As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1 to 11, a ceiling lamp according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, which includes a chassis 10, a lamp cover 20 rotatably fixed on the chassis 10, a driving power supply housing 30 for carrying a driving power supply and fixed on the chassis 10, and a decoration 40 located at least partially outside the lamp cover 20 (far from the chassis 10 side) and connected to the driving power supply housing 30, wherein:
the lamp housing 20 is provided with a through hole 21, and one of the decoration 40 and the driving power supply housing 30 is connected to the other through the through hole 21. In addition, the ceiling lamp further includes a pressing member 50 disposed on the driving power supply housing 30 and penetrating through the through hole 21, and in the process that the lampshade 20 is rotationally fixed on the chassis 10, the pressing member 50 is changed from a non-pressing state disengaged from the lampshade 20 to a pressing state pressing the lampshade 20, so as to limit the axial height of the lampshade 20, that is, when the lampshade 20 is screwed on the chassis 10, the pressing member 50 naturally moves relatively to the lampshade 20. In the present embodiment, the through hole 21 is located in the middle (e.g. the center) of the lampshade 20, so that the pressing member 50 passes through the through hole 21 and presses against the middle of the lampshade 20, thereby better limiting the axial deformation of the lampshade 20, i.e. correcting the axial deformation of the lampshade 20, and thus preventing the middle of the lampshade 20 from bulging and affecting the mounting of the decoration 40 on the driving power supply housing 30.
Specifically, the through hole 21 includes a first hole portion 211 and a second hole portion 212 that are communicated with each other, the second hole portion 212 is far away from the center of the lamp housing 20 than the first hole portion 211, the pressing member 50 includes a connecting portion 51 that extends from the surface of the driving power supply housing 30 toward the first hole portion 211 and passes through the first hole portion 211, and a pressing portion 52 connected to an end of the connecting portion 51, and the pressing portion 52 extends in a direction far away from the center of the lamp housing 20. As shown in fig. 3, in the non-pressed state, since the second hole portion 212 provides a good clearance space for the pressing member 50, the pressing member 50 can smoothly pass through the first hole portion 211, and the pressing portion 52 faces the second hole portion 212, and in the pressed state, as shown in fig. 4, the pressing portion 52 relatively presses the outer surface of the lampshade 20. When the lampshade 20 is assembled with the chassis 10, the lampshade 20 is aligned and moved axially to be attached to the chassis 10, at this time, the connecting portion 51 of the pressing member 50 penetrates out of the first hole portion 211, the pressing portion 52 faces the second hole portion 212, and at this time, the pressing member 50 and the lampshade 20 are not in a non-pressing state; then, the lampshade 20 is rotated in the locking direction to rotatably engage the lampshade 20 with the chassis 10, and in the process, the pressing member 50 is gradually rotated to press against the outer surface of the lampshade 20.
Preferably, the pressing portion 52 is disposed in an inclined shape, a horn-shaped opening is formed between the pressing portion 52 and the driving power supply housing 30, and when the lampshade 20 is rotated and fixed relative to the chassis 10, the lampshade 20 is screwed into the horn-shaped opening, so that the axial distance between the lampshade 20 and the driving power supply housing 30 can be gradually changed until the pressing portion 52 tightly presses the outer surface of the lampshade 20. The inclined pressing portion 52 can provide a good guiding and avoiding effect for the edge of the second hole portion 212, and ensure that the pressing portion 52 presses the outer surface of the lampshade 20 more smoothly. In addition, the inclined pressing portion 52 has a large correction stroke for the globe 20, and experiments prove that the pressing portion 52 can perform axial deformation correction on the globe 20 with axial deformation within 7 mm.
In some cases of the present embodiment, it may be that the decoration 40 is connected to the driving power supply housing 30 through the through hole 21; or the driving power supply housing 30 is connected to the decoration 40 outside the lamp housing 20 through the through hole 21. By way of example and not limitation, in one aspect of the present embodiment, the driving power supply housing 30 is partially extended out of the through hole 21, and the decoration member 40 is connected to the portion of the driving power supply housing 30 extended out of the through hole 21; specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a sleeve 41 extends from one side of the garnish 40 facing the through hole 21, and the sleeve 41 is integrally formed with the garnish 40; as shown in fig. 6, the driving power supply housing 30 includes a main body 31 for carrying the driving power supply and a speaker base 32 extending from the main body 31 to the through hole 21, the speaker base 32 passes through the through hole 21 (as shown in fig. 3-4), and the sleeve 41 is entirely sleeved outside the speaker base 32 (as shown in fig. 7). It should be understood that, as another case, when the ornamental member 40 is connected to the driving power supply housing 30 through the through hole 21, the sleeve 41 may be inserted through the through hole 21 and fit over the speaker holder 32. In other alternative embodiments, the sound box base 32 may be sleeved outside the sleeve 41, and the sleeve 41 and the sound box base 32 may also be only partially sleeved, for example, between the end portions.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, the ceiling lamp further includes a sound box 60, the sound box 60 is embedded in the sound box base 32, the sound box 60 and the sound box base 32 are assembled into a sound box module 100, the decoration 40 is provided with at least one sound outlet 42 at a position corresponding to the sound box base 32, and the sound box 60 produces sound through the sound outlet 42. Besides the sleeve 41 and the sound box base 32 are sleeved, the sleeve 41 and the sound box module 100 are fixed by clamping, specifically, as shown in fig. 5-7, in some cases, in this embodiment, the sleeve 41 and the sound box module 100 are clamped and matched by the limiting protrusion 321 and the limiting hole 411 to axially limit the decoration 40, one of the limiting protrusion 321 and the limiting hole 411 is disposed on the sound box module 100, and the other is disposed on the sleeve 41. By way of example and not limitation, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, in one aspect of the present embodiment, the outer wall of the sound box base 32 extends out of the limiting protrusion 321 along the radial direction of the sound box base 32, the limiting hole 411 is opened on the sleeve 41, and since the sleeve 41 is sleeved outside the sound box base 32, the opening of the limiting hole 411 is opened on the inner wall of the sleeve 41 and extends along the radial direction of the sleeve 41. When the sleeve 41 is inserted into the sound box base 32 in alignment (i.e. the alignment between the limiting protrusion 321 and the limiting hole 411 is ensured), the limiting protrusion 321 on the outer wall of the sound box base 32 is smoothly inserted into the limiting hole 411 of the sleeve 41 under the action of the pushing force, and after the limiting protrusion 321 is inserted into the limiting hole 411, the sleeve 41 is limited from moving axially relative to the sound box base 32, so as to form axial limiting of the decoration 40. In order to ensure that the clamping is more stable, a plurality of first clamping fixing points can be uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the sleeve 41, so that the sleeve 41 and the sound box base 32 can be axially fixed more stably through the plurality of first clamping fixing points, and each first clamping fixing point can be clamped and fixed through the clamping matching of the limiting protrusion 321 and the limiting hole 411.
In some optional embodiments of the present invention, in order to further ensure that the sleeve 41 is stably clamped with the sound box module 100, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the sleeve 41 and the sound box module 100 are further clamped and matched with each other through the limiting protrusion 61 and the groove 412 to circumferentially limit the decoration 40, one of the limiting protrusion 61 and the groove 412 is disposed on the sound box module 100, and the other is disposed on the sleeve 41. By way of example and not limitation, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, in one embodiment, the circumferential surface of the sound box 60 extends out of the limiting protrusion 61 along the radial direction of the sound box 60, the groove 412 is formed on the sleeve 41, in order to allow the limiting protrusion 61 to be smoothly clamped into the groove 412, an opening of the groove 412 is formed at an end of the sleeve 41 at which the sound box module 100 is sleeved, the groove 412 extends along the axial direction of the sleeve 41, the sound box base 32 is formed with an exit hole 322, the limiting protrusion 61 passes through the exit hole 322 and extends out of the sound box base 32, so that when the sleeve 41 is sleeved outside the sound box base 32 in alignment (i.e. when the limiting protrusion 61 and the groove 412 are aligned), the limiting protrusion 61 is naturally clamped into the groove 412, and after the limiting protrusion 61 is clamped into the groove 412, the sleeve 41 is limited from rotating relative to the sound box base 32, thereby forming. Likewise, in order to ensure that the clamping is more stable, a plurality of second clamping fixing points may be uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the sleeve 41, so as to more stably fix the sleeve 41 and the speaker base 32 in the circumferential direction through the second plurality of clamping fixing points, and each second clamping fixing point may be clamped and fixed through the clamping engagement of the limiting protrusion 61 and the groove 412.
In addition, it should be noted that the limiting projection 61 and the groove 412 form a clamping fit, and not only have the function of circumferentially limiting the decoration 40; the guide can be formed by clamping the limiting protrusion 321 and the limiting hole 411, namely, in the process that the sleeve 41 is sleeved, when the limiting protrusion 61 and the groove 412 form clamping fit, the limiting protrusion 321 and the limiting hole 411 are naturally aligned, and at the moment, the sleeve 41 is sleeved to the bottom forcibly, so that the limiting protrusion 321 and the limiting hole 411 form clamping fit.
It should be understood that the matching of the limiting protrusion 321 and the limiting hole 411 can already well ensure the stable clamping of the decoration 40 and the speaker module 100, and the further arrangement of the limiting protrusion 61 and the groove 412 is to further enhance the stable clamping of the decoration 40 and the speaker module 100 and/or to guide the matching of the limiting protrusion 321 and the limiting hole 411, so in some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the matching of the limiting protrusion 61 and the groove 412 can also be omitted, and the clamping fixation of the decoration 40 and the speaker module 100 can be directly performed through the matching of the limiting protrusion 321 and the limiting hole 411.
In order to fix the sound box 60, the outer wall of the sound box base 32 extends out of the fixing post 323 corresponding to the limiting protrusion 61, and the limiting protrusion 61 is fixed on the fixing post 323 through a fastener such as a screw, so as to fix the sound box 60 on the sound box base 32. That is to say, the limiting protrusion 61 in this embodiment not only has the function of being clamped with the groove 412, but also serves as the mounting arm of the sound box 60, so that the number of protrusions extending outwards from the sound box 60 and/or the sound box base 32 can be reduced, and the structure of the sound box module 100 is simpler. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the speaker 60 may extend to form a protrusion to meet the fixing requirement, and the speaker base 32 may extend to form a protrusion to be clamped with the groove 412 to meet the axial limiting requirement of the decoration 40. In addition, the limiting projection 61 can form a clamping fit with the penetrating hole 322 to form a guide for mounting the sound box 60.
On the other hand, the pressing member 50 may be disposed on the portion of the driving power supply housing 30 penetrating through the through hole 21, for example, on the speaker base 32, at this time, the pressing member 50 penetrates through the through hole 21 together with the speaker base 32, and the whole pressing member 50 penetrates through the through hole 21, and then, along with the screwing of the lampshade 20, the pressing portion 52 of the pressing member 50 presses the lampshade 20; or the pressing member 50 extends from the portion of the driving power supply housing 30 not penetrating through the through hole 21 and penetrates through the through hole 21, for example, extends from the main body 31 and penetrates through the through hole 21, at this time, only the pressing portion 52 of the pressing member 50 penetrates through the through hole 21, and then the pressing portion 52 presses the lampshade 20 along with the screwing of the lampshade 20 (as shown in fig. 4).
As shown in fig. 8, the lampshade 20 includes a lampshade body 22 and a cover body 23 disposed in the middle of the lampshade body 22, the cover body 23 is used for blocking light from penetrating out of the middle of the lampshade body 22, the through hole 21 is disposed at the bottom of the cover body 23, when the lampshade 20 is fixed on the chassis 10, the driving power supply housing 30 seals one side of the through hole 21, and the decorative part 40 shields the other side of the through hole 21, so as to effectively avoid light from overflowing, and enable light to be emitted outwards only through the lampshade body 22. Specifically, the globe body 22 may be closely attached to the main body portion 31 of the driving power supply housing 30 to block one side of the through hole 21, and the decoration 40 may be closely attached to the cover 23 to block the other side of the through hole 21.
In order to realize the rapid assembly of the lampshade body 22 and the cover 23, as shown in fig. 8-11, one of the lampshade body 22 and the cover 23 is provided with at least one fastening hole 221, and the other is provided with at least one fastening piece 231 corresponding to the fastening hole 221, the fastening piece 231 passes through the fastening hole 221, and when the cover 23 rotates relative to the lampshade body 22, the cover 23 and the lampshade body 22 are fastened. In order to further lock the cover 23 and prevent the cover 23 from rotating, at least one of the fasteners 231 is provided with a latch 2311, the lampshade body 22 or the cover 23 is further provided with a locking hole 222 corresponding to the latch 2311, and when the cover 23 rotates relative to the lampshade body 22, the latch 2311 is latched into the locking hole 222 to lock the cover 23 to the lampshade body 22. For example, but not limited to, as shown in fig. 8, in one embodiment, the fastening holes 221 are disposed on the lampshade body 22, and the fasteners 231 are disposed on the cover 23, and the corresponding locking holes 222 are disposed on the lampshade body 22, when assembling, the cover 23 moves axially toward the lampshade body 22, and the fasteners 231 extending from the cover 23 are kept to correspondingly penetrate into the fastening holes 221 of the lampshade body 22, when the cover 23 rotates toward the locking direction with the lampshade body 22, the fasteners 231 and the lampshade body 22 are fastened to each other, and the latches 2311 are snapped into the corresponding locking holes 222, so as to lock the lampshade body 22 to the cover 23. During the specific implementation, buckling pieces 231 and buckling holes 221 can be provided in plural, and since cover 23 and lampshade body 22 are locked by screwing, plural buckling pieces 231 and plural buckling holes 221 can be arranged along the central circumference array of through hole 21, and buckling pieces 231 and buckling holes 221 are matched in a one-to-one manner to provide plural fixing points, thereby ensuring the stable assembly of lampshade body 22 and cover 23.
