when the current network state of the master intelligent home control panel is in a crowded state, processing the voice information based on a locally stored voice library of the slave intelligent home control panel to obtain a control instruction corresponding to the voice information;
When the voice information is not satisfied, processing the voice information based on a voice library stored by a cloud server to obtain a control instruction corresponding to the voice information;
and controlling the working state of the intelligent household equipment based on the control instruction.
