The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.
Technical term interpretation:
lotus Notes: the world-leading enterprise-level communication and cooperative working platform comprehensively realizes management and sharing of unstructured information, contains a powerful e-mail function, and is widely used as a large-scale enterprise mail system. Hereinafter referred to as notes mail.
Microsoft Exchange: is a set of E-mail server components of Microsoft corporation, which can be used to construct the E-mail system applied to enterprises and schools.
Based on the technical problem that the safe sending and receiving of Lotus Notes mails on mobile phones such as android, IOS and the like or PAD terminals cannot be realized in the prior art, the invention provides a Lotus Notes mobile mail realization system, method and device.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a Lotus Notes mobile mail implementation system in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the system includes: the system comprises Lotus Notes equipment and mobile equipment, wherein the Lotus Notes equipment is provided with a Lotus Notes mail system and an Exchange mail system, and the mobile equipment is synchronous with the Exchange mail system through an Exchange protocol;
lotus Notes device for: sending the mail to a Lotus Notes transfer mailbox through a Lotus Notes personal mailbox, carrying out mail detachment processing on the mail in the Lotus Notes transfer mailbox, sending a mail body and an attachment to an Exchange transfer mailbox, and writing mail text information into a database; recombining mail text information in a database and mail texts and attachments in an Exchange transfer mailbox, and sending the recombined mail to an Exchange personal mailbox;
the mobile device is configured to: mail in an Exchange personal mailbox is synchronized.
A mobile phone or a PAD (i.e., a mobile device) of a common mainstream operating system supports connection with an Exchange server through an Exchange synchronization protocol. The invention does not need to develop a client program and adaptation aiming at the terminal by means of Microsoft Exchange products. The mobile device is connected with an Exchange server (on Lotus Notes equipment) through a reverse proxy server deployed in the DMZ area, and mail synchronization is completed through an Exchange synchronization protocol. The exchange server side has the safety functions of equipment management, remote erasing and the like. The processing and conversion of the mail is implemented on the intranet. On one hand, the bandwidth occupation of the DMZ zone outlet is reduced, and on the other hand, the safety and controllability of the mail data are ensured.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mail is a mail which is newly built through a Lotus Notes personal mailbox and is sent to an Exchange personal mailbox, the mail of the Exchange personal mailbox is replied through the Lotus Notes personal mailbox, the mail which is newly built through the Exchange personal mailbox and is sent to the Lotus Notes personal mailbox is synchronized through the mobile equipment, and/or the mail of the Lotus Notes personal mailbox is replied through the mobile equipment.
That is, the mail may be sent from a Lotus Notes personal mailbox to an Exchange personal mailbox, or may be sent from an Exchange personal mailbox to a Lotus Notes personal mailbox, and the mail needs to be processed before the mobile device connects to an Exchange server to view and reply the Notes mail.
In the Exchange personal mailbox, when a user creates or replies a mail, the reply address is a Lotus Notes mail address, after the Lotus Notes personal mailbox receives the mail, the process is repeated, and the mail is transferred to the Exchange personal mail of the receiver again.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a block diagram of the Lotus Notes device, and the Lotus Notes device includes:
a Lotus Notes personal mailbox 01 for sending the mail to a Lotus Notes transfer mailbox 02;
the mail detaching module 03 is used for detaching the mails in the Lotus Notes transfer mailbox, sending the mail text and the attachments to the Exchange transfer mailbox 04, and writing the mail text information into the database 05;
the mail recombination module 06 is used for recombining mail text type information in the database with mail text and attachments in the Exchange transfer mailbox;
an Exchange personal mailbox 07 is used for receiving the reassembled mail and synchronizing to the mobile device through an Exchange protocol.
Specifically, before the Lotus Notes personal mailbox 01 forwards the mail to the Lotus Notes relay mailbox 02, a forwarding rule needs to be configured in the Notes mail for the user opening the mobile mail, and then the Lotus Notes personal mailbox 01 sends the Lotus Notes relay mailbox 02 by configuring an automatic forwarding rule.
In the embodiment of the present invention, each mail is received by the Lotus Notes relay mailbox 02, the mail detach module 03 splits the mail source data (shown in fig. 3) according to the service requirements and according to special requirements such as business secret mail filtering (i.e., different secret levels), white list filtering, special format file processing, other rules, and the like, writes the mail text type information (i.e., the mail transfer general text information shown in fig. 3) such as the recipient, the sender, the mail ID, the secret level, and the like into the database, and sends the mail body and the attachment (i.e., the rich text data) to the Exchange relay mailbox through the configured SMTP. The main body and the attachment of the rich text and the key information written in the header (namely, the new header shown in FIG. 3, namely the original mail header + the separator + the mail source mailbox + the separator + the mail ID) form a corresponding relation with the data in the database and prepare for the recombination of the mail again.
Smtp (simple Mail Transfer protocol), which is a set of rules for transferring Mail from a source address to a destination address, controls the Transfer of a Mail. The SMTP protocol belongs to the TCP/IP protocol cluster and helps each computer find the next destination when sending or relaying a letter. The SMTP protocol, like most application layer protocols, also has two ends: a client executing on a sender's mail server and a server executing on a recipient's mail server. The client and server sides of SMTP run simultaneously on each mail server. When one mail server is sending mail messages to other mail servers, it is operating as an SMTP client. There are many similarities between the SMTP protocol and the etiquettes that people use for face-to-face interactions, with the SMTP client and server performing some application-layer handshaking first. As people tend to introduce themselves before changing their hands, SMTP clients and servers also introduce themselves before transferring information. During this SMTP handshake phase, the SMTP client indicates to the server the email addresses of the sender and recipient, respectively. After each other has introduced themselves, the client sends out an email message.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, after each email is received by an Exchange relay mailbox, the email reassembly module 06 performs a timed polling procedure once every 5 seconds (polling time can be set as a parameter), reads 10 emails (can be set as a parameter) each time, obtains email text type information from a database according to email information, writes an email in a personal email, writes information such as a sender, a title, a main sending, a copying, and a secret level of an original email in a new email, obtains a text and an attachment from the Exchange email and writes a file subjected to special processing in a target email, embeds sensitive information filtering and some special processing rules in the process, recombines to obtain email target data, and sends the email target data to a personal mailbox corresponding to Exchange. And deleting the data in the transfer mail and modifying the completion mark in the database after the processing is completed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the Lotus Notes mobile mail implementing apparatus further includes: a mail cleaning module 08. The capacity of each user Exchange personal mailbox is limited, and the user Exchange personal mailbox is full after a certain time, so that the manual deletion by the user is complicated. The design goal of the mobile mail is to quickly view the recent mail without retaining the long-term mail, so that the mail cleaning module can automatically clean the historical mail of the mobile terminal according to the mail size of the user by setting a retention time limit (for example, the latest 20 days of mails), and ensure that the user can view the latest mail with less mailbox capacity.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 6, the Lotus Notes mobile mail implementing apparatus further includes: contact synchronization module 09. The Exchange personal mailbox sends and replies mails to the Lotus Notes personal mailbox, and a user receiving the mails may or may not open the mobile mails, so that the Exchange mails need to have Lotus Notes contact information, and the contact synchronization is realized through the contact synchronization module, so that the intercommunication between the Exchange mails and the Lotus Notes mails is realized.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the Lotus Notes mobile mail implementing apparatus further includes: a special file conversion module 10. For example, some files with special formats have reading software on the PC side and cannot be read on the mobile side, and need to be converted into a format that can be read on the mobile side through a special file conversion module. The method can be carried out when the mail is split or when the mail is recombined.
