In some embodiments of the present invention, one end of the elastic member 202 is fixed to one end of the pressure plate 200 by a screw 203. Obviously, the horizontal and oblique directions of the lower end surface of the pressure plate 200 are mainly affected by the length of the elastic member 202, but the strength of the elastic member 202 is affected by too long length, so in some embodiments, the state of the lower end surface of the pressure plate 200 is adjusted by arranging the gasket 204 at one end of the elastic member 202 close to the pressure plate 200 through the screw 203, and thus, the length of the elastic member 202 does not need to be increased, which is beneficial to ensuring the structural stability.
It will be appreciated that the adjustment of the lower end surface of the pressure plate 200 may be achieved by other structures or means in the actual arrangement, such as in some embodiments, the screw 203 is provided with a spring 209 at one end of the elastic member 202 close to the pressure plate 200. The spring 209 is configured to exert an elastic force on the elastic element 202, which is better than the configuration of the pad 204 in the previous embodiment, so as to protect the elastic element 202 and prevent the elastic element 202 from being damaged.
In order to improve the stability of the screw 203 and avoid loosening during long-term operation, in some embodiments of the present invention, the pressure plate 200 is provided with a plug 205 abutting against the screw 203 in a radial direction of the screw 203, and the screw 203 is locked by the plug 205 to avoid the screw 203 from falling out.
It is understood that the elastic member 202 of the present invention can be any structure known in the art that has certain rigidity and strength and can generate certain elastic deformation, such as a plate spring or other similar structures.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the pressing plate 200 is provided with a positioning pin 210 corresponding to the middle position of the elastic member 202, the elastic member 202 is provided with a kidney-shaped hole, and the positioning pin 210 passes through the kidney-shaped hole. The tool section anchor clamps in this embodiment, the joint strength of elastic component 202 can be strengthened through setting up of locating pin 210, guarantees the cooperation stability of clamp plate 200 simultaneously, avoids clamp plate 200 to take place the uncontrollable beat.
