Abstract
The invention relates to a polyurea waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof, wherein the polyurea waterproof coating comprises a component A and a component B, and the components in parts by weight are as follows: the component A comprises: 60-70 parts of aromatic isocyanate; 35-50 parts of polyether polyol; 10-15 parts of a rubber plasticizer; 5-10 parts of a solvent; and B component: 40-50 parts of amino-terminated resin; 30-40 parts of an amino-terminated chain extender; 10-15 parts of a rubber plasticizer; 2-3 parts of a flame retardant; 1-2 parts of a dispersant; 1-2 parts of a defoaming agent, wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1. the polyurea waterproof coating prepared by the invention has good waterproof and flame retardant properties and a simple preparation method.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof coatings, in particular to a polyurea waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of the building industry, the development and application of various waterproof coatings are rapidly developed, higher requirements are put on the quality and performance of the building waterproof coatings, and the building can be ensured not to leak or the leaking part can be blocked by coating the waterproof coatings after the building leaks. Most of waterproof coatings on the market at present are prepared by simply stirring emulsion with water, and after the waterproof coatings are coated on a substrate, a formed film is thin, so that the waterproof coatings are not beneficial to playing a role of water seepage prevention, and the waterproof coatings have general corrosion resistance and fire resistance.

The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provides a polyurea waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof.

wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1.
particularly, the rubber plasticizer is one or more of naphthenic oil, aromatic oil, phthalate and dipropylene glycol dibenzoate.
Particularly, the flame retardant is one of triphenyl phosphate, ammonium polyphosphate and decabromodiphenyl ether.
In particular, the dispersant is vinyl bis stearamide.
In particular, the defoaming agent is polyether modified silicon.
A preparation method of polyurea waterproof paint is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding the components in the component A into a first reaction kettle according to parts by weight, heating to 80-100 ℃, starting stirring, and dehydrating for 1-2 hours under a vacuum condition until the moisture content is below 0.05 percent to obtain a mixture A;
(2) adding the components in the component B into a second reaction kettle according to the parts by weight, heating to 80-100 ℃, starting stirring, and dehydrating for 1-2 hours under a vacuum condition until the water content is below 0.05 percent to obtain a mixture B;
(3) mixing the mixture A and the mixture B according to a weight ratio of 1: 1, adding the mixture into a third reaction kettle, and stirring the mixture for 1 to 2 hours at room temperature to obtain a finished product.
Particularly, the stirring speed in the step (1), the step (2) and the step (3) is all 500-.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: by adopting the scheme, the polyurea waterproof coating prepared by the invention has excellent waterproof performance, flame retardant performance and corrosion resistance, and the preparation method is simple.

The polyurea waterproof coating comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the components in parts by weight are as follows:
the component A comprises:
60 parts of aromatic isocyanate; 35 parts of polyether polyol; 10 parts of a rubber plasticizer; 5 parts of a solvent;
and B component:
40 parts of amino-terminated resin; 30 parts of an amino-terminated chain extender; 10 parts of a rubber plasticizer; 2 parts of a flame retardant; 1 part of a dispersant; 1 part of a defoaming agent;
wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1.
in particular, the rubber plasticizer is naphthenic oil.

(3) mixing the mixture A and the mixture B according to a weight ratio of 1: 1, adding the mixture into a third reaction kettle, and stirring for 1 hour at room temperature to obtain a finished product, wherein the stirring speed is 500 r/min.
Particularly, the stirring speed in the step (1), the step (2) and the step (3) is 500 r/min.

The polyurea waterproof coating is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B, wherein the components in parts by weight are as follows:
the component A comprises:
70 parts of aromatic isocyanate; 50 parts of polyether polyol; 15 parts of a rubber plasticizer; 10 parts of a solvent;
and B component:
50 parts of amino-terminated resin; 40 parts of an amino-terminated chain extender; 15 parts of a rubber plasticizer; 3 parts of a flame retardant; 2 parts of a dispersing agent; 2 parts of a defoaming agent;
wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1.

(2) adding the components in the component B into a second reaction kettle according to the parts by weight, heating to 100 ℃, starting stirring, and dehydrating for 2 hours under a vacuum condition until the moisture content is below 0.05 percent to obtain a mixture B;
(3) mixing the mixture A and the mixture B according to a weight ratio of 1: 1, adding the mixture into a third reaction kettle, and stirring for 2 hours at room temperature to obtain a finished product, wherein the stirring speed is 800 r/min.
Example 3
The polyurea waterproof coating is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B, wherein the components in parts by weight are as follows:
the component A comprises:
65 parts of aromatic isocyanate; 42 parts of polyether polyol; 12 parts of a rubber plasticizer; 8 parts of a solvent;
and B component:
45 parts of amino-terminated resin; 35 parts of an amino-terminated chain extender; 13 parts of a rubber plasticizer; 2.5 parts of a flame retardant; 1.5 parts of a dispersing agent; 1.5 parts of a defoaming agent;
wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1.

(2) adding the components in the component B into a second reaction kettle according to the parts by weight, heating to 90 ℃, starting stirring, and dehydrating for 1.5 hours under a vacuum condition until the moisture content is below 0.05 percent to obtain a mixture B;
(3) mixing the mixture A and the mixture B according to a weight ratio of 1: 1, adding the mixture into a third reaction kettle, and stirring the mixture for 1.5 hours at room temperature to obtain a finished product, wherein the stirring speed is 650 r/min.

1. The polyurea waterproof coating is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B, wherein the components in parts by weight are as follows:
the component A comprises:
60-70 parts of aromatic isocyanate;
35-50 parts of polyether polyol;
10-15 parts of a rubber plasticizer;
5-10 parts of a solvent;
and B component:
40-50 parts of amino-terminated resin;
30-40 parts of an amino-terminated chain extender;
10-15 parts of a rubber plasticizer;
2-3 parts of a flame retardant;
1-2 parts of a dispersant;
1-2 parts of a defoaming agent;
wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1.
2. the polyurea waterproof coating according to claim 1, wherein the rubber plasticizer is one or more of naphthenic oil, aromatic oil, phthalate, and dipropylene glycol dibenzoate.
3. The polyurea waterproof coating according to claim 1, wherein the flame retardant is one of triphenyl phosphate, ammonium polyphosphate and decabromodiphenyl ether.
4. The polyurea waterproof coating material of claim 1, wherein the dispersant is vinyl bis stearamide.
5. The polyurea waterproof coating material of claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is polyether modified silicon.
6. A preparation method of polyurea waterproof paint is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding the components in the component A into a first reaction kettle according to parts by weight, heating to 80-100 ℃, starting stirring, and dehydrating for 1-2 hours under a vacuum condition until the moisture content is below 0.05 percent to obtain a mixture A;
(2) adding the components in the component B into a second reaction kettle according to the parts by weight, heating to 80-100 ℃, starting stirring, and dehydrating for 1-2 hours under a vacuum condition until the water content is below 0.05 percent to obtain a mixture B;
(3) mixing the mixture A and the mixture B according to a weight ratio of 1: 1, adding the mixture into a third reaction kettle, and stirring the mixture for 1 to 2 hours at room temperature to obtain a finished product.
7. The method for preparing polyurea waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 6, wherein the stirring speed in the step (1), the step (2) and the step (3) is 500-800 r/min.
