(4) placing the upper cam member 6 within the mounting post 904 and bringing the upper cam profile 601 into full abutment with the lower cam profile 1101;
(5) a first sealing ring 12 is arranged at the upper end of the mounting column 904, a second sealing ring 13 is arranged on the inner wall of a through hole of the guide mounting seat 7, and the guide mounting seat 7 penetrates through the first connecting shaft 605 and is mounted at the upper end of the mounting column 904;
