The receiver, the sender and the carrier are respectively provided with corresponding intelligent terminal user interfaces correspondingly arranged with the cloud system, wherein the sender or the carrier user interface enables the sender or the carrier to input a delivery order into the cloud system and start the read-write module of the wireless identification component; the receiver user interface is used for recording the self-taking information acquisition of the receiver and the green data management of the use of the express reuse box 2 of the receiver; furthermore, when the storage cabinet is placed at the express self-fetching point (the storage cabinet at this time can be defined as a self-fetching cabinet), a self-fetching point user interface is correspondingly provided at this time, so that the self-fetching point can look up relevant data of the delivery order, and the signing-in program, the correct position of the express reuse box 2 in the self-fetching cabinet and the recovery operation of the express reuse box 2 in the cycle B are carried out.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the logistics vehicle comprises the access cabinet with the express delivery reuse box 2. Specifically, as shown in fig. 10 or 11, the logistics vehicle can be a vehicle with a power device, and can also be a hand-push type transfer vehicle, such as a vehicle frame with tracks or rollers, and due to the movable type with wheels or tracks, the whole logistics vehicle can enable a receiver to open a backward-facing express delivery reuse box 2 originally covered by a wall when being overturned, and particularly, the logistics vehicle can be directly used as a semi-movable type double-side openable access cabinet.
In order to make the technical solution of the present invention more clear, the following description is made with reference to specific implementation flows.
When the express delivery reuse box 2 needs to be transferred in the delivery process, the specific implementation flow is as follows:
1. the carrier gives a plurality of empty express reuse boxes 2 to the sender (when the number of the to-be-sent goods of the sender is small), or gives the whole logistics vehicle (when the express reuse boxes 2 on the whole logistics vehicle are empty, and when the number of the to-be-sent goods of the sender is large);
2. the sender places the delivery article into an inner package (also referred to above as an inner bag) that can be handled by hand, such as a plastic bag/carton (e.g., a government-specified general trash bag); the sender then puts the inner package into the express reuse box 2 and closes the express reuse box 2 to form a delivery order of the delivered articles; the sender closes the express delivery reuse box 2 or locks the express delivery reuse box 2 by using a box lock, for example, the box lock is an intelligent coded lock, the sender can set a code by himself and then inform the code to the receiver in the form of electronic information and the like, and the unlocking code is only circulated between the sender and the receiver. This ensures that the shipment is not at risk of being privately torn open by anyone, including the carrier. In fact, the unlocking method can be various, and the unlocking method can be that the sender locks by itself and then informs the receiver, but the unlocking method does not pass through a carrier or a cloud system of the carrier.
3. The sender logs in a sender user interface to operate by using a personal intelligent terminal, inputs relevant data of the delivery order into a cloud system (and obtains a corresponding delivery order form number), and then puts an express reuse box 2 into a containing bin 11 of the logistics vehicle; meanwhile, the read-write module of the wireless identification component updates the memory data of the wireless identification module 51 (such as an RFID label) of the express reuse box 2; the cloud system simultaneously updates the express delivery reuse box 2 of the sender to use green data.
4. When each express reuse box 2 is placed into a vehicle body, a logistics vehicle layout data acquisition module on the vehicle body automatically reads a wireless identification module 51(RFID tag) of the placed express reuse box 2 to determine which containing bin 11 of a certain logistics vehicle has been installed on the certain express reuse box 2, then logistics vehicle layout data is obtained, and a data exchange module of the logistics vehicle transmits the logistics vehicle layout data to a cloud system;
5. the cloud system randomly generates a corresponding signing password for each delivery order;
6. the carrier extracts a plurality of express reuse boxes 2 filled with goods from the sender; or the whole logistics vehicle (the express delivery reuse box 2 on the logistics vehicle contains goods); meanwhile, the logistics vehicle of the express delivery reuse box 2 without goods is given to the sender again (the circulation A of the express delivery reuse box 2 is formed with the previous flow here);
7. the shipper returns the delivery of goods to the transfer warehouse by the logistics vehicle of the express reuse box 2;
8. the carriers recombine, sort and classify the delivery reuse boxes 2 with goods according to the approach of delivery places or other methods, the logistics vehicle layout data acquisition module on each logistics vehicle automatically reads the wireless identification module 51(RFID tag) placed in each logistics vehicle reuse box 2 again to determine the position of the storage bin 11 of a certain logistics vehicle on which the certain delivery reuse box 2 is already loaded, then updated logistics vehicle layout data are obtained, and the data exchange module of the logistics vehicle transmits the updated logistics vehicle layout data to the cloud system;
9. the carrier prepares for shipment to the determined pickup point;
10. the cloud system sends a goods receiving notice and a signing password to the intelligent terminal of each related receiver;
11. the shipper sends the delivery with goods to the determined self-picking point by the logistics vehicle of the delivery box 2 for delivering goods; meanwhile, the express delivery reuse boxes 2 which are left without goods last time are prepared to be collected (namely, the empty express delivery reuse boxes 2 with goods lifted away are prepared, and the B cycle of the express delivery reuse boxes 2 is formed by the process and the subsequent process);
12. after the self-picking point is reached, when a carrier logs in a self-picking point user interface for operation by using a self-picking cabinet (through a data exchange module) or an individual intelligent terminal, layout data of the self-picking cabinet can be checked from a cloud system, wherein the layout data comprise the express reuse boxes 2 which contain the bins 11 on the self-picking cabinet and are empty and express reuse boxes 2 to be recovered (namely, the last delivery goods are taken away); meanwhile, through the user interface of the self-pick-up point, the carrier can also know the logistics vehicle layout data of the logistics vehicles of the express delivery reuse box 2 with goods or the updated logistics vehicle layout data.
13. When a carrier removes the express reuse box 2 to be recovered, an empty containing bin 11 appears in time from the cabinet, and the carrier takes out a loaded express reuse box 2 with the same size from a logistics vehicle of the loaded express reuse box 2 at the same time and then loads the loaded express reuse box 2 on the empty containing bin 11; when the shipper removes the loaded express reuse box 2, the logistics vehicle instantly generates an empty containing bin 11, and then the shipper loads the express reuse box 2 to be recovered into the empty containing bin 11, thus completing the replacement of the express reuse box 2. The self-cabinet-taking layout data module and the logistics vehicle layout data module are updated once; in this way, the replacement procedure of the express reuse box 2 between the whole delivery reuse box 2 logistics vehicle with goods and the self-taking cabinet is completed;
14. after the addressee arrives at the self-taking cabinet, the self-taking cabinet or an individual intelligent terminal is used for logging in a self-taking point user interface, a related signing password is input, a screen of the self-taking point user interface can display related data of the delivery order and enter a subsequent signing program, and an express delivery reuse box 2 of the self-taking cabinet is located at the correct position of the self-taking cabinet; then, the door 12 of the containing bin 11 where the express delivery reusing box 2 is located is automatically opened;
15. the addressee opens the express reuse box 2 and takes away the inner package and the delivery articles in the express reuse box 2; and/or other signing procedures (e.g., another box lock of the delivery reuse box 2 needs to be opened, as described above, only the sender and the receiver know the password of the box lock), and the delivery reuse box 2 and the door 12 of the storage bin 11 are closed, which completes one signing procedure;
16. through the input of the sign-in data and the input of the password of the user interface of the self-taking point, the cloud system can obtain updated layout data of the self-taking cabinet (through the data exchange module); the cloud system simultaneously updates the green data used by the express reuse box 2 of the addressee;
17. when the delivery items are taken away, the empty delivery reuse box 2 without goods is left, and the carrier takes back the delivery items by the logistics vehicle next time.
18. After the addressee returns home, the delivery articles are taken out from the inner package for use; finally, the inner package can be used to contain general household waste, which is once again used effectively before disposal.
When the express delivery reuse box 2 is directly delivered to the determined self-fetching point without transfer in the delivery process, the specific implementation flow is as follows:
1. the carrier gives a plurality of empty express reuse boxes 2 to the sender (when the number of the to-be-sent goods of the sender is small), or gives the whole logistics vehicle (when the express reuse boxes 2 on the whole logistics vehicle are empty, and when the number of the to-be-sent goods of the sender is large);
2. the sender places the delivery article into an inner package (also referred to above as an inner bag) that can be handled by hand, such as a plastic bag/carton (e.g., a government-specified general trash bag); the sender then puts the inner package into the express reuse box 2 and closes the express reuse box 2 to form a delivery order of the delivered articles; the sender closes the express delivery reuse box 2 or locks the express delivery reuse box 2 by using a box lock, for example, the box lock is an intelligent coded lock, the sender can set a code by himself and then inform the code to the receiver in the form of electronic information and the like, and the unlocking code is only circulated between the sender and the receiver. This ensures that the shipment is not at risk of being privately torn open by anyone, including the carrier. In fact, the unlocking method can be various, and the unlocking method can be that the sender locks by itself and then informs the receiver, but the unlocking method does not pass through a carrier or a cloud system of the carrier.
3. 4. When each express reuse box 2 is placed into a vehicle body, a logistics vehicle layout data acquisition module on the vehicle body automatically reads a wireless identification module 51(RFID tag) of the placed express reuse box 2 to determine which containing bin 11 of a certain logistics vehicle has been installed on the certain express reuse box 2, then logistics vehicle layout data is obtained, and a data exchange module of the logistics vehicle transmits the logistics vehicle layout data to a cloud system;
5. the cloud system randomly generates a corresponding signing password for each delivery order;
6. the carrier extracts a plurality of express reuse boxes 2 filled with goods from the sender; or the whole logistics vehicle (the express delivery reuse box 2 on the logistics vehicle contains goods); meanwhile, the logistics vehicle of the express delivery reuse box 2 without goods is given to the sender again (the circulation A of the express delivery reuse box 2 is formed with the previous flow here);
7. directly to the determined self-fetching point.
8. The carrier prepares for shipment to the determined pickup point;
9. the cloud system sends a goods receiving notice and a signing password to the intelligent terminal of each related receiver;
10. the shipper sends the delivery with goods to the determined self-picking point by the logistics vehicle of the delivery box 2 for delivering goods; meanwhile, the express delivery reuse boxes 2 which are left without goods last time are prepared to be collected (namely, the empty express delivery reuse boxes 2 with goods lifted away are prepared, and the B cycle of the express delivery reuse boxes 2 is formed by the process and the subsequent process);
11. after the self-picking point is reached, when a carrier logs in a self-picking point user interface for operation by using a self-picking cabinet (through a data exchange module) or an individual intelligent terminal, layout data of the self-picking cabinet can be checked from a cloud system, wherein the layout data comprise the express reuse boxes 2 which contain the bins 11 on the self-picking cabinet and are empty and express reuse boxes 2 to be recovered (namely, the last delivery goods are taken away); meanwhile, through the user interface of the self-pick-up point, the carrier can also know the logistics vehicle layout data of the logistics vehicles of the express delivery reuse box 2 with goods or the updated logistics vehicle layout data.
12. When a carrier removes the express reuse box 2 to be recovered, an empty containing bin 11 appears in time from the cabinet, and the carrier takes out a loaded express reuse box 2 with the same size from a logistics vehicle of the loaded express reuse box 2 at the same time and then loads the loaded express reuse box 2 on the empty containing bin 11; when the shipper removes the loaded express reuse box 2, the logistics vehicle instantly generates an empty containing bin 11, and then the shipper loads the express reuse box 2 to be recovered into the empty containing bin 11, thus completing the replacement of the express reuse box 2. The self-cabinet-taking layout data module and the logistics vehicle layout data module are updated once; in this way, the replacement procedure of the express reuse box 2 between the whole delivery reuse box 2 logistics vehicle with goods and the self-taking cabinet is completed;
13. after the addressee arrives at the self-taking cabinet, the self-taking cabinet or an individual intelligent terminal is used for logging in a self-taking point user interface, a related signing password is input, a screen of the self-taking point user interface can display related data of the delivery order and enter a subsequent signing program, and an express delivery reuse box 2 of the self-taking cabinet is located at the correct position of the self-taking cabinet; then, the door 12 of the containing bin 11 where the express delivery reusing box 2 is located is automatically opened;
14. the addressee opens the express reuse box 2 and takes away the inner package and the delivery articles in the express reuse box 2; and/or other signing procedures (e.g., another box lock of the delivery reuse box 2 needs to be opened, as described above, only the sender and the receiver know the password of the box lock), and the delivery reuse box 2 and the door 12 of the storage bin 11 are closed, which completes one signing procedure;
15. through the input of the sign-in data and the input of the password of the user interface of the self-taking point, the cloud system can obtain updated layout data of the self-taking cabinet (through the data exchange module); the cloud system simultaneously updates the green data used by the express reuse box 2 of the addressee;
16. when the delivery items are taken away, the empty delivery reuse box 2 without goods is left, and the carrier takes back the delivery items by the logistics vehicle next time.
17. After the addressee returns home, the delivery articles are taken out from the inner package for use; finally, the inner package can be used to contain general household waste, which is once again used effectively before disposal.
Like above-mentioned specific processing flow, express delivery reuse case 2 alright in order to replace the single use packing box, and wireless identification module 51 can load the data of paper waybill and label, and the government of inner packing appoints that general rubbish uses the plastic bag can be effectively utilized again before abandoning, and it is thus obvious that the problem of whole packing rubbish has all been effectively alleviated.

7. An access cabinet control system for controlling an access cabinet having a courier reuse box according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising:
