Background
The composite board, the zinc-coated board, the color-coated board, the tin-plated board and other boards generally need to be drilled in the use process, after the drilling is completed, the carbon steel intermediate layer of the board can be exposed on the inner wall of the hole, and the carbon steel material is easy to corrode and rust in the air, so that measures must be taken for protection.
Generally, the corrosion protection of the inner wall of the hole is realized by adopting coating or other surface treatment methods, but most of the treatment methods have higher cost, lower construction efficiency and longer coating curing period, and easily cause pollution to the surface of the plate to influence the appearance of the plate. In addition, under the condition of small aperture, the conventional surface treatment method cannot ensure the thickness of the coating covering the inner wall of the hole due to construction space, burrs on the inner wall of the hole and the like, and influences the anti-corrosion effect to a certain extent; on the other hand, too thick coating also affects the hole inner diameter size, resulting in reduced drilling accuracy.

In this embodiment, the lengths of the drilling section 11, the grinding section 12 and the coating section 13 are preferably one third of the total length of the drill rod portion 1, and may be adjusted according to the properties of the plate material and the drilling requirement.
The length of the clamping part 2 is matched with that of the drill rod part 1, so that the drill bit is fixed on the rotating device and can stably rotate at a high speed without deviation.
In this embodiment, the manufacturing method of the multi-section drill bit comprises: firstly, distributing areas of a drill rod part and a clamping part on a rod-shaped raw material for manufacturing a drill bit, wherein the length of the clamping part can ensure the stable high-speed rotation of the drill bit; generating a drilling section 11 at the head of the drill rod part 1 according to a conventional drill bit processing mode; forming a rough surface on a smooth part of the drill rod part 1 close to the drilling section 11 by etching or polishing to form a polishing section 12, wherein the processing depth of the polishing section does not exceed one tenth of the diameter of the drill rod part 1; cutting a smooth part between the grinding section 12 and the clamping part 2 of the drill rod part 1, wherein the cutting depth is not more than one tenth of the diameter of the drill rod part 1 to form a coating section body, then covering a circle of coating on the outer surface of the coating section body in a spraying mode (including hot coating or cold coating), surfacing, adhering or mechanical nesting mode, and grinding the coating after drying until the surface of the coating section 13 is flush with the grinding section 12.

and fifthly, closing the rotating device, stopping the drill bit from rotating, and withdrawing the drill bit from the hole.
In addition, in a test, a coating section of the multi-section drill bit is a zinc alloy coating, a stainless steel/carbon steel composite plate is drilled and polished according to a using method, zinc alloy powder is coated on the inner wall of a hole in a friction mode, after the stainless steel/carbon steel composite plate is exposed outdoors for one month, white zinc corrosion products appear on the inner wall of the hole, but yellow rust generated after the carbon steel is not corroded is generated, after the stainless steel is exposed outdoors for one year, only a little carbon steel on the inner wall of the hole is slightly corroded to cause yellow rust, and the stainless steel flows. When the conventional drill bit is adopted, the inner wall of the hole is not protected by zinc alloy coating powder, obvious yellow rust is generated on the inner wall of the hole after the conventional drill bit is exposed outdoors for one month, and obvious yellow rust is formed at the drilling position on the plate and flows after the conventional drill bit is exposed outdoors for one year. The zinc alloy coating powder on the coating section of the multi-section drill bit is attached to the inner wall of the hole and corroded and sacrificed, so that the carbon steel intermediate layer is prevented from being directly exposed to the outside and being quickly corroded, zinc corrosion products cannot obviously influence the appearance of the plate, the use performance of the plate cannot be changed, carbon steel corrosion products not only seriously influence the appearance of the plate, but also reduce the safety and stability of the plate structure due to the loss of carbon steel materials.
The multi-section drill bit can polish the inner wall of the hole to remove burrs and quickly coat corrosion-resistant coating powder in the process of drilling the composite plate, the zinc-coated plate, the color-coated plate, the tin-plated plate and other plates, effectively prevents the corrosion of the exposed carbon steel intermediate layer, and greatly improves the corrosion-resistant service performance of the plates. Similarly, the multi-section drill bit can also protect the exposed part of the carbon steel middle layer caused by other cutting modes.
