s2, inserting the toe section (41) of the elastic supporting plate (4) into the wrapping cavity (21) of the toe cap (2) to be bonded with the bottom of the wrapping cavity (21), applying force to compress the toe section and ensuring that the clamping block (413) of the elastic supporting plate (4) is bonded with the clamping groove (26) of the toe cap (2);
s3, bonding the sole (6) to the bottom of the toe cap (2) and bonding the heel (5) to the lower end of the right side of the arch section (42) of the elastic supporting plate (4); preparing a vamp (1) and sewing the lower end of the vamp to the outer sides of a toe cap (2) and an elastic supporting plate (4);
the plastic framework comprises a toe cap (2) and an elastic supporting plate (4), the lower part of the toe cap (2) is horizontally arranged, a wrapping cavity (21) matched with the toe cap is arranged in the toe cap (2), a rigid metal plate (22) is arranged in the left end of the toe cap (2), and a first elastic block (3) tightly attached to the inner wall of the wrapping cavity (21) is arranged in the wrapping cavity (21) and positioned on one side of the rigid metal plate (22); the elastic supporting plate (4) comprises a toe section (41) and an arch section (42) which are integrally formed, and the joint of the arch section (42) and the toe section (41) corresponds to the joint of toes and an arch of a human body; the toe section (41) is horizontally arranged and extends into the packaging cavity (21) to be bonded with the bottom surface of the packaging cavity (21); a plurality of clamping blocks (413) are arranged at the lower end of the toe section (41), and clamping grooves (26) matched with the clamping blocks (413) are correspondingly arranged on the bottom surface of the wrapping cavity (21); the arch section (42) is arranged in a right-inclined upward mode and is in an upward arched arc shape, and the arch section (42) can swing downwards around the joint of the arch section (42) and the toe section (41); the lower end of the toe cap (2) is provided with a sole (6), and the lower end of the right side of the arch section (42) is provided with a heel (5);
