Abstract
The invention relates to a vehicle wheel finish paint spraying masking tape, which is annular and is matched with a part, which is not sprayed with finish paint, of a vehicle wheel, and comprises release paper, a double-sided tape and a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) paperboard which are arranged in layers; one glue coating surface of the double-sided adhesive tape is compounded with the release paper, and the other glue coating surface of the double-sided adhesive tape is adhered to the PET paperboard. The shielding adhesive tape has good use performance, can play roles of positioning, shielding and isolating finish paint, is convenient to paste and detach, is easy to position, can be operated on a paint line, and obviously improves the wheel coating efficiency; the shielding adhesive tape can resist the high temperature of 190 ℃, and is not softened and deformed after being kept for more than one hour; the shielding adhesive tape and the wheels are tightly sealed without folds, bubbles or bubbles, and the shielding adhesive tape is torn off without residual adhesive on the wheels, so that the coating effect of the wheels is obviously improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of wheel paint spraying, and particularly relates to a wheel spraying finish paint shielding adhesive tape.
Background
The traditional wheel coating requires that all the surface paint is sprayed after the primer is coated, and at present, part of the wheel, which is assembled with the hub, does not spray the surface paint after the primer is coated, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the part which does not spray the paint needs to be shielded by a tool after the primer is coated, and then the surface paint is coated.
At present, a wheel is conveyed to an electrophoresis tank for priming by a catenary chain in most wheel coating modes, the wheel is not off-line after priming, the wheel is directly conveyed to a finish paint chamber by the catenary chain for spraying finish paint, a shielding adhesive tape is adhered after the priming paint, and then the finish paint is sprayed. Because the finish paint is sprayed in an electrostatic mode, the paint is in a fog shape during spraying, and the paint is adsorbed on the surface of the wheel by static electricity, the sealing between the shielding adhesive tape and the wheel needs to be tight. However, the existing shielding adhesive tape is not tightly sealed with the wheel, wrinkles, bubbles and bubbles exist, and the wheel has residual adhesive after the shielding adhesive tape is torn off, so that the coating effect of the wheel is seriously influenced. In addition, the current tape that shelters from pastes, dismantles the trouble, and is not convenient for fix a position, easily takes place to paste the dislocation phenomenon, can't operate on the paint line, seriously influences the efficiency of wheel application.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a masking tape for spraying finish paint on a wheel, aiming at solving the technical problems in the prior art, and solving the problems that the existing masking tape is troublesome to paste and detach, inconvenient to position, easy to paste and dislocate, incapable of operating on a paint line and seriously influenced the wheel coating efficiency; the existing shielding adhesive tape is not tightly sealed with the wheel, wrinkles, bubbles and bubbles exist, and the shielding adhesive tape is torn off, so that the wheel has residual adhesive on the wheel, and at least one of the problems that the coating effect of the wheel is seriously influenced and the like is solved.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows:

Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
In the coating mode of the wheel, the wheel is conveyed to an electrophoresis tank by using a catenary chain for priming, the wheel is not pulled off after priming, the wheel is directly conveyed to a finish paint chamber by using the catenary chain for spraying finish paint, the shielding adhesive tape is pasted after the priming paint, and then the finish paint is sprayed. The finish paint is sprayed in an electrostatic mode, the paint is in a mist shape during spraying, and the paint is adsorbed on the surface of the wheel through static electricity.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the masking tape for spraying finish on a wheel according to the present embodiment, the masking tape is annular and is adapted to a portion of the wheel where finish is not sprayed; the shielding adhesive tape comprises release paper 1, double-sided adhesive tapes 2 and a PET paperboard 3 which are arranged in a layered manner; one glue coating surface of the double-sided tape 2 is compounded with the release paper 1, and the other glue coating surface is adhered to the PET paperboard 3. Because the PET cardboard has certain hardness, when the double-sided tape 2 is adhered to a wheel, the flatness of the double-sided tape 2 is ensured, so that the double-sided tape 2 is tightly and evenly adhered to the wheel without wrinkles, bubbles or bubbles, and the double-sided tape has the advantages of easy positioning and convenient adhesion.
The double-sided tape 2 is compounded with the release paper 1, so that the shielding tape can be transported and stored conveniently. When the shielding adhesive tape is used, the release paper 1 is torn off.
In addition, the double-sided adhesive tape 2 and the PET paperboard 3 are selected, so that the shielding adhesive tape can resist the high temperature of 190 ℃, and is not softened and deformed after being kept warm for more than one hour; and the viscosity of the double-sided adhesive tape 2 is moderate, so that the shielding adhesive tape is not separated from the wheel in the post-finish heating process, the shielding adhesive tape is convenient to tear when the wheel is linked, and no residual adhesive is left on the wheel.
Preferably, the double-sided tape 2 is a double-sided tape without a base material, so as to improve the use performance of the shielding tape. The double faced adhesive tape without the base material has excellent waterproof performance and excellent adhesion effect, can prevent falling off, has good processability, good temperature resistance, good dimensional stability, thermal stability and chemical stability, good initial viscosity and viscosity retention, and can be suitable for wider temperature range and severe environment.
As shown in fig. 3, a gap 4 is formed in the shielding adhesive tape to avoid the contact part between the hanger and the wheel, so as to ensure that the shielding adhesive tape is perfectly matched with the part, which is not painted, of the wheel, and the using effect of the shielding adhesive tape, namely the effect of shielding and isolating the finish paint, is improved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the shielding adhesive tape is provided with a protrusion 5, so that the shielding adhesive tape can be torn off conveniently when the wheel is pulled down, the use performance of the shielding adhesive tape is improved, and the wheel coating efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 4, a peeling opening 13 is formed in the release paper 1, so that the shielding tape is torn off when being adhered to a wheel of the vehicle, and the convenience in use of the shielding tape is improved.
As shown in fig. 4, release paper 1 includes upper half 11 and lower half 12 to the limit location, limit are pasted, play the accurate positioning effect, are showing and improve shelter from the performance of sticky tape, effectively avoid taking place to paste the dislocation phenomenon. (2) tearing off the lower half part 12 of the release paper 1, and adhering the lower half part of the shielding adhesive tape to a wheel to finish the adhesion of the shielding adhesive tape;
(3) when the wheel is linked, the shielding adhesive tape is torn off from the wheel through the bulge 5.
The shielding adhesive tape has good use performance, can play roles of positioning, shielding and isolating finish paint, is convenient to paste and detach, is easy to position, can be operated on a paint line, and obviously improves the wheel coating efficiency;
the shielding adhesive tape can resist the high temperature of 190 ℃, and is not softened and deformed after being kept for more than one hour;
