Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, in a first embodiment of the present invention,

As shown in fig. 15 to 21, the method for installing the hand and foot soaking device of the present invention comprises the following steps:
a. adjusting the height of the second worktable:
(1) two symmetrical air cylinders 38 are provided on the operation table 37, the air cylinders 38 drive the first table 39 to move on the operation table 37, and the second table 40 is provided between the two first tables 39.
(2) The screw 41 at the bottom of the second worktable 40 passes through the worktable 37, two nuts 42 on the screw 41 are respectively screwed on the top surface and the bottom surface of the worktable 37, and the height of the screw 41 arranged on the worktable 37 is changed by screwing the two nuts 42 on the screw 41, so that the top surface of the second worktable 40 is flush with the top surface of the first worktable 39.
The top surface of the second table 40 and the top surface of the first table 39 are flush so that the lower end plate 6 and the lower end plate 9 can be flush while the top plate 5 and the upper end plate 8 can be flush. And is controlled by the air cylinder 38 to facilitate the later application of glue between the bottom plate 6 and the lower end plate 9 and glue between the top plate 5 and the upper end plate 8.
b. Fixedly connecting the bottom plate 6 between the two lower end plates 9:

Since the top plate 5 is the massage area of the whole massage soaking plate 4, in order to reduce the use times of the top plate 5, the bottom plate 6 and the lower end plate 9 are fixedly connected firstly, and the whole structure formed by connecting the bottom plate 6 and the lower end plate 9 is used as a reference object for subsequent connection.
c. Fixedly connecting the top plate 5 between the two upper end plates 8:
(1) the upper end plate 8 is restrained on the first table 39 with the fitting block 43 of the first table 39 inserted into the first through hole 15 of the upper end plate 8.
(2) The top plate 5 is placed on the second table 40, the side of the top plate 5 to be coated with the glue is placed upward, the air cylinder 38 is driven to move the first table 39 on the operation table 37 toward the top plate 5, the upper end plate 8 and the top plate 5 are closely attached, and then the glue is coated on the contact portion between the upper end plate 8 and the top plate 5.
The joining operation of the top plate 5 and the upper end plate 8 is placed after the joining operation of the bottom plate 6 and the lower end plate 9, and when the joining operation of the top plate 5 and the upper end plate 8 is completed, the glue of the bottom plate 6 and the lower end plate 9 can be completely cured.
d. The storage frame 7 and the connecting member 10 are provided with:
(1) after the bottom plate 6 and the lower end plate 9 are firmly fixed, the containing frame 7 is embedded into the bottom plate 6, and glue is coated on the contact part of the containing frame 7 and the bottom plate 6.
(2) The connecting piece 10 is placed on the lower end plate 9 in the center, the distance between the connecting piece 10 and the containing frame 7 is measured, then the distance between the connecting piece 10 and the containing frame 7 is controlled according to a design drawing, and glue is coated on the contact part of the connecting piece 10 and the lower end plate 9.
The integral structure formed by connecting the bottom plate 6 and the lower end plate 9 is used as a reference object to carry out the fixing operation of the containing frame 7, and an operation space for coating enough glue is provided; while at the same time the fixing position of the connecting element 10 on the lower end plate 9 can be quickly determined.
e. The side protection plate 12 is provided with:
(1) after the storage frame 7 and the bottom plate 6 are firmly fixed and the connecting piece 10 and the lower end plate 9 are firmly fixed, the side protection plate 12 is attached to the lower end plate 9, a rubber positioning shaft 44 is introduced between the first positioning hole 21 of the connecting piece 10 and the second positioning hole 20 of the side protection plate 12, and then glue is coated on the contact part of the side protection plate 12 and the lower end plate 9.
The side protection plate 12 can be positioned between the upper end plate 8 and the lower end plate 9, so that glue can be coated on the contact part between the side protection plate 12 and the lower end plate 9, and the side protection plate 12 is prevented from being easily dislocated or falling from the upper end plate 8 and the lower end plate 9 when the glue is not completely cured.
f. Fixedly connecting the upper end plate 8 and the side protection plate 12:
(1) after the side protection plate 12 is firmly arranged and the lower end plate 9 is firmly fixed, the rubber positioning shaft 44 is taken out from the first positioning hole 21 and the second positioning hole 20 of the side protection plate 12.
(2) The top plate 5 and the upper end plate 8 which are firmly fixed are integrally placed on the connecting piece 10, the outer side of the upper end plate 8 is attached to the inner side of the side protection plate 12 at the moment, and glue is coated on the contact part of the side protection plate 12 and the upper end plate 8.
The bottom plate 6, the lower end plate 9, the receiving frame 7, the connecting members 10 and the side protection plates 12 form a bottom foundation, and the connecting position of the whole upper end plate 8 is determined.
g. Side supporting plates 13 are clamped between the upper end plate 8 and the lower end plate 9, cushion blocks 14 on the inner sides of the side supporting plates 13 are matched between the upper end plate 8 and the lower end plate 9, the massage soaking plate 4 is obtained through installation, and through the steps, the installation quality of the massage soaking plate 4 is good.
h. Two massage soaking plates 4 are arranged in a single pot body 2, and then two pot bodies 2 which are distributed up and down are arranged on the bracket 1.

the massage soaking plate comprises end parts, a containing frame, a top plate and a bottom plate, wherein the top plate is used for foot massage, the end parts comprise an upper end plate and a lower end plate which are distributed up and down, the upper end plate and the lower end plate are fixedly connected with a connecting piece, the top plate is fixedly connected between the upper end plates of the two end parts, the bottom plate is fixedly connected between the lower end plates of the two end parts, the containing frame is fixedly connected between the top plate and the bottom plate which are respectively arranged up and down, the containing frame is provided with a cavity, the cavity is provided with an opening, the medicine bag is placed in the cavity, side protection plates are fixedly connected between the upper end plate and the lower end plate, the side protection plates, the top plate and the bottom plate are mutually attached, side support plates are arranged between the upper end plate and the lower end plate, and cushion, the cushion block is matched between the upper end plate and the lower end plate.
2. The hand and foot soaking device according to claim 1, characterized in that: the upper end plate and the lower end plate are provided with first through holes.
