The invention has simple integral structure, small volume, light weight and good sealing performance, can effectively reduce the contact surface between the external intestinal canal and the inside of the three-ring bionic artificial anal sphincter, improves the problems of external tissue hyperplasia inward wrapping and intestinal obstruction caused by the intestinal canal dropping into the prosthesis through two ends of the port, forms relatively independent closed space inside the prosthesis, relieves the phenomenon that the middle ring swing arm cannot reach the designated clamping position due to the tissue hyperplasia and the intestinal obstruction, and prolongs the service life of the prosthesis.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technology in the field of medical appliances, in particular to a protective sleeve for preventing tissue from proliferating inwards for a three-ring bionic artificial anal sphincter.
Background
The existing three-ring bionic artificial anal sphincter system designed by imitating puborectalis muscle replaces the external anal sphincter of a patient suffering from fecal incontinence to realize normal physiological function, and the rectal sensation is remodeled through a pressure sensor and a control system to realize autonomous defecation control. However, most of the existing sphincter prostheses are of sealing shells and have open structures at two ends, and the phenomena of tissue hyperplasia inwards or intestinal obstruction easily occur during use, so that the artificial anal sphincter system designed by imitating the puborectalis muscle cannot normally operate.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the protective sleeve for preventing the inward tissue proliferation of the three-ring bionic artificial anal sphincter, so that the condition of intestinal obstruction and external tissue proliferation wrapping of the bionic pubic artificial anal sphincter is reduced in a relatively independent space, and the service life of the prosthesis is prolonged.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention comprises the following steps: with bionical artificial anus assorted shell body of three rings, two silica gel films and elasticity rope, wherein: one side of the two silica gel films is connected through an elastic rope, and the other side of the two silica gel films is respectively attached to the inner sides of the upper ring and the lower ring of the three-ring bionic artificial anus through the pressing sheet.
The shell body is two half asymmetric arc shells connected through a connecting shaft.
The pressing sheet is matched with the arc-shaped shell to fix the silica gel film.
The elastic rope adjusts the tightness according to the thickness of the rectum so as to tighten the two ends of the protective sleeve to avoid intestinal obstruction caused by the fact that the intestinal tract falls into the prosthesis from the port.
Technical effects
Compared with the prior art, the invention has simple integral structure, small volume, light weight and good sealing performance, can effectively reduce the contact surface between the external intestinal tract and the inside of the three-ring bionic artificial anal sphincter, improves the problems of the internal package of external tissue hyperplasia and intestinal obstruction caused by the falling of the intestinal tract into the prosthesis through two ends of the port, forms a relatively independent closed space in the prosthesis, reduces the phenomenon that the middle ring swing arm cannot reach the designated clamping position due to the tissue hyperplasia and the intestinal obstruction, and prolongs the service life of the prosthesis.

Detailed Description
This embodiment is applied to a three-ring biomimetic artificial anal sphincter, the specific construction of which is shown in figure 1.
As shown in fig. 2, 3a and 3b, the present embodiment includes: with bionical artificial anus assorted shell body 1 of three rings to and two silica gel film 2 ~ 3, elasticity rope 4 and two sets of preforming 5 ~ 6, wherein: one side of the two silica gel films 2-3 is connected through an elastic rope 4, and the other side is respectively attached to the inner sides of an upper ring 13 and a lower ring 14 of the three-ring bionic artificial anus through two groups of pressing sheets 5-6.
The shell body 1 is two half asymmetric arc shells connected through a connecting shaft 7, specifically a long-side arc shell 8 and a short-side arc shell 9.
The outer shell 1 is provided with a via hole groove 10 corresponding to a via hole 15 of the three-ring bionic artificial anal sphincter.
Two sets of preforming 5 ~ 6 respectively with long limit arc shell 8 and minor face arc shell 9 phase-matches, every group preforming specifically is a long limit preforming and a minor face preforming, first group preforming 5 is fixed in the inboard of fitting with a contraceptive ring 13 with first silica gel film 2, second group preforming 6 is then fixed in the inboard of lower ring 14 with second silica gel film 3.
The tip of minor face arc shell 9 be equipped with two screw holes 11 of symmetry and pass through the screw fixation with the upper ring 13 tip screw hole 11 and the 14 tip screw holes 11 of lower ring of the bionical artificial anus of three rings and link to each other.
As shown in fig. 3c and 3d, the elastic cord 4 adjusts the tightness according to the thickness of the rectum to tighten the two ends of the protective sleeve to prevent the intestinal tract from falling into the prosthesis from the port to cause intestinal obstruction.
The outside of shell body 1 be equipped with the protruding area 12 of well zhong that is used for providing the swing space, make the bionical artificial anal sphincter of three rings can fully press from both sides the rectum tightly, prevent that excrement and urine from revealing.
When the device is implanted into an animal body, the protecting sleeve can be opened only by unscrewing the screw connecting the short-side arc-shaped shell 9 with the artificial anus, and the screw is screwed after the rectum is placed into the artificial anus.
The foregoing embodiments may be modified in many different ways by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims and all changes that come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
