Abstract
The invention provides a cup holder, which relates to the field of automotive interior, and comprises: the electromagnetic control device comprises a base, wherein an electromagnetic control element is arranged on the upper end surface of the base, and a first matching structure is arranged on the lower end surface of the base; the cup stand is in a cylindrical shape with a sealed bottom and an opened top, and an electromagnetic element is arranged at the bottom of the cup stand; and the switch is connected with the electromagnetic control element and is used for controlling the magnetism of the electromagnetic control element. According to the cup holder provided by the embodiment of the invention, the cup holder can be firmly fixed on the base in a use state by arranging the electromagnetic control element on the base, but can be taken down when not used, so that the problem that the cup holder often interferes with a teacup in the cup holder when a shift lever and a parking brake operating lever are operated is reduced. Technical Field

Background
The existing automobile cup stand cannot be used for placing a teacup with a handle, the caliber of the cup stand is single, the diameter of the teacup cannot be enlarged, the teacup shakes when the diameter of the teacup is too small, and noise is generated. And most of the devices are near the shift lever and the parking brake operating lever, and the devices are easy to interfere with the shift lever and the parking brake operating lever after being placed in a teacup.

The cup holder of the embodiment of the invention can firmly fix the cup holder 2 on the base 1 in a use state by arranging the electromagnetic control element on the base 1, but can be taken down when not in use, thereby reducing the problem that the cup holder often interferes with a teacup in the cup holder 2 when the gear lever 5 and the parking brake operating lever 6 are operated. Claims (10)
1. A cup holder, comprising:
the electromagnetic control device comprises a base, wherein an electromagnetic control element is arranged on the upper end surface of the base, and a first matching structure is arranged on the lower end surface of the base;
the cup stand is in a cylindrical shape with a sealed bottom and an opened top, and an electromagnetic element is arranged at the bottom of the cup stand;
and the switch is connected with the electromagnetic control element and is used for controlling the magnetism of the electromagnetic control element.
2. The cup holder of claim 1, wherein the first mating structure is mounted to a vehicle center console box.
3. The cup holder according to claim 2, wherein an upper end surface of the base is flush with an upper surface of the center console box.
4. The cup holder of claim 1, wherein the cup holder comprises a plurality of different diameters.
5. The cup holder of claim 1, wherein the cup holder is a unitary fabrication having sidewalls of the same material as the base or a tiled fabrication having sidewalls of a different material from the base.
6. The cup holder of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the cup holder further comprises a coating of a magnetic barrier material at an end inside the cavity of the cup holder.
7. The cup holder of claim 5, wherein when the side wall of the cup holder is a magnetic material, the side wall further comprises a coating of a magnetic barrier material, the coating of magnetic barrier material covering the entire side wall.
8. The cup holder of claim 7, wherein the side wall of the cup holder is provided with an opening extending from a top of the cup holder to a lower portion of the cup holder.
9. The cup holder according to claim 1, wherein the switch includes two states, the solenoid control member has magnetism when the switch is turned on, the cup holder is attracted to the solenoid control member, and there is no magnetic attraction between the cup holder and the base when the switch is turned off.
10. An automobile characterized in that the automobile comprises the cup holder according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
