The invention provides a dust collection device for a coal box of a tamping coke oven coal charging car, which comprises the following components: the smoke purification unit comprises a coal tank wall dust collection hood, a dust collection pipeline and a furnace end smoke purification system, wherein the coal tank wall dust collection hood is arranged at the front end of a coal charging coal box above a coal tank wall without a coal receiving plate of the coal charging car and close to a coke oven, and the coal tank wall dust collection hood is connected to the furnace end smoke purification system through the dust collection pipeline; the air flow guiding unit comprises a compressed air system, an air channel pipeline I and a coal chute wall blowing pipe, wherein the coal chute wall blowing pipe is arranged below a coal receiving plate of a coal chute wall at the opposite side of the coal chute wall dust collection hood, and the coal chute wall blowing pipe is connected with the compressed air system through the air channel pipeline I.

In the actual operation process, in the later stage of coal loading of the coal charging car, a large amount of smoke dust is discharged from the coal charging bottom plate which is withdrawn from the carbonization chamber, so that pollution to the environment is caused, and the existing furnace end smoke trapping device cannot solve the overflow smoke dust collection.
It is therefore desirable to design a coal box dust collection device for a tamping coke oven coal charging car.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the technical problem that the existing furnace end smoke trapping device cannot solve overflow smoke dust collection, the smoke dust collecting device of the coal box of the tamping coke oven coal charging car is provided. Further, the coal chute wall blowing pipe is connected with the air passage pipeline I through an air passage hose I, and the blowing device is connected with the air passage pipeline II through an air passage hose II.
Further, a fume hood protection frame is arranged on the outer side of the dust collection fume hood on the coal chute wall, and the fume hood protection frame is arranged on the three-layer platform of the coal charging car.
