本发明涉及纺织面料领域,具体为一种抗静电镂空动态装饰面料。
背景技术
随着科技的进步和社会的发展,人们的生活水平得到了不断的提高,随之而来是对各类消费品要求的不断提高,面料作为一种常用的消费品,人们对其也提出了更高的要求,结构过于简单的面料逐渐远离人们的视线,不受消费者的青睐。现有的墙布面料,其结构通常只包括一层简单的面料,上面没有设置抗静电、镂空和动态装饰的结构,功能比较单一。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种抗静电镂空动态装饰面料,该面料设有抗静电、镂空和动态装饰的结构,增加了面料功能,有效解决背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗静电镂空动态装饰面料,其特征在于:包括面料主体,所述的面料主体包括内侧的抗菌层,所述的抗菌层外侧设有抗静电层,所述的抗静电层外侧设有雨露麻纤维层,所述的面料主体外表面粘接有若干向下弧形的柔性的橡胶棒,橡胶棒侧面粘接设有若干正四面体状的透明凸起,橡胶棒整体呈矩形阵列分布,左右相邻的橡胶棒之间设有镂空结构。
优选的,所述的镂空结构包括横向的第一矩形通孔,所述的第一矩形通孔下方设有第二矩形通孔,第二矩形通孔上端部与第一矩形通孔下侧中间位置连通连接。
优选的,所述的抗菌层包括内侧的甲壳素纤维层,所述的甲壳素纤维层外侧粘接设有竹炭纤维层。
优选的,所述的抗静电层为银纤维层。
优选的,所述的橡胶棒中心线处设有毛细钢丝。
优选的,所述的透明凸起由亚克力材料制作而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种抗静电镂空动态装饰面料,具备以下有益效果:
1.本发明通过面料主体包括内侧的抗菌层,所述的抗菌层外侧设有抗静电层,所述的抗静电层外侧设有雨露麻纤维层,所述的面料主体外表面粘接有若干向下弧形的柔性的橡胶棒,橡胶棒侧面粘接设有若干正四面体状的透明凸起,橡胶棒整体呈矩形阵列分布,左右相邻的橡胶棒之间设有镂空结构,使用时,抗菌层可以在内侧起到抗菌抑菌作用,抗静电层可以在中间起到抗静电作用,雨露麻纤维层可以增加面料的强度,柔性的橡胶棒在人体经过或者微风吹过时会晃动,透明凸起可以反射和折射光线,从而起到动态装饰的效果,镂空结构可以增加面料的立体展示效果。
2.本发明通过抗菌层包括内侧的甲壳素纤维层,所述的甲壳素纤维层外侧粘接设有竹炭纤维层,抗静电层为银纤维层,使用时,甲壳素纤维层和竹炭纤维层可以有效起到抗菌抑菌作用,银纤维层可使得面料具有抗静电的作用。
3.本发明通过所述的橡胶棒中心线处设有毛细钢丝,使用时,毛细钢丝可以对橡胶棒起到支撑作用,利于延长使用寿命。

如图1至图4所示,一种抗静电镂空动态装饰面料,包括面料主体1,所述的面料主体1包括内侧的抗菌层11,所述的抗菌层11外侧设有抗静电层12,所述的抗静电层12外侧设有雨露麻纤维层13(增加面料强度),所述的面料主体1外表面粘接有若干向下弧形的柔性的橡胶棒2,橡胶棒2侧面粘接设有若干正四面体状的透明凸起21,橡胶棒2整体呈矩形阵列分布,左右相邻的橡胶棒2之间设有镂空结构3。
上述实施例中,具体的,所述的镂空结构3包括横向的第一矩形通孔31,所述的第一矩形通孔31下方设有第二矩形通孔32,第二矩形通孔32上端部与第一矩形通孔31下侧中间位置连通连接,呈T型结构。
上述实施例中,具体的,所述的抗菌层11包括内侧的甲壳素纤维层111,所述的甲壳素纤维层111外侧粘接设有竹炭纤维层112。

特性及优点;抗菌层11可以在内侧起到抗菌抑菌作用,抗静电层12可以在中间起到抗静电作用,雨露麻纤维层13可以增加面料的强度,柔性的橡胶棒2在人体经过或者微风吹过时会晃动,透明凸起21可以反射和折射光线,从而起到动态装饰的效果,镂空结构3可以增加面料的立体展示效果。具体的,甲壳素纤维层111和竹炭纤维层112可以有效起到抗菌抑菌作用,银纤维层可使得面料具有抗静电的作用。毛细钢丝可以对橡胶棒2起到支撑作用,利于延长使用寿命。
