the machine shell 2 is connected with the two seat backs 12 through the second connecting piece 7, is arranged in the placing groove 131 on the turnover back cushion 13 when the turnover back cushion 13 is vertically placed side by side with the seat backs 12, and is pushed out by the connecting rod to be vertically placed at the front end of the placing groove 131 when the turnover back cushion 13 is turned over and horizontally placed;
the disinfection module 3 is arranged in the machine shell 2 and used for storing disinfectant and generating disinfection aerosol, and meanwhile, the disinfection aerosol is transmitted to the rotary spraying module 4;
the rotary spraying module 4 is arranged on the machine shell 2, is communicated with the disinfection module 3 and is used for spraying and drying the disinfection gas mist on the back row seat 1;
the personnel monitoring module 5 is arranged on the rear row seat 1 and used for monitoring whether a passenger is on the rear row seat 1 or not, and the disinfection module 3 is started when the situation that the rear row seat 1 is empty is monitored;
the recycling and purifying module 6 is arranged in the shell 2 and is used for recycling and filtering the disinfection aerial fog and then releasing clean and harmless gas;
the machine shell 2 comprises a first mounting case 21, a second mounting case 22, a top cover 23, a first liquid storage tank 24 and a second liquid storage tank 25, wherein the second mounting case 22 is mounted on the upper part of the first mounting case 21, the top cover 23 is mounted on the upper part of the second mounting case 22 in a buckling manner, and the first liquid storage tank 24 is communicated with the second liquid storage tank 25;
the disinfection module 3 is arranged in the second installation case 22, the disinfection module 3 comprises a first housing 31, a motor 32, a heat dissipation fan 33, a cylinder 34, a pin shaft 35, a piston 36, a first air inlet conduit 37, a first air outlet conduit 38 and a control valve 39, the motor 32 is installed in the first housing 31, one end of the motor 32 is connected with the heat dissipation fan 33, the other end of the motor is connected with the eccentric wheel, one end of the pin shaft 35 is rotatably connected with the eccentric wheel, the other end of the pin shaft is movably connected with the piston 36, the cylinder 34 is installed on the motor 32, the piston 36 is slidably arranged in the cylinder 34, one ends of the first air inlet conduit 37 and the first air outlet conduit 38 are both communicated with the inside of the cylinder 34, the first housing 31 is provided with a first installation hole and a second installation hole for communicating the first air inlet conduit 37 and the first air outlet conduit 38 with the outside respectively, the other end of the first air outlet duct 38 penetrates through the second mounting hole to be communicated with the first liquid storage tank 24, and the control valve 39 is arranged at the outlet of the first liquid storage tank 24;
the first shell 31 is provided with a filter cover at a first mounting hole;
the rotary spraying module 4 comprises a rotary seat 41 and a nozzle pipe 42, the rotary seat 41 is rotatably arranged at the top of the top cover 23, a cavity is arranged in the rotary seat 41, one end of the cavity is communicated with a plurality of air outlets annularly arranged on the periphery of the rotary seat 41, the other end of the cavity is communicated with a first liquid storage tank 24, and the nozzle pipe 42 is provided with a plurality of air outlets and is respectively arranged on the air outlets;
the number of the nozzle pipes 42 is three, and all the three nozzle pipes 42 are provided with a certain radian;
the rotary spraying module 4 further comprises a first rotary motor 43 and a first driving gear 44, external gear patterns are arranged on the periphery of the rotary base 41, the first driving gear 44 is installed on a rotating shaft of the first rotary motor 43, the first rotary motor 43 is installed on the top cover 23, and the first driving gear 44 is meshed with the external gear patterns;
a first vent hole is formed in the first mounting case 21;
the personnel monitoring module 5 comprises a back cushion and a pressure sensor, the back cushion is sleeved on the seat backrest 12, and the pressure sensor is arranged in the back cushion;
the recycling purification module 6 comprises a gas valve 61, a gas pump 62 and a filtering device 63, the gas valve 61 is arranged on the first vent hole, a gas inlet end of the gas pump 62 is communicated with the gas valve 61, and a gas outlet end of the gas pump 62 is communicated with the filtering device 63;
the filtering device 63 includes a liquid storage tank 631, a second air inlet duct 632, a second air outlet duct 633 and a filtering liquid 634, the filtering liquid 634 is stored in the liquid storage tank 631, one end of the second air inlet duct 632 is communicated with the air pump 62, the other end extends into the filtering liquid 634 through the liquid storage tank 631, one end of the second air inlet duct 632 is communicated with the inside of the liquid storage tank 631 and does not contact the filtering liquid 634, and the other end extends through the housing 2 and is communicated with the outside;
the second connecting piece 7 comprises a telescopic slide rail structure 71 and a telescopic connecting rod structure 72, one end of the telescopic slide rail structure 71 is connected with the side surface of the seat back 12, the other end of the telescopic slide rail structure 71 is connected with the first mounting case 21, one end of the telescopic connecting rod structure 72 is hinged with the side surface of the seat back 12, and the other end of the telescopic connecting rod structure is hinged with the second mounting case 22;
the telescopic sliding rail structure 71 comprises a first sliding rail 711 and a second sliding rail 712, the first sliding rail 711 is installed on the side surface of the seat back 12, the second sliding rail 712 is installed on the side surface of the first installation case 21, and the second sliding rail 712 is slidably disposed on the first sliding rail 711;
the telescopic link structure 72 includes a first link 721, a first link 721 and an extension spring 723, wherein one end of the first link 721 is hinged to the side surface of the seat back 12, the other end of the first link is hinged to one end of the second link 722, one end of the second link 722 is hinged to the side surface of the second mounting case 22, two ends of the telescopic spring are respectively connected to the first link 721 and the second link 722, and when the first link 721 is parallel to the second link 722, the telescopic spring is in a free state;
two groups of telescopic slide rail structures 71 and two groups of telescopic connecting rod mechanisms are arranged and are respectively and symmetrically arranged at two sides of the machine shell 2;
still including driving upset cushion 13 pivoted second rotating electrical machines, the second rotating electrical machines is installed on backrest 12, the bottom of upset cushion 13 is provided with the pivot of rotation setting on two backrest 12 of surveying, be provided with driven gear in the pivot, the motor gear of second rotating electrical machines with driven gear meshes.

Claims (1)

1. A vehicle rear row decontamination system, comprising:
the rear-row seat comprises a cushion, two seat backs rotatably arranged on the cushion and an overturning back cushion arranged between the two seat backs, the overturning back cushion is hinged with the overturning back cushion through a first connecting piece, and a placing groove is arranged at the rear part of the overturning back cushion;
the shell is connected with the two seat backs through a second connecting piece, when the overturning cushion is vertically arranged side by side with the seat backs, the shell is arranged in the placing groove on the overturning cushion, and when the overturning cushion is overturned and horizontally arranged, the shell is pushed out by the connecting rod to be vertically arranged at the front end of the placing groove;
the disinfection module is arranged in the shell and used for storing disinfectant, generating disinfection aerosol and transmitting the disinfection aerosol to the rotary spraying module;
the rotary spraying module is arranged on the machine shell, is communicated with the disinfection module and is used for spraying the disinfection aerosol to a back row seat;
the personnel monitoring module is arranged on the back row seats and used for monitoring whether passengers are on the back row seats or not, and the disinfection module is started when the situation that no passenger is on the back row seats is monitored;
the recycling and purifying module is arranged in the shell and used for recycling and filtering the disinfection aerial fog and then releasing clean and harmless gas;
the machine shell comprises a first mounting machine box, a second mounting machine box, a top cover, a first liquid storage tank and a second liquid storage tank, wherein the second mounting machine box is mounted at the upper part of the first mounting machine box, the top cover is mounted at the upper part of the second mounting machine box in a buckling mode, and the first liquid storage tank is communicated with the second liquid storage tank; a first air vent is arranged on the first mounting case;
the disinfection module is arranged in the second mounting case and comprises a first shell, a motor, a heat dissipation fan, a cylinder body, a pin shaft, a piston, a first air inlet pipe, a first air outlet pipe and a control valve, wherein the motor is arranged in the first shell, one end of the motor is connected with the heat dissipation fan, the other end of the motor is connected with an eccentric wheel, one end of the pin shaft is rotatably connected with the eccentric wheel, the other end of the pin shaft is movably connected with the piston, the cylinder body is arranged on the motor, the piston is arranged in the cylinder body in a sliding manner, one ends of the first air inlet pipe and the first air outlet pipe are both communicated with the inside of the cylinder body, a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole are arranged on the first shell, the first air inlet pipe and the first air outlet pipe are respectively communicated with the outside, and the other end of the first air outlet pipe penetrates through the second mounting hole and is communicated with the first liquid storage tank, the control valve is arranged at an outlet of the first liquid storage tank;
the rotary spraying module comprises a rotary seat and a spray head pipe, the rotary seat is rotatably arranged at the top of the top cover, a cavity is arranged in the rotary seat, one end of the cavity is communicated with a plurality of exhaust ports which are annularly arranged on the periphery of the rotary seat, the other end of the cavity is communicated with a first liquid storage tank, and a plurality of spray head pipes are arranged on the exhaust ports respectively;
the rotary spraying module further comprises a first rotary motor and a first driving gear, external tooth patterns are arranged on the periphery of the rotary base, the first driving gear is installed on a rotating shaft of the first rotary motor, the first rotary motor is installed on the top cover, and the first driving gear is meshed with the external tooth patterns;
the recycling and purifying module comprises an air valve, an air pump and a filtering device, the air valve is arranged on the first vent hole, the air inlet end of the air pump is communicated with the air valve, and the air outlet end of the air pump is communicated with the filtering device;
the filtering device comprises a liquid storage tank, a second air inlet guide pipe, a second air outlet guide pipe and filtering liquid, wherein the filtering liquid is stored in the liquid storage tank, one end of the second air inlet guide pipe is communicated with the air pump, the other end of the second air inlet guide pipe penetrates through the liquid storage tank and extends into the filtering liquid, one end of the second air inlet guide pipe is communicated with the inside of the liquid storage tank and does not touch the filtering liquid, and the other end of the second air inlet guide pipe penetrates through the machine shell and is communicated with the outside;
the personnel monitoring module comprises a back cushion and a pressure sensor, the back cushion is sleeved on the seat back, and the pressure sensor is arranged in the back cushion;
the second connecting piece comprises a telescopic slide rail structure and a telescopic connecting rod structure, one end of the telescopic slide rail structure is connected with the side surface of the seat backrest, the other end of the telescopic slide rail structure is connected with the first mounting case, one end of the telescopic connecting rod structure is hinged with the side surface of the seat backrest, and the other end of the telescopic connecting rod structure is hinged with the second mounting case;
the telescopic slide rail structure comprises a first slide rail and a second slide rail, the first slide rail is arranged on the side surface of the seat backrest, the second slide rail is arranged on the side surface of the first mounting case, and the second slide rail is arranged on the first slide rail in a sliding manner;
the disinfection system is still including driving upset cushion pivoted second rotating electrical machines, the second rotating electrical machines is installed on the seat back, the bottom of upset cushion is provided with the pivot of rotation setting on the seat back of two surveys, be provided with driven gear in the pivot, the motor gear of second rotating electrical machines with driven gear meshes.
