Technical Field

Background

In the prior art, an oven with an electronic lock comprises an oven body, a door body, a control panel and the electronic lock, wherein a control cavity is arranged at the top of the oven body, the electronic lock comprises an electronic lock head and a door lock seat, the control panel is fixed at the front end of the control cavity, the electronic lock head is arranged in the control cavity, and a lock rod of the electronic lock head is matched with a guide hole in a bottom plate of the control cavity in an in-and-out mode; the door lock seat is arranged on the top frame edge of the door body; the lock rod is matched with the locking hole on the door lock seat. There are problems in that: the commercial power is suddenly cut off, the oven door cannot be opened, and the door body or the mounted cabinet needs to be destructively disassembled; it is inconvenient to use and the occurrence of such a sudden situation may result in additional losses.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is: the oven with the electronic lock is convenient to use, and a door body can be opened manually under the condition that commercial power is suddenly supplied.

the door lock seat comprises a locking groove which is arranged at one end and provided with an upper opening and an opening at one end, a screw hole with a lower opening and at least one clasp, and the clasp comprises a vertical part and a hook part which are connected with the door lock seat;

the screw penetrates through the long strip-shaped hole to be screwed with the screw hole, the vertical part of the hook is positioned in the hook hole, and the hook part is buckled with the inner surface of the top frame plate; the width of the vertical part is less than the length of the buckling hook hole; the lock rod is matched with the locking groove.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, an oven with an electronic lock comprises an oven body 1, a door body 2, a control panel 3 and an electronic lock, wherein a control cavity 1A is arranged at the top of the oven body 1, the electronic lock comprises an electronic lock head 4 and a door lock seat 5, the control panel 3 is fixed with the front end of the control cavity 1A, the electronic lock head 4 is arranged in the control cavity 1A, and a lock rod 41 of the electronic lock head 4 is matched with a guide hole on a bottom plate of the control cavity 1A in an in-and-out manner; the door lock seat 5 is arranged on the top frame edge 21 of the door body 2; the lock bar 41 is matched with the door lock seat 5;

as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the top frame 21 has a strip-shaped hole 23 and two hook holes 24, the strip-shaped hole 23 includes a rectangular portion in the middle and semicircular portions at both ends;

When the commercial power is suddenly cut off and the door body 2 cannot be opened, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the door lock 6 is knocked from the right side, namely, one end of the door lock seat 5, which is provided with the locking groove 51, is knocked, the door lock seat 5 moves leftwards, and the lock rod 41 is separated from the locking groove 51, so that the door body 2 can be opened; after the door body 2 is opened, the other end of the door lock seat 5 is knocked, and the door lock seat 5 is reset. the motor 43 is fixed on the vertical seat board 421, the shaft of the motor 43 extends into the lock seat frame 42, the shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the circular shaft seat part 441, the driving shaft hole 451 is rotationally matched with the shaft head part 443, the connecting rod 45 is inserted into the pivoting frame 411 at the upper end of the locking rod 41, two ends of the fixed shaft are fixedly connected with the pivoting frame 411, and the fixed shaft is matched with the driven shaft hole 452; the lock rod 41 is in sliding fit with the guide rod hole of the guide seat 46; the lock seat frame 42 is fixedly connected with the front wall plate of the control cavity 1A;

a screw hole and a pin body are arranged on the shaft head part 443 of the eccentric shaft part;

the device also comprises a circular baffle disc 6, wherein the circular baffle disc 6 is provided with a connecting hole 61 and a pin hole 62;

the screw is screwed with the screw hole 4431 through the connection hole 61, and the pin body 4432 is inserted into the pin hole 62.

As a further improvement of the invention: the circular shaft seat part 441 of the crank 44 is provided with a locking axial protrusion 444 and an unlocking axial protrusion 445, and the locking axial protrusion 444 and the unlocking axial protrusion 445 are positioned at two ends of a diameter line;

a micro-switch 7 is also included and,

the elastic pressing plate 71 of the microswitch 7 is matched with the locking axial bulge 444 and the unlocking axial bulge 445, and the locking axial bulge 444 transmits signals.

the door lock seat comprises a locking groove which is arranged at one end and provided with an upper opening and an opening at one end, a screw hole with a lower opening and at least one clasp, and the clasp comprises a vertical part and a hook part which are connected with the door lock seat;

the screw penetrates through the long strip-shaped hole to be screwed with the screw hole, the vertical part of the hook is positioned in the hook hole, and the hook part is buckled with the inner surface of the top frame plate; the width of the vertical part is less than the length of the buckling hook hole; the lock rod is matched with the locking groove.

the motor is fixed on the vertical seat plate, a shaft of the motor extends into the lock seat frame, the shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the circular shaft seat part, the driving shaft hole is in rotating fit with the shaft head part, the connecting rod is inserted into the pivoting frame at the upper end of the lock rod, two ends of the fixed shaft are fixedly connected with the pivoting frame, and the fixed shaft is matched with the driven shaft hole; the lock rod is in sliding fit with the guide rod hole of the guide seat; the lock seat frame is fixedly connected with the front wall plate of the control cavity.
