Description

Novel rubber-coated filter cloth and production process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sealing treatment of filter cloth, in particular to a novel rubber-coated filter cloth and a production process thereof.
Background
In the use process of the filter cloth for the existing filter press, as the filter cloth is provided with a load, the filter cloth fiber net is easily stretched and deformed by the gravity of materials, so that the compression surface between the plate frame or the filter plate and the filter cloth is loosened, and a certain amount of seepage phenomenon can be caused due to the capillary phenomenon of fiber gaps, so that not only is the material loss caused, but also relatively fine material particles can reach the filtrate along with the seepage liquid, and the filtering failure is caused.
Aiming at the problem of the sealing property of the filter cloth, a sealing ring is arranged on a filter cloth pressing surface in a cushioning mode, and the method is high in cost and difficult to install; therefore, in some workshops, a certain effect is achieved by adopting a mode of curing after rubber liquid is used for dipping filter cloth (or bonding), but because the rubber liquid is selected by using a bonding agent or a vulcanization method used by a common sealing ring, the rubber is unevenly distributed on a filter cloth pressing surface, the pressing degrees of the pressing surfaces after fastening are inconsistent, the problem of leakage of the filter cloth is not completely solved, and further improvement is still needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a novel rubber-coated filter cloth and a production process thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a novel rubber coating filter cloth is characterized in that a flexible mortar is coated at a press-fit position between the existing filter cloth and a plate frame or a filter plate, and then cross-linked and vulcanized to form a sealing layer, so that the novel filter cloth bonded with a flexible sealing ring is obtained, and the problem of poor sealing of the filter cloth is solved.
In order to prepare the novel filter cloth, the invention also discloses a production process of the novel rubber-coated filter cloth, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, a mucilage manufacturing process:
mixing and stirring rubber and an auxiliary agent uniformly through a rubber mixing mill to prepare a rubber cement master batch, 2, mixing an organic solvent and the rubber cement master batch according to the weight ratio of 2-5: 1, mixing the components in a glass container, sealing and storing the components, standing the components for a certain time for later use, and periodically stirring the components in the period;
secondly, a filter cloth treatment process:
1) pretreating the filter cloth to ensure that the filter cloth is dry and clean;
2) marking the surface of the working ring;
3) uniformly spreading the mucilage obtained in the step one on the identification area;
4) and (3) putting the filter cloth in a constant temperature environment, and vulcanizing at constant temperature for 24 hours to obtain the novel rubber-coated filter cloth finished product.
Preferably, the rubber is one or more of natural rubber, nitrile rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and the like, and the main rubber material used in the invention is preferably high molecular rubber with large molecular weight, long main chain and short side chain, so as to promote the rubber molecules to be effectively hung on the mesh fibers of the filter cloth after being swelled in a solvent and stirred into slurry, and improve the caking property.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent is one or more of a sulfur accelerator, an anti-aging agent, a tackifier, a filler and the like, the formula of the rubber cement adopted by the invention is slightly different from that of the existing rubber sealing ring, various additives can be optionally added according to the sealing requirement of the filter cloth, so that the rubber cement forms a softer sealing layer after vulcanization, and the hardness of the existing rubber sealing ring has the industrial standard and shape limitation.
Preferably, the organic solvent is one or more of an alcohol solvent, a ketone solvent and an ester solvent, the solvent used in the invention is used for swelling the rubber aggregate and stirring the rubber aggregate into slurry, and the ratio of the organic solvent to the rubber slurry master batch is 2-5: the slurry with certain viscosity and fluidity can be obtained according to the proportion of 1, so that the slurry can be smoothly hung on the filter cloth, certain leveling property can be realized, a smoother sealing layer is convenient to form, the pressure of all the surrounding parts of the filter cloth is basically consistent when the filter cloth is compressed, and the leakage problem of the filter cloth is thoroughly solved.
Preferably, the constant-temperature vulcanization can adopt the existing vulcanization process, and the invention particularly adopts the vulcanization process at a lower temperature (lower than the water boiling point of 100 ℃) to ensure that the rubber cement is not only hung on the filter cloth, but also form a softer sealing ring layer, which is obviously different from the sealing of a harder sealing ring or a ring sheet in the prior art; the specific operation method comprises the following steps: coating the sizing area of the filter cloth with a vulcanizing agent aqueous solution, and then carrying out hot vulcanization at 20-100 ℃.
Furthermore, the range of the vulcanization temperature is further limited to 40-70 ℃, proper temperature rise is beneficial to improving proper vulcanization crosslinking, and the formation of a rubber ring with higher hardness due to over vulcanization is avoided, which is different from the mode of forming the rubber ring by hanging rubber emulsion and then curing in the prior art.
In addition, the invention also provides a novel vulcanization process, which avoids directly applying the vulcanization process of the existing rubber sealing ring to the mounting field of the sealing rubber layer of the filter cloth, and the specific operation method is as follows:
1) sealing and fumigating the mucilage-spread filter cloth by adopting a hydrogen sulfide generator connecting pipe, controlling the gas temperature in a fumigation chamber to be 50-70 ℃, and fumigating for 2-3 min;
2) taking out the fumigated filter cloth, spraying 20-30% hydrogen peroxide water solution, and reacting at normal temperature for 3-5 min;
3) heating and vulcanizing the reacted filter cloth in a sealed container by using water vapor, raising the temperature to 120-140 ℃, and vulcanizing for 1-2 h;
4) washing the vulcanized filter cloth for 2-3 times by using a 5-10% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, then washing for 2-3 times by using pure water, and finally drying in vacuum at 60-70 ℃ and under the pressure of about 100-1000Pa to obtain the finished novel filter cloth bonded with the flexible sealing ring.
After the novel vulcanization process, the sulfur is generated by utilizing the field reaction of the hydrogen sulfide and the hydrogen peroxide, the field vulcanization is carried out on the rubber cement surface, so that the vulcanization degree of the slurry of each part is basically consistent, a compact soft rubber layer is formed on the surface, the rubber cement layer is difficult to fall off on the filter cloth, the waterproofness is high, and the moisture is difficult to permeate into the soft rubber layer, so that the stable soft elasticity is provided during sealing and pressing.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
aiming at the defects of the sealing treatment process of the existing filter cloth, the rubber cement is hung on the pressing surface of the filter cloth, and a smoother and softer sealing ring layer is formed at the pressing part at the periphery of the filter cloth through a certain improved vulcanization process, and the sealing ring layer is uniform in vulcanization, high in smoothness, better in ageing resistance and higher in repeated utilization rate, so that the sealing degree of the pressing part of the filter cloth is greatly increased, the leakage problem of the filter cloth is thoroughly, effectively and permanently solved, the obtained novel rubber-coated filter cloth can be used as a novel product, the tightness of the existing filter press part is improved, and the rubber cement is favorably applied to a high-tightness filter press system.
