Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
The appearance of the coupons can stimulate the consumption of customers to a certain extent, and meanwhile, the competitiveness of merchants can be improved. At present, the express companies generally provide paper coupons which are purchased by customers in advance or given by the express companies for use.
Based on this, the applicant finds through research that the current paper coupon has the following problems: firstly, the purchasing process of the paper coupons is complicated, the purchasing and using desire of customers is influenced, and the development of customers by couriers is not facilitated; secondly, the paper coupon is carried by the customer, so that the use is inconvenient; thirdly, the paper coupon only has a plurality of fixed face values, and different face values correspond to different using premises, so that the requirements of customers cannot be flexibly met; fourthly, after the customer scrapes off the silver paste coverage area of the paper coupon, if the paper coupon is not successfully used, the coupon cannot return.
In order to solve the above problems, the application provides an application method of an electronic express coupon, and corresponding equipment and system. The corresponding process will be described first by way of example below.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating an application method of an electronic express coupon according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a courier terminal. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
s101: acquiring coupon information input by a courier and an initiated generation request; the coupon information comprises face value information, freight interval information and quantity information of the coupon;
specifically, the courier terminal may be a smartphone of the courier or a similar mobile terminal, and in a specific embodiment, the courier realizes the above functions through an APP installed on the smartphone of the courier, that is, the courier can customize information such as face value, freight interval, and quantity of the coupon, for example, the courier provides a handheld APP for the courier through express delivery, the handheld APP includes a corresponding function module, the courier can input information such as face value, freight interval, and quantity of the coupon into a text box in the handheld APP through a virtual keyboard, and also can select information such as corresponding face value, freight interval, and quantity through a virtual key preset in the handheld APP, and initiate a generation request after inputting coupon information.
Because the courier can self-define the face value and the freight interval information of the coupon, the generated coupon can be suitable for different application scenes, and is more convenient and faster compared with a paper coupon.
For example, for paper coupons, several different face values are generally preset, and the different face values correspond to different freight intervals (use premises), and only when the freight to be paid exceeds the minimum value of the corresponding freight interval, the corresponding coupon can be used to deduct the freight, for example, a coupon with a face value of 5 yuan can be used when the freight is 15 yuan full, a coupon with a face value of 10 yuan can be used when the freight is 25 yuan full, and the like. In this case, if the freight to be paid does not reach the corresponding freight interval, the corresponding coupon cannot be used, for example, according to the paper coupon in the above example, when the freight to be paid is 14 yuan, the customer cannot use any paper coupon, and for example, when the freight to be paid is 24 yuan, the customer can use only 5 yuan of paper coupon and cannot use 10 yuan of coupon, in which case, the customer may feel no money subjectively, resulting in poor use experience.
When the electronic coupon provided by the application is adopted, the courier can customize the face value and the freight interval of the coupon, so that the problem can be solved, specifically, according to the above example, when the freight to be paid is 14 yuan, the courier can customize an electronic coupon with the face value of 3 yuan and the freight interval of not less than 14 yuan, so that the customer can enjoy the discount of the deduction freight, and for example, when the freight to be paid is 24 yuan, the courier can customize an electronic coupon with the face value of 8 yuan and the freight interval of not less than 24 yuan, so that the customer can enjoy the discount of more than 5 yuan. By the arrangement, although the couriers and the express companies lose certain freight charges, the user viscosity can be effectively improved, and when the customers want to send the express again, the couriers and the couriers can be preferentially selected, so that the couriers can be favorably expanded in business.
Of course, it should be understood that the courier, while being able to customize the value of the coupon, is limited in that the "customization" should be within a reasonable range preset by the courier company.
S102: determining the information of the amount to be paid based on the generation request and the coupon information, and prompting a courier to pay;
specifically, the amount to be paid depends on the face value and the number of the input coupons, and different amounts to be paid may be set in advance for different face values. In addition, it is assumed that step S101 is implemented by palm APP at the mobile phone end, so that when a corresponding courier performs payment, the corresponding courier may perform payment through the balance in the account in palm, or may perform payment through a third-party payment platform, such as a payment bank.
S103: when the payment is successful, generating an electronic express coupon;
since the electronic express coupon is generated after the courier pays, the foregoing steps may also be referred to as the courier purchasing the electronic express coupon.
S104: the client terminal information input by the courier and the initiated donation request are acquired,
specifically, similar to the courier terminal, the client terminal may be a smart phone or a similar mobile terminal of the client, and in a specific embodiment, the client pays attention to a specific wechat public number and binds a wechat account to a specific courier, so that the courier can select to give an electronic express coupon to the client of a corresponding micro signal.
Certainly, the above presentation modes are only exemplary, and the courier may also present the electronic express coupon in other modes, for example, a push short message is sent to the customer by inputting the mobile phone number of the customer, and the customer enters the corresponding link to pick up the short message when receiving the short message.
S105: and based on the presentation request, presenting the electronic express coupon to a client terminal corresponding to the client terminal information so that the client can use the electronic express coupon when paying the express freight.
When the customer receives the coupon presented by the courier, the coupon can be used for paying the freight subsequently.
In addition, in the implementation, the electronic express coupon in the courier terminal is stored under the account number which is registered by the courier in advance, and the electronic express coupon in the client terminal is stored under the account number which is registered by the client in advance.
Further, in some embodiments, at step: after the electronic express coupon is presented to the client terminal corresponding to the client terminal information, the method further includes: and pushing a presentation prompt to the corresponding client terminal. For example, if the coupon is given in the manner of the above-mentioned designated micro-signal, since the customer does not need to actively take the coupon, the coupon can be pushed to the micro-signal of the corresponding customer terminal to remind the corresponding customer to view the given electronic express coupon.
Further, in some embodiments, at step S105: before the electronic express coupon is presented to the client terminal corresponding to the client terminal information, the method further includes: obtaining effective time information input by a courier, and adding an effective time identifier for the electronic express coupon; when the electronic express coupon with the valid time identifier is presented to the client terminal, if the electronic express coupon is not used within the valid time, the electronic express coupon returns to the corresponding courier terminal.
That is, the courier may set an effective time for the coupon before giving the electronic express coupon, and if the customer does not use the coupon within the effective time, the coupon is invalidated with respect to the customer, and since the coupon is purchased by the courier, the invalidated coupon is returned to the courier, and the courier may give the original customer or another customer again.
The above embodiment is an explanation from the perspective of the courier terminal, and an explanation will be made below from the perspective of the client terminal.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating another method for applying an electronic express coupon according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a client terminal. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
s201: when a customer needs to pay express freight, displaying freight information to be paid to the customer;
in specific implementation, a customer can send a mail through a WeChat applet, and after a courier weighs the mail, weight information and freight information to be paid are pushed to the customer through WeChat.
S202: if the customer selects to use the electronic express coupon to deduct the freight, calculating and displaying the freight information to be paid after deducting the freight to the customer based on the electronic express coupon selected by the customer; wherein the electronic express coupon is generated according to the method of any one of claims 1-5 and presented to the customer terminal;
specifically, when a customer wants to use the electronic express coupon deduction for transportation, all electronic express coupons under an account can be browsed, if a plurality of coupons exist, the most favorable coupon is recommended by the terminal, or the customer can select a proper coupon from the electronic express coupons by himself, and after the customer determines the coupons, the transportation cost information to be paid is recalculated and displayed based on the face value of the selected coupon.
Of course, if the customer does not choose to use the coupon, payment may also be made at the original price.
S203: and if the payment is successful, displaying a prompt of successful payment to the customer.
And if the payment fails, for example, the user gives up the payment, returning the corresponding electronic express coupon. The customer may reuse the coupon the next time the shipping fee is paid.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can have the following beneficial effects:
according to the technical scheme, the courier can input information such as face value, freight interval and quantity of the coupons through the courier terminal, electronic express coupons are directly purchased through online payment, the electronic express coupons are presented to the terminal of a customer, and then the customer can operate through the customer terminal when the customer wants to use the electronic express coupons to deduct the freight, namely, the corresponding electronic express coupons are selected and payment is completed. That is, the purchase and presentation of the coupons are done by the courier, and the customer does not need to go to the website for purchase; in addition, when the electronic express coupon is purchased, the courier is supported to define information such as face value, freight interval and number of the coupon, so that the electronic express coupon is suitable for various use premises; in addition, because the electronic express coupon is stored in the terminal, the customer can use the electronic express coupon anytime and anywhere by carrying the terminal with him or her. Therefore, the electronic express coupon in the technical scheme of the application is convenient to purchase and use, and the actual pickup scene and the customer payment scene of the courier are matched better, so that the courier can conveniently extend the bulk customers, the return rate is improved, the customer relationship is maintained, and finally the income of the courier can be improved while the order quantity of an express company is improved.
