At present, during the parking of a motor train unit attached to the northern road bureau, a braking test is carried out manually at fixed intervals, so that the brake clamp and the brake pad are not frozen. The method is human-consuming and has hidden danger caused by human intervention.

The invention aims to provide a method for preventing a brake clamp and a brake pad from freezing in an ice and snow day.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a control method for preventing the brake clamp from freezing, which is characterized in that: a driver issues a starting command for starting the brake clamp to prevent freezing through a display screen (HMI for short), and a central control unit (CCU for short) in the TCMS judges the conditions for entering freezing prevention, wherein the judging conditions are as follows:
(1) local cab occupancy;

(6) keeping the brake not isolated;
(7) high voltage normal

during the anti-freezing action, in order to ensure the ice breaking effect, the ice breaking pressure is about 3bar, and in order to meet the requirement that the motor train unit in a fixed load state is static on a certain slope and does not slip, only 1 vehicle is allowed to relieve air braking at the same time (2 vehicles are allowed to relieve during reconnection). And the CCU sequentially sends the anti-freezing instruction to each vehicle brake control unit (hereinafter referred to as BCU) to activate an anti-freezing mode. And (3) sequentially relieving air brake of each vehicle, recovering brake after a single vehicle relieves 55s, recovering brake after the next vehicle relieves 55s after an interval of 5s, stopping at an interval of 5s … …, and repeating the steps for 3 hours or automatically quitting after the abnormality of the anti-freezing mode is detected.
The CCU monitors the number of vehicles applying air brake through air brake applying state signals and releasing state signals reported by each vehicle brake control unit BCU, when 2 or more (more than 3 reconnected) vehicles release simultaneously, the CCU automatically cancels the anti-freezing mode request, reports the fault of 'anti-freezing mode abnormity' and prompts a driver to confirm whether the anti-freezing condition is met.
Advantages and improvements over the prior art
The invention keeps the intermittent action of the clamp through reasonable network control logic, realizes the anti-freezing control of the braking clamp, can effectively reduce the freezing probability of the clamp, saves manual operation and saves human resources.

And the CCU in the TCMS sequentially sends the anti-freezing instruction to the BCU of each vehicle brake control unit to activate an anti-freezing mode.
