Abstract
The invention provides a dewatering well water collecting and draining device and a control method thereof, the dewatering well water collecting and draining device comprises a water tank, a water inlet pipe communicated with the top of the water tank, an air pipe and a water draining pipe communicated with the bottom of the water tank, the air pipe is respectively connected with an air blowing device and an air suction device through a three-way valve, the air blowing device and the air suction device are respectively connected with a control device, the control device is used for controlling the working states of the blowing device and the suction device, a first one-way valve which is controlled by the air pressure in the water tank and can be opened only in the direction that the water in the water inlet pipe flows to the water tank is arranged in the water inlet pipe, and a second one-way valve which is controlled by air pressure in the water tank and can only be opened in the direction that water in the water tank flows out of the drain pipe is arranged in the drain pipe. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the obtained water in the dewatering well can be quickly discharged.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of constructional engineering, in particular to a water collecting and draining device of a dewatering well and a control method thereof.
Background
At present, underground projects such as highway tunnels, subways, underground pipe networks and the like built and proposed in China are increasing day by day, the projects can not pass through sections with complicated project hydrogeological conditions, and an underground water seepage field is in a dynamic balance state before the underground projects are built. Along with the excavation of the underground engineering and the formation of the near empty surface, underground water is collected and seeped to the near empty surface to form underground engineering excavation surface seepage water, if effective water collecting and draining measures are not taken, the rock surface fissure seepage water is drained to a drainage ditch of the underground engineering, the seepage water is gathered after the supporting lining wall, the water pressure is increased, the supporting body structure is damaged, and the seepage water generated by the engineering structure and the service life are greatly reduced; meanwhile, the underground engineering supporting and waterproof construction is carried out under the condition of large-area water seepage, the construction quality cannot be guaranteed, and the underground engineering is easy to have water seepage in the operation process.
At present, precipitation wells arranged at certain intervals are generally adopted in the industry for precipitation, underground water is introduced into the precipitation wells, and then water in the precipitation wells is pumped out through a water pump. However, the water is pumped by the water pump, and the deep well pumping cannot be carried out due to the limited lift of the water pump.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water collecting and draining device for underground engineering, so that the water collecting and draining speed of underground water of the underground engineering is improved.
The embodiment of the invention provides a water collecting and draining device of a dewatering well, which comprises a water tank, a water inlet pipe communicated with the top of the water tank, an air pipe and a drain pipe communicated with the bottom of the water tank, wherein the air pipe is respectively connected with an air blowing device and an air suction device through a three-way valve, the air blowing device and the air suction device are respectively connected with a control device, the control device is used for controlling the working states of the air blowing device and the air suction device, a first one-way valve which is controlled by air pressure in the water tank and can only be opened in the direction that water in the water inlet pipe flows to the water tank is arranged in the water inlet pipe, and a second one-way valve which is controlled by the air pressure in the water tank and can only be opened in the direction that the water in the water tank flows out of the drain pipe is.
In the embodiment of the invention, the dewatering well water collecting and draining device further comprises an air pressure monitoring device arranged in the air pipe, the air pressure detecting device is used for detecting the air pressure in the water tank and sending the detected air pressure to the control device, and the control device is used for controlling the working states of the air blowing device and the air suction device according to the change of the air pressure.
In the embodiment of the invention, the control device controls the air suction device to start working, sucks air from the water tank within a set working time, then controls the air suction device to stop working, and controls the air blowing device to start working, when the air blowing device pressurizes the water tank, the air pressure in the water tank is gradually increased, when the air pressure in the water tank is suddenly reduced, the air blowing device is judged to finish water drainage, and the control device controls the air blowing device to stop working and controls the air suction device to start working.
In the embodiment of the invention, the set working time of the air suction device is calculated by the following method:
and when the working time of the air blowing device for finishing water drainage in the next air suction and air blowing cycle is not increased any more, the air suction time in the previous air suction and air blowing cycle is taken as the set working time of the air suction device.
In the embodiment of the invention, the air suction device adopts an air pump.
In the embodiment of the invention, the blowing device adopts a booster pump.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a control method of the dewatering well water collecting and draining device, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

In the embodiment of the invention, when the air blowing device pressurizes the water tank, the air pressure in the water tank is gradually increased until the air pressure in the water tank is suddenly reduced, and the air blowing device is judged to finish water drainage.
Compared with the prior art, the dewatering well water collecting and draining device and the control method thereof have the advantages that air suction depressurization and air blowing pressurization are circularly adopted in the water tank, water in the dewatering well is sucked into the water tank, water in the water tank is drained, only the air suction device and the air blowing device are controlled, a water pump is not needed, water in a deep well can be drained, and the control process is simple; the control method can automatically calculate the time of the water tank for full water storage, thereby obtaining the working time for controlling the air suction device and improving the working efficiency of the dewatering well water collecting and draining device.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The following describes the implementation of the present invention in detail with reference to specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, a water collecting and draining device for a dewatering well is provided, which includes a water tank 1, a water inlet pipe 2 communicated with the top of the water tank 1, an air pipe 3, and a water draining pipe 4 communicated with the bottom of the water tank 1. The air pipe 3 is connected with an air blowing device 6 and an air suction device 7 through a three-way valve 5. The blowing device 6 and the suction device 7 are respectively connected with a control device 8, and the control device 8 is used for controlling the working states of the blowing device 6 and the suction device 7. The water inlet pipe 2 is communicated between the water tank 1 and the precipitation well 20. A first one-way valve 9 is arranged in the water inlet pipe 2, the first one-way valve 9 is controlled by air pressure in the water tank 1, and the water in the water inlet pipe 2 can only be opened towards the flowing direction of the water tank 1. The drain pipe 4 is provided with a second one-way valve 10, and the second one-way valve 10 is controlled by the air pressure in the water tank 1 and can only be opened when the water in the water tank 1 flows out of the drain pipe 4. In this embodiment, the air suction device 6 is an air pump. The blowing device 7 adopts a booster pump.
The air pipe 3 is further provided with an air pressure monitoring device 11, and the air pressure monitoring device 11 is used for detecting the air pressure in the water tank 1 and sending the detected air pressure to the control device 8. The control device 8 is used for controlling the working states of the air blowing device 6 and the air suction device 7 according to the change of the air pressure, and the control process is as follows:
first, the control device 8 controls the suction device 7 to start operating, the suction device 7 sucks air from the water tank 1 within a set operating time, the air pressure in the water tank 1 decreases, the first check valve 9 opens, the second check valve 10 closes, water flows into the water tank 1 through the water inlet pipe 2, and the water level rises to a certain height.
Then, the control device 8 controls the air suction device 7 to stop working and controls the air blowing device 6 to start working, when the air blowing device 6 blows air into the water tank 1, the air pressure in the water tank 1 is gradually increased, the first one-way valve 9 is closed, the second one-way valve 10 is opened, water in the water tank 1 is discharged through the drain pipe 4 under the action of the air pressure, when the water level in the water tank 1 is reduced to be lower than a communication port between the drain pipe 4 and the water tank 1, the air pressure in the water tank 1 is suddenly reduced, at this moment, it can be judged that the air blowing device 6 finishes discharging, and the control device 8 controls the air blowing device 6 to stop working and controls the air suction device 7 to start working.
The control device 8 alternately operates the blowing device 6 and the suction device 7 to discharge water.
Specifically, the set operating time of the air suction device is calculated as follows:
and (2) sucking the air suction device 7, feeding water into the water tank 1 by the water inlet pipe 2, blowing air to the air blowing device 6, discharging water in the water tank 1, setting an air suction time in an initial cycle, increasing the air suction time of the air suction device 7 in each cycle, recording the working time of the air blowing device 7 for finishing water drainage, and taking the air suction time in the previous air suction and air blowing cycle as the set working time of the air suction device 7 when the working time of the air blowing device 6 for finishing water drainage in the next air suction and air blowing cycle is not increased any more. Through the calculation mode, the obtained set working time of the air suction device 7 is the time required by the water tank to store full water when the air suction device 7 works.
In conclusion, the dewatering well water collecting and draining device and the control method thereof circularly adopt air suction depressurization and air blowing pressurization in the water tank, suck the water in the dewatering well into the water tank, and drain the water in the water tank, only the air suction device and the air blowing device are controlled, a water pump is not needed, the water in a deep well can be drained, and the control process is simple; the control method can automatically calculate the time of the water tank for full water storage, thereby obtaining the working time for controlling the air suction device and improving the working efficiency of the dewatering well water collecting and draining device.

The water collecting and draining device of the dewatering well is characterized by comprising a water tank, a water inlet pipe, an air pipe and a drain pipe, wherein the water inlet pipe is communicated with the top of the water tank, the drain pipe is communicated with the bottom of the water tank, the air pipe is respectively connected with an air blowing device and an air suction device through a three-way valve, the air blowing device and the air suction device are respectively connected with a control device, the control device is used for controlling the working states of the air blowing device and the air suction device, a first one-way valve which is controlled by air pressure in the water tank and can be opened only in the direction that water in the water inlet pipe flows to the water tank is arranged in the water inlet pipe, and a second one-way valve which is controlled by the air pressure in the water tank and can be opened only in the direction that the water in the water tank.

The dewatering well water collecting and draining device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an air pressure monitoring device disposed in the air pipe, the air pressure detecting device being configured to detect air pressure in the water tank and send the detected air pressure to the control device, the control device being configured to control the operation states of the air blowing device and the air suction device according to changes in the air pressure.

The water collecting and draining device of dewatering well as claimed in claim 1, wherein said control device controls said air suction device to start working, sucks air from said water tank within a set working time, then controls said air suction device to stop working, and controls said air blowing device to start working, when said air blowing device pressurizes said water tank, the air pressure in said water tank gradually increases, when the air pressure in said water tank suddenly decreases, said air blowing device is judged to finish draining, said control device controls said air blowing device to stop working, and controls said air suction device to start working.
4. The dewatering well water collecting and draining device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the set working time of the air suction device is calculated by the following method:
and when the working time of the air blowing device for finishing water drainage in the next air suction and air blowing cycle is not increased any more, the air suction time in the previous air suction and air blowing cycle is taken as the set working time of the air suction device.

7. The method for controlling the dewatering well water collecting and draining device according to claim 1, comprising the following steps:
the air suction device sucks air, the water inlet pipe feeds water into the water tank, the air blowing device blows air, and water in the water tank is discharged to be used as an air suction and blowing cycle;
setting a suction time in an initial cycle, then increasing the suction time of the suction device in each cycle, and recording the working time of the blowing device for finishing water drainage;
and when the working time of the air blowing device for completing the drainage in the next air suction and air blowing cycle is not increased any more, taking the air suction time in the previous air suction and air blowing cycle as the set working time of the air suction device.
