Referring to fig. 1-2, the signal processing device includes a signal amplifier, a rectifier and a filter, which are used to arrange and convert various signals of the monitoring component and the filtering ash removal component obtained by the central controller 1 into national standard signals, so as to facilitate data storage and management of the data cloud platform 4, editing and monitoring of the configuration writing device 7, the OPC client 6 or the computer programming device 8, and writing and observation of the display control device.
Referring to fig. 3-5, the controller of the bag-type dust collector body 3 is specifically an I/O interface device, an interface of the I/O interface device is electrically connected with a control chip of the central controller 1, an interface of a heating device switch, a motor switch, a spiral reamer, an ash discharge valve, a material level detection switch, a poppet valve and a pulse valve are respectively arranged at a DO output end of the I/O interface device, and an interface of a DI input end of the I/O interface device is respectively communicated with a remote signal, a local signal, an automatic signal, a manual signal and a remote driving signal obtained by conversion of the central controller 1 through a relay switch.

The cloud online monitoring system for the bag-type dust collector comprises a bag-type dust collector body (3), a central controller (1), a data acquisition uploading module (2), a data cloud platform (4), a display control device and a computer programming device (8), and is characterized in that a monitoring part and a filtering and dust cleaning part are arranged in the bag-type dust collector body (3), the monitoring part comprises an inlet temperature sensor, an outlet temperature sensor, an inlet pressure sensor, an outlet pressure sensor and an inlet-outlet pressure difference sensor which are used for detecting the temperature and the pressure of the bag-type dust collector, the monitoring part further comprises a material level detection switch, a discharging and ash conveying device and a heating device which are arranged in an ash hopper of the bag-type dust collector, and the monitoring part further comprises an on-site monitoring camera used for real-time monitoring;
the filtering and ash removing component specifically comprises a lifting valve and a pulse valve which are arranged in an air purifying chamber of the bag type dust collector body (3), wherein the lifting valve controls the air purifying chamber to be closed and opened, and the pulse valve controls the bag type dust collector to remove ash;
the central controller (1) is internally provided with signal processing equipment corresponding to the monitoring component and the filtering and dust-cleaning component, the central controller (1) converts all data obtained from the monitoring component and the filtering and dust-cleaning component and then transmits the converted data to the data acquisition and uploading module (2) in an Ethernet communication mode, the data acquisition and uploading module (2) transmits the transmitted data to the data cloud platform (4) through a 4G network, a wifi network or a wired network, and the data cloud platform (4) receives the transmitted data and processes, monitors and alarms;
after the data cloud platform (4) receives the transmitted data, the following operations are performed:
firstly, data are directly transmitted to display control equipment for real-time observation and management of pictures, the display control equipment comprises a webpage configuration picture (10), a PC configuration picture (11) and an app monitoring picture (9), functions of all the display pictures are different, for example, the app monitoring picture (9) is specially used for displaying a real-time monitoring picture of a field monitoring camera, the PC configuration picture (11) is used for displaying running state conditions of all sensors, relay switches, signal transmission equipment, signal processing equipment, a data acquisition and uploading module (2) and all controllers in the bag-type dust collector cloud online monitoring system, and the webpage configuration picture (10) is used for displaying dynamic conditions of the data;
secondly, transmitting data into configuration writing equipment (7) through a router (5), wherein configuration software is arranged in the configuration writing equipment (7), editing and monitoring each configuration picture through the configuration software, and returning a modified feedback signal to the central controller (1), so that a monitoring component and a filtering and dust removing component in the bag-type dust collector body (3) are controlled;
thirdly, data are transmitted into an OPC client (6) through a router (5), read-write editing software is arranged in the OPC client (6), each configuration picture is edited and monitored through the read-write editing software, and then a modified feedback signal is returned to the central controller (1), so that a monitoring part and a filtering and dust removing part in the bag-type dust collector body (3) are controlled;
and fourthly, transmitting data into a computer programming device (8) through a router (5), wherein the computer programming device (8) comprises programming software, a readable and writable register is arranged in a control chip of the central controller (1), the computer programming device (8) is provided with an interface electrically connected with a pin line of the readable and writable register, the data to be modified is input into the programming software through an external digital input device and is transmitted into the readable and writable register of the control chip, the numerical value of the data is modified, so that a monitoring component and a filtering and dust cleaning component in the bag-type dust collector body (3) are directly controlled through the central controller (1), and the changed data can be refreshed and displayed on each configuration picture.

The cloud online monitoring system for the bag-type dust collectors according to claim 1, wherein the bag-type dust collector body (3) further comprises an air volume sensor and a controller, the controller is electrically connected with a relay switch, the relay switch comprises a heating device switch and a motor switch and is used for controlling the temperature of the heating device and the rotating speed of the motor, the bag-type dust collectors generally control the air volume through the motor, namely the air volume sensor senses the air volume, the bag-type dust collectors detect the temperature and the pressure in the purifying chambers together with the inlet temperature sensor, the outlet temperature sensor, the inlet pressure sensor, the outlet temperature sensor and the inlet-outlet pressure difference sensor which are used for detecting the temperature and the pressure of the bag-type dust collectors, and the output signals of the air volume sensor, the inlet temperature sensor, the outlet temperature sensor, the inlet pressure sensor, the outlet temperature sensor and the inlet-outlet pressure difference sensor are all 4-20mA, An analog quantity signal of 0-10V;
the heating equipment comprises an electric tracing band and a heating wire, the heating wire is used for heating, the electric tracing band is used for tracing heat and preserving heat, and the heating equipment is electrically connected with a controller of the bag type dust collector body (3) through a heating equipment switch respectively;
after analog quantity signals output by each sensor are transmitted to the central controller (1), the central controller (1) converts all received data and then transmits the converted data to the data acquisition and uploading module (2) in an Ethernet communication mode, the display control equipment is used for observing and monitoring field temperature and pressure parameters of the dust remover, an alarm device can be additionally arranged, and the inconsistent temperature and pressure parameters are modified through configuration writing equipment (7), an OPC client (6) or computer programming equipment (8) according to conditions, specifically, the temperature and the rotating speed of a motor of heating equipment are controlled and changed, so that the proper temperature and pressure values in each purification chamber are achieved.
