Background
With the development of electronic technology, intelligent mirror cabinets with display and touch functions are gradually popularized in the bathroom market. Many applications in the functions provided by the product can not be supported by a camera, such as makeup guidance, health detection (heart rate is judged and measured through changes of facial complexion), video chat and the like. These applications require the camera to have high resolution and undistorted color and brightness as close as possible to the real face of the user.
Because the function of demonstration and mirror need be compromise to intelligence mirror cabinet, just need set up one deck translucent film on the mirror surface, this layer translucent coating has 60% -80% luminousness, allows the partial light that display module sent promptly to see through the mirror surface and gets into in the user's eye, can reflect partly light again, plays the effect of mirror after display screen closes. Because the light transmittance of the semitransparent coating film is fixed in the prior art, if the camera is arranged below the semitransparent coating film, only part of light can enter the camera, so that serious color and brightness distortion can be caused, the functions of cosmetic guidance, health detection, video chat and the like are failed, and the user experience is very poor.
Moreover, the surface of the existing intelligent mirror cabinet is formed by combining a plurality of pieces of glass, or the camera is arranged above the mirror cabinet, so that the appearance is not attractive. Gaps are formed among a plurality of pieces of glass, dust and dust are easily accumulated, and deformation, peeling and black edge oxidation at the joint of the glass occur after the glass is used for a period of time.

The intelligent mirror cabinet 100 can shoot images through the camera 103, and functions of face recognition, beauty and make-up and the like are completed.
The intelligent mirror cabinet 100 of the invention comprises: the Display screen 102 may be a circular Display screen 102, an oval Display screen 102, or another shape, in this embodiment, the Display screen 102 is a rectangular Display screen, the Display screen 102 may be a touch-sensitive LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) LCD or LED Display screen, or another suitable Display screen, the Display screen 102 may be a flat Display screen or a curved Display screen, and the Display screen 102 may select a suitable resolution and size as needed.
A camera module, preferably a camera 103.
The translucent coating 106 is positioned on the surface of the display screen 102, such that a portion of the light emitted from the display screen 102 passes through the translucent coating 106 and enters the eye, and the translucent coating 106 reflects a portion of the ambient light to act as a mirror. Preferably, the upper boundary of the semi-transparent coating film 106 is higher than the upper boundary of the display screen 102.
For convenience of explanation, the present embodiment will be described by taking the two split mirror intelligent mirror cabinets 100 shown in fig. 1 to 6 as an example. The outer surfaces of the two oppositely-opened cabinet doors are provided with mirror surfaces, one of the left and right mirror surfaces is a common silver mirror 107, the mirror can adopt a currently known mirror structure, and the light reflection rate is close to 100%. The other one is an intelligent mirror 108, in this embodiment, the intelligent mirror 108 includes a display screen 102 located in the middle of the mirror, because the part of the display screen 102 in the middle of the intelligent mirror 108 needs to be displayed and touched, a non-metal coated (PVD) mirror is used, so the surface of the display screen 102 is covered with a semi-transparent coating 106, and the semi-transparent coating 106 has a light transmittance of about 30%, so that a part of the light emitted from the display screen 102 can pass through the semi-transparent coating 106 to enter into the eyes, and the semi-transparent coating 106 can reflect a part of the ambient light, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, and functions as a mirror when the display screen 102 is closed. Of course, the intelligent mirror 108 may be disposed in both the left and right mirror surfaces.
The non-metal PVD coating (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology is one of the main technologies for preparing thin film materials, and is a technology for gasifying a certain material into gaseous atoms, molecules or partial ions to form ions by adopting a Physical method under a vacuum condition and depositing the thin film materials with special functions of permeability increasing, reflection, conductive protection, magnetic conduction, insulation, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, radiation protection, decoration and the like on the surface of a substrate material through a low-pressure gas (or plasma) process. The substance used for preparing the thin film material is called a PVD coating material. Sputtering coating and vacuum evaporation coating are two main PVD coating methods.
Preferably, each mirror surface on the outer surface of the cabinet door is covered by a piece of glass completely from top to bottom, as in the example shown in fig. 1 to 6, the left mirror surface is a normal mirror 107, and the right mirror surface is an intelligent mirror 108. The left mirror portion 107 has a mirror surface of a piece of integral glass, and a common mirror structure below the glass, which may be a common coated glass, is provided in the middle. The frame part below the glass is provided with a C-shaped peripheral lamp 105, and the frame part of the right intelligent mirror 108 is also provided with symmetrical C-shaped peripheral lamps 105, so that as shown in figure 1-2, when the two cabinet doors are closed, a luminous peripheral lamp 105 frame ring capable of emitting atmosphere light is formed, and a good visual effect is achieved. The brightness, color temperature and color of the circle of peripheral lamps 105 positioned at the periphery can be adjusted, and different brightness, color temperature and color can be selected under the control of the control module; of course, various brightness, color temperature, and color mode can be stored for the user to select. Further, the peripheral lamp 105 may display the effect of the change of the brightness, color temperature, and color under the control of the control module, and similarly, the effect mode of the change may be stored in the control module of the smart mirror 108 for the user to select.
The surface of the right intelligent mirror 108 is also made of complete glass, the middle part below the glass is provided with a semi-transparent coating 106, the frame part of the semi-transparent coating 106 is the C-shaped peripheral lamp 105, a display screen positioned in the middle of the mirror is arranged below the semi-transparent coating 106, the top height of the display screen is smaller than the upper boundary of the semi-transparent coating 106, the middle position of the top of the display screen is provided with a camera 103, and the camera 103 is positioned in the middle of the intelligent mirror 108.
The surfaces of the left cabinet door and the right cabinet door are all made of complete glass, no gap is formed between the peripheral lamp 105 part and the mirror part, the visual sense is good, dust is not easy to accumulate and accumulate, and deformation, peeling and black edge oxidation at the joint of the mirror surface and the peripheral lamp 105 cannot occur after the cabinet door is used for a period of time.
The edge of the mirror surface integral glass on the left side and the right side is of a wrapping structure, and the edge of the integral glass can be wrapped by using a metal material (such as an aluminum frame) or a non-metal material, so that the contact part of the edge of the glass and the peripheral lamp light guide plate 123 can be prevented from being deformed, peeled, deposited with dust and oxidized black edges, and the edge of the glass can be prevented from being too sharp to cause unnecessary injury.
As shown in fig. 1, a through hole 120 is provided on the mirror surface of the semi-transparent coating film 106, and the position of the through hole 120 corresponds to the position of the camera 103. The image acquisition path of the camera 103 passes through the through hole 120, so that light in the environment can directly enter the camera 103 through the through hole 120, the lens of the camera 103 is not shielded by the semitransparent coating film 106 from a user, light rays completely enter the camera 103, color and brightness distortion does not exist, and the image acquisition path is particularly suitable for image acquisition requirements of application of cosmetic guidance, health detection and video chat when the pixel of the camera 103 is high.
Preferably, the camera 103 and the through hole 120 are located in the middle of the upper part of the display screen 102, i.e. in the middle upper part of the intelligent mirror 108. The upper boundary of the semitransparent coating film 106 is higher than the upper boundary of the display screen 102; the camera 103 is positioned in the middle of the upper part of the display screen 102; the position of the through hole 120 corresponds to the position of the camera 103.
In this embodiment, the mirror is rectangular. Of course, the mirror may also be circular, elliptical, or other shapes as desired. The camera 103 is preferably located at the middle upper part of the mirror, so that the camera is basically opposite to the face position of a user, and is located at the middle position of the left and right directions of the mirror, because the user is generally opposite to the mirror, the camera 103 selects an angle opposite to the user as much as possible, and the imaging distortion caused by the angle problem is avoided. Of course, the camera 103 may be disposed at other positions on the mirror surface.
The camera 103 collects images through the through hole 120 on the mirror surface, so that the brightness and the effect of the images are not distorted, the intelligent mirror cabinet 100 can better realize the makeup function, and skin detection, health problem diagnosis and maintenance suggestions are realized by combining a database.
The peripheral lamp 105 is constructed as shown in fig. 10, and includes a light source located inside the mirror housing, a light guide plate 123 for uniformly guiding out light generated from the light source, a reflective paper 126 located at the rear of the light guide plate 123, and a diffusion film 125 located between the light guide plate 123 and the mirror-surface transparent portion 124.
The LED light source inside the frame is a plurality of LEDs 122 uniformly arranged, and when the LED 122 is powered on, the LED emits light with a set color temperature, brightness and color, and the light passes through the light guide plate 123 and the diffusion film 125, and then is emitted into the space through the mirror transparent part 124. Since the peripheral lights 105 of each mirror are C-shaped, in the straight portion 115 of the C-shaped frame, the emitted light is uniform as long as the light emitting diodes 122 perform uniformly, but the area of the light path is larger than that of the straight portion 115 in the corners, when the light emitting diodes 122 uniformly arranged with the same brightness are used, the brightness per unit area in the corners is smaller than that of the straight portion 115, resulting in a case where the light is darker in the corners of the peripheral lights 105 finally, and the light is more dim in the top of the corners because the light is distributed in a fan shape in the corners.
In order to solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the corners of the C-shaped frame are designed to be oblique, and the cut-out plane is provided with the light emitting diode 122 with high brightness, so as to make up for the lack of brightness of the lamp at the corner position. The peripheral lamp 105 includes a light source 122 located inside the frame, and a light guide plate 123; the frame includes a straight portion 115 and a corner portion 116; the frame corner is an oblique angle 116, and the brightness of the light emitting diode 122 arranged on the oblique angle 116 is greater than that of the light emitting diode 122 arranged on the straight line part. The problem of dark light at the corners of the perimeter light 105 can be solved, so that the perimeter light 105 shows a uniform light effect and has a better aesthetic appearance. The peripheral lamp 105 is in a C shape or an O shape; the light emitting diodes 122 arranged in the straight portion are uniformly distributed.
Two symmetrical mirror surfaces are arranged; each mirror face frame part is provided with a C-shaped peripheral lamp 105; the C-shaped peripheral lamps 105 of the two mirror surfaces are mutually symmetrical and combined to form a peripheral lamp 105 ring; the middle position of at least one of the two mirror surfaces is semitransparent coated 106 glass; the light transmittance of the partial glass corresponding to the light areas of the two mirror surface peripheral lamps 105 is the same; the brightness, color temperature and color of the peripheral lamps 105 of the two mirror surfaces are the same. The other mirror surface is a silver mirror 107; the glass of the silver mirror 107 covering the surface of the perimeter lamp 105 is transparent.
As another scheme, the mirror surface is a single intelligent mirror; the mirror surface frame parts are provided with O-shaped peripheral lamps 105 to form peripheral lamp rings; the middle position of the mirror surface is semitransparent coated 106 glass.
The invention realizes that the light transmittance of partial glass on the surface of the C-shaped peripheral lamp 105 with two mirror surfaces is the same, because the left mirror is a common mirror, and the structure of the mirror is sequentially provided with glass and a reflecting layer from outside to inside. During manufacturing, the reflective layer of the glass of the light area of the C-shaped peripheral lamp 105 is polished off, so that part of the glass of the light area of the C-shaped peripheral lamp 105 becomes transparent glass, and light emitted by the C-shaped peripheral lamp 105 can pass through the transparent glass without being shielded. The right intelligent mirror 108 is made of semitransparent coated film 106 glass, and the mirror is sequentially provided with a scratch-resistant layer, the semitransparent coated film 106, the glass, a touch layer and a display screen from outside.
The invention provides a mirror surface manufacturing method, which is applied to a mirror surface with a semitransparent coating film 106; the method comprises the following steps:
shielding a part needing to form transparent glass, wherein the part needing to form the transparent glass is a part of area of the mirror surface;
performing film coating on the semitransparent film; the translucent film is formed using a non-metallic physical vapor deposition method.
The masking material is removed. One such method is where the masking material is an adhesive tape. Another method is that the shielding material is ink, and after the semi-transparent film is formed by using a non-metal physical vapor deposition method, the ink is removed by using an agent.
The semi-transparent film mirror surface formed by the mirror surface manufacturing method of the invention has a transparent part, and the light of the peripheral lamp 105 below the transparent part can not be attenuated. The part needing to form the transparent glass is positioned on the mirror surface frame; the part needing to form the transparent glass is in a C shape or an O shape.
Before the non-metal PVD coating, the part of the transparent glass to be formed is shielded, then the non-metal PVD coating is carried out, and then the shielding material is removed, so that the part of the glass in the light area of the C-shaped peripheral lamp 105 becomes the transparent glass, and the light emitted by the C-shaped peripheral lamp 105 can pass through the transparent part without shielding. Or the traditional nonmetal PVD coating process can be adopted to manufacture complete semitransparent coated 106 glass, then the coating on the C-shaped peripheral lamp 105 light area glass is removed in a laser deplating mode, and finally, part of the C-shaped peripheral lamp 105 light area glass becomes transparent glass.
By the method, two different mirror materials can form a transparent structure in the light area of the C-shaped peripheral lamp 105, the light transmittance of the mirror transparent part 124 is ensured to be consistent with that of the common silver mirror 107, the peripheral lamps 105 on the two sides adopt the same brightness and color temperature setting, the same illumination effect can be obtained, and no obvious visual difference can be generated.
The current intelligent mirror 108 is provided with a fixed height, the position of the camera 103 is also fixed, and users with different heights can image on the display screen in different positions in real time or cannot be full of the screen, for example, the user with the height of 1500 mm shown in fig. 8 and the user with the height of 1900 mm shown in fig. 9 all need to adjust the angle of the camera. For users with different heights, if the angle and the position of the camera 103 are fixed, key parts such as human faces cannot be projected to a shooting area correctly, and further functions such as human face recognition are not facilitated.
As shown in fig. 10, in the image pickup structure of the present invention, a camera module is provided with a through hole 120 at a position corresponding to the camera module, and the through hole 120 is disposed on the mirror surface; the image acquisition path of the camera module passes through the through hole 120; the angle adjusting module is connected with the camera module and used for adjusting the angle of the camera module. The angle adjusting module comprises a transverse rotating shaft 119, and the camera module rotates up and down around the rotating shaft 119 and is used for adjusting the imaging angle of the camera module; the angle adjusting module further comprises a damping mechanism, so that the camera module is stabilized at a set angle after being adjusted. The adjusting range of the central axis of the camera module relative to the horizontal line is +15 degrees to-20 degrees. The camera module is a camera 103, and the camera 103 is driven manually or by a motor; the camera 103 is always aligned to the direction of the face under the control of the control module. The camera 103 and the through hole 120 are positioned at the middle upper part of the mirror; a waterproof and dustproof film 121 is arranged between the rotating part of the camera 103 and the through hole 120. The camera shooting structure is provided with a prompt light; the camera shooting structure is provided with a prompting light lamp which is lightened when the camera 103 works to prompt a user that the camera 103 is in a working state; the camera shooting structure is provided with a light supplement lamp 118; when the shooting environment illumination is insufficient, the light supplement lamp 118 is started to assist shooting illumination; the camera shooting structure is provided with a heating assembly for defogging the camera 103. Preferably, the through hole 120 is a circular through hole 120 with a slot on one side
The angle adjusting module is connected with the camera module and used for adjusting the angle of the camera module. The camera module is a camera 103, and the through hole 120 is used for accommodating the camera 103 and the angle adjusting module. Because the height of the user is different, the angle adjusting module can adjust the angle of the camera 103, so that the front imaging area of the camera 103 always faces the face of the user, and the user can perform face recognition at the optimal angle. The angle adjusting module can adjust the imaging angle, is suitable for users with different heights, can correctly project key parts such as human faces to a camera shooting area, and can further realize functions such as human face recognition.
The camera 103 may be manually driven in this embodiment; the angle adjusting module comprises a transverse rotating shaft 119, and the camera module rotates up and down around the rotating shaft 119 and is used for adjusting the imaging angle of the camera module; the angle adjusting module further comprises a damping mechanism, so that the camera module is stabilized at a set angle after being adjusted. The adjustment range of the central axis of the camera module relative to the horizontal line is +15 degrees to-20 degrees, and the angle range enables a user to complete the adjustment of the angle of the camera 103 by the minimum action as much as possible. In this embodiment, before using the camera function, the user manually adjusts the angle of the camera 103, the camera 103 rotates up and down along the rotation shaft 119 by a certain angle under the action of the hand, and the user determines whether the optimal angle has been adjusted according to the effect on the display screen 102. The damping mechanism on the adjusting module provides certain friction, and when the hand does not push the camera 103 any longer, the camera 103 is guaranteed not to rotate any longer, and always points to the angle set by the user.
The manual adjustment module can further comprise mechanisms such as a shifting sheet and a shifting lever which are positioned on the periphery of the camera 103, and when a user manually rotates the camera 103, the user pushes the shifting sheet and the shifting lever with fingers, so that the manual adjustment module is convenient to use and is not easy to pollute a lens.
In addition to the other variation of adjusting the camera 103 up and down, the camera 103 may also include a left-right adjustment function, i.e., adjusting the angle of the camera 103 in the left-right direction. It is similar to the up-down adjustment mode and is not described in detail.
A dustproof and waterproof film can be arranged between the camera 103 and the through hole 120; the dust-proof and water-proof film is a rubber film attached between the rotating part of the camera 103 and the edge of the through hole 120. Because mirrors are often exposed to moisture and splash when they are in a bathroom environment, water vapor or water droplets can corrode internal circuitry and cause malfunction and danger if they enter the interior of the intelligent mirror cabinet 100 through the gap between the camera 103 and the through-hole 120. Therefore, after the dustproof and waterproof film is arranged, the gap between the through hole 120 and the camera 103 is isolated, and the inside of the intelligent mirror cabinet 100 is protected from being corroded.
A light prompting lamp can be arranged around the camera 103 or the camera 103, or whether the camera 103 works or is closed is displayed on a display screen of the intelligent mirror cabinet 100, so that a user is reminded of the working state of the camera 103 at present. If the camera 103 is not required to be used, the cover 104 on the camera 103 can be closed manually or automatically by the user, so that the privacy of the user can be prevented from being leaked.
Aiming at the working environment with the mirror of the camera 103, which relates to a place with high privacy (such as a toilet or a bedroom), a user generally has difficulty in judging the working state of the camera 103 by naked eyes, and once the user forgets to turn off the camera 103 or the function of turning off the camera 103 fails, the privacy of the user can be revealed; meanwhile, the intelligent product has the possibility of being invaded by a hacker, and once the mirror with the camera 103 is invaded and controlled by the hacker, the privacy of the person can be leaked.

The through hole 120 is a circular through hole 120 with a groove on one side; the bottom of the cover 104 has a slide rail matching with the slot, and the direction of the slide rail is consistent with the moving direction of the cover 104. The bottom of the cover 104 is also provided with a positioning shaft, and the direction of the positioning shaft is consistent with the moving direction of the cover 104; the front surface of the mirror surface has no gap. The cover 104 is driven manually or by a motor.
When the cover 104 is driven by a motor, the motor opens the cover 104 when the camera 103 works under the control of the control module, and closes the cover 104 when the camera 103 stops working. To accommodate manual adjustment, the cover 104 is in the form of a flat disk with a protrusion 111 in the middle. The surface of the cover 104 is provided with a friction pattern 112.
When the camera 103 is not needed, the cover 104 covers the through hole 120 and the camera 103 inside the through hole 120. When the camera 103 needs to be used, a user manually shifts the cover 104, so that the cover 104 slides along the direction of the positioning shaft to expose the camera 103 inside the through hole 120, external light enters the camera 103 through the through hole 120, and the camera 103 can acquire external image data.
Alternatively, the cover 104 is mounted to the front of the mirror by a pivot 119. The cover 104 can rotate about a rotation axis 119. The frame bottom of intelligence picture frame is provided with the casing 131 that holds microphone 128 and the mutual module 101 of pronunciation. The microphone 128 is used as a voice input channel, and the shell 131 can be provided with a key 129 module as an input end for network distribution, forced wake-up, close wake-up and other manual controls. The voice interaction module 101 includes a processor for voice interaction, and converts a voice command received by the microphone 128 into a control command. And a memory unit coupled to the processor.
The voice interaction module 101 of this embodiment is used outside the voice control intelligent mirror cabinet 100. The intelligent mirror cabinet 100 is also connected with the sound box 110 to play audio and video for users to entertain, provide news information and weather forecast, make-up and schedule reminding functions, and besides the voice control function, can be manually controlled and controlled through APP of devices such as mobile phones.
The two sound boxes 110 located at the left and right of the top of the mirror cabinet 100 are far away from the position of the microphone 128, so that the influence of the sound emitted by the sound boxes 110 on the sound collected by the microphone 128 is reduced as much as possible. And the two sound boxes 110 on the left and right sides of the top provide stereo sound effect, so that the sound effect is better.
Two audio amplifier 110 are located picture frame top frame corner position, and the frame intensity of this position is higher, is difficult for producing deformation when audio amplifier 110 makes sound, is difficult for taking place resonance, further improvement stereo set quality.
Moreover, the sound box 110 is positioned at the top of the mirror frame, so that the possibility of contacting with steam transpired from the washbasin is reduced, the structure in the sound box 110 is not easy to corrode, the service life is prolonged, and the failure rate is reduced.
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 14, in another simplified structure of the mirror cabinet 100, the sound box 110, the voice interaction module 101, and the microphone 128 are all located in a casing 131 at the bottom of the frame of the mirror cabinet 100. The advantage of this configuration is that all speech related devices are integrated in one housing 131, saving cost and simplicity. And, the voice module can be produced and sold as a stand-alone module. The voice module is connected with the mirror cabinet 100 through a standard interface, so that upgrading and maintenance are facilitated.
In the structure, the waterproof microphone 128 and the key 129 are arranged on the front surface of the casing 131, the sound outlet 130 of the sound box 110 in the casing 131 is arranged at the bottom of the casing 131, and the waterproof adhesive tape 127 is arranged between the sound box 110 and the inner surface of the casing 131 at the periphery of the sound box 110, so that the steam generated by the transpiration of the washbasin is prevented from entering the casing 131 and corroding the structure in the casing 131.
Casing 131 at audio acquisition module place can set up the work pilot lamp, or on the display screen of intelligence mirror 108, can show whether audio acquisition module is working or has closed, reminds the user at present audio acquisition module's operating condition, if needs, can close audio acquisition module by user's manual or acoustic control, and it opens the instruction until the user sends specific, can prevent like this that user's privacy from revealing.
The intelligent mirror 108 is provided with a microwave sensor 114 below the mirror surface for sensing the approach of a user. The microwave sensor 114, acting as a proximity sensor, may detect the presence of an object at a predetermined distance or within a predetermined distance range. A distance object may be set for user access and the range of the microwave sensor 114 may be cone shaped.
The microwave sensor 114 is a device that detects some physical quantity using the characteristics of microwaves. The microwave emitted by the transmitting antenna can sense the information of existence, moving speed, distance, angle, etc. of an object, and when the object to be measured is met, the microwave is absorbed or reflected, so that the power is changed. If the receiving antenna is used to receive the microwave passing through or reflected from the object to be measured, and convert it into electric signal, and then the electric signal is processed by the measuring circuit, the microwave detection is realized. The microwave sensor 114 is mainly composed of a microwave oscillator and a microwave antenna. The microwave oscillator is a module that generates microwaves. The components constituting the microwave oscillator are a klystron, a magnetron or some solid element. The oscillation signal generated by the microwave oscillator is transmitted by a waveguide and is radiated through an antenna. In order to provide the emitted microwaves with a uniform directivity, the antenna should have a special configuration and shape
In the present invention, since the intelligent mirror 108 is completely covered by glass, the through hole 120 is not drilled in the glass as much as possible except for the through hole 120 of the camera 103, because the drilling on the glass is costly and can reduce the yield and affect the beauty. And except for the peripheral lamp 105, the part is covered with the translucent coating 106, and the translucent coating 106 also reduces infrared light, which affects the performance of the infrared sensor. Thus, microwave sensor 114 is selected as a proximity sensor, unlike infrared sensors, where microwaves can pass through the glass without affecting performance, and without the need for perforations. The microwave sensor 114 is located below the display screen when viewed in the vertical direction, and the microwave sensor 114 is located below the translucent coating 106 when viewed in the horizontal direction. The microwaves may pass through the non-metallic translucent film.
In the intelligent mirror cabinet 100, there are touch liquid crystal display, processor, memory, and the function is like Pad, can install various APP, broadcast sound, video file, and the interactive module of pronunciation 101 is installed in the bottom of mirror. The smart mirror 108 can play various audio files and voice broadcasts.
When the voice interaction module 101 is awakened by a person in the use environment, the playing of music can be immediately suspended or the playing sound decibel is reduced, so that multiple persons can have normal conversation, meanwhile, the voice interaction module 101 can also well identify the specific voice instruction of the user, and the voice recognition rate of the voice interaction module 101 is improved.
Because intelligent mirror cabinet 100 has the speech control function, can awaken up and control intelligent mirror cabinet 100 through user's pronunciation, can also control other intelligent products in the service environment, realize a key coordinated control even. For example, after the intelligent electrical appliances in the bathroom are matched, the voice control instructions corresponding to the user are collected through the voice interaction module of the intelligent mirror cabinet 100 located in the bathroom, so that the temperature and the water quantity of the water heater in the bathroom, the switch and the temperature of the bathroom heater, the switch and the air quantity of the ventilation fan and the like can be adjusted.
More intelligently, when a user wakes up the voice control module, products (such as a ventilation fan, a bathtub, a toilet water tank and the like) in other work in the bathroom can automatically adjust the work mode to reduce noise so as to improve the effects of voice wake-up and recognition; other products in the bathroom include, but are not limited to, toilets, bathtubs, mirrors, bath heaters, showers, faucets, and the like.
As shown in fig. 15, the control method for noise reduction includes the steps of:
associating a plurality of intelligent devices in the area; the area refers to a certain set area, for example, all or part of the smart devices in a bathroom, which have communication interfaces, preferably wireless connections, and can communicate with each other. The smart device may include: sound box 110, toilet, bathtub, intelligent mirror 108, bathroom heater, shower head, faucet, exhaust fan, air conditioner, etc. These smart devices, when operating, can generate certain noises, such as faucets and showers that are discharging water, bathtubs that are storing water, exhaust fans that are exhausting air, toilets that are storing water, and deodorizing fans for smart toilets, etc. The smart devices are associated with each other through a wireless connection, and the smart mirror 108 can control the on/off or operation power of the smart devices through the control unit.
Detecting environmental noise in the area; the ambient noise refers to ambient noise in the aforementioned area. Ambient noise may be detected by the aforementioned microphone 128. The detection of the environmental noise may be continuous detection or may be discrete detection according to a set time.
And if a set voice interaction starting instruction is detected and the environmental noise is greater than a set threshold value, reducing at least one part of the power of the intelligent equipment until the environmental noise is less than the set threshold value. In this step, it is first detected whether there is a voice interaction initiation instruction, which is an instruction for initiating a voice interaction function. This voice interaction initiation instruction may be a set voice statement, for example: hi kohler, etc. When the voice interaction module detects the set starting instruction, the next voice interaction can be carried out. The voice interaction activation command may also be a set button 129, for example, a voice interaction activation button 129 may be provided on the intelligent mirror 108, and the voice interaction function is activated by pressing the button 129. The voice interaction function may also be enabled through a touch screen or gesture recognition function of the smart mirror 108.
The threshold may be preset according to existing data, for example, according to the existing speech recognition technology level, set by experimental data, so as to ensure a higher speech recognition rate. Or a dynamic threshold, and the set noise threshold may be inversely proportional to the speech interaction recognition rate. And when the voice interaction recognition rate is higher than a set value, suspending the control method. If the speech interaction recognition rate is higher than a set value, for example 98%, it is assumed that the current ambient noise does not affect the speech recognition function, in which case it is not necessary to activate the control method according to the present invention. And when the voice interaction recognition rate is lower than a set value, starting the control method. If the speech interaction recognition rate is below a set value, for example 98%, then the current ambient noise is considered to have affected the speech recognition function, in which case the control method according to the invention needs to be activated. The detection of the voice interaction recognition rate may be continuous detection or detection based on a set time dispersion.
The power of the intelligent equipment can be set to a plurality of power modes; the powering down of the smart device includes using a lower power mode or turning off the smart device. The intelligent device power reduction can be linear, and a plurality of power modes can be set, such as high, medium and low gears, when the environmental noise is larger than a set threshold value, the power mode is automatically reduced to the next gear until the device generating the noise is turned off. The power reduction refers to reducing the power of noise-generating components, and if a device has a plurality of components, only a part of which generates noise, such as a fan and a faucet, the power of the components is reduced, and the power of non-noise-generating components such as a display screen and a communication module is not reduced. For example, a bath heater has two functions of infrared heating and exhaust fan, if the power of the equipment needs to be reduced, the power of the exhaust fan part only needs to be reduced, and the power of the infrared heating part does not need to be reduced.
In the same area, there may be several intelligent devices, and several intelligent devices may be classified according to their working noise, and divided into several classes with working noise from high to low, for example, the exhaust fan and the faucet may be set as high noise devices, and if the environmental noise is greater than the threshold, the power of the high noise devices is preferentially reduced or the high noise intelligent devices are turned off.
The control method provided by the invention is different from the existing thought, and can improve the recognition rate of voice interaction in a noise environment.
The present invention also provides an intelligent mirror 108 comprising: a memory storing executable program code, and a processor in cooperation with the memory; the processor calls the executable program code stored in the memory to execute the aforementioned method.
