Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to medical auxiliary instruments, and particularly relates to an external fixing device for an indwelling balloon catheter.
Background
Keep somewhere catheter nursing technique is an operation technique that clinically commonly used, plays positive important effect in treating critical patients, keeps somewhere the catheter for a long time and often can appear leaking the urine phenomenon, leaks urine greatly reduced patient's comfort level, arouses that skin is impaired, appears pressing sore scheduling problem even, increases nurse's work load simultaneously. According to the domestic and foreign literature, the following points are indicated: due to lack of proper fixation after catheterization, urine leakage often occurs due to the fact that the urinary catheter is pulled during indwelling catheterization, although most departments require the urinary catheter to be fixed for the second time, the implementation is not ideal in practice, and some urinary bags are clamped on bed sheets or clothes by rubber band clips, so that the secondary fixing effect cannot be basically achieved. In addition, it is easy for the tissue to take place to bleed around the prostate postoperative, for the hemorrhage of oppression this department tissue, ties up bandage one end on the catheter, and the other end is tied up on a foot of patient, and the patient straightens the leg and makes the bandage pull the catheter and oppress the tissue around the prostate, has reached the hemostatic purpose of oppression, but this self-control bandage preparation is not standard, crude, and the patient uses inconveniently.
