It should be noted that: in the two concentric circles of the water mist pipe 24, the radius of the concentric circle close to the center of the circle is larger than the outer diameter of the filter bowl 143, so that the filter bowl 143 can be taken out of the concentric circle, as shown in fig. 5, the inward side of the circular water mist pipe 24 on the inner side is also provided with the spray head 25, and the leakage of chlorine dioxide is reduced.
Further, the absorption cover plate 21 is further connected with a water diversion belt 23 which hangs down to the bottom, the water diversion belt 23 is a cotton cloth belt, when the absorption cover plate is used, water in the shell 1 moves upwards under the action of capillary effect to moisten the sponge so as to keep the sponge moist, the water diversion belt 23 is moist, the chlorine dioxide leaking into the shell 1 is absorbed by the water diversion belt 23, the contact area between the water and the chlorine dioxide is increased, and further the leakage of the chlorine dioxide is reduced.
The water circulation device 4 includes: the water pump comprises a water pumping pipe 41 and a water pump 42, one end of the water pumping pipe 41 is located at the bottom of the shell 1, the other end of the water pumping pipe 41 is communicated with the water mist pipe 24, the water pump 42 is installed on the water pumping pipe 41, water in the shell 1 is introduced into the water mist pipe 24, and the water is sprayed out in a water mist mode.
As shown in fig. 2, the water circulation device 4 includes: the water pumping pipe 41 is a section of bent pipe, one end of the water pumping pipe 41 is positioned below the water surface in the shell 1, the other end of the water pumping pipe 41 is communicated with the water mist pipe 24, the water pressure cavity 43 is arranged on the outer side of the water pumping pipe 41, the water pressure cavity 43 is a hollow pipe, a communicating hole communicated with the water pumping pipe 41 is only arranged at the position close to the top of the water pumping pipe, the partition plate 45 is horizontally arranged in the water pressure cavity 43, the partition plate 45 divides the water pressure cavity 43 into two parts which are not communicated with each other, wherein the upper part is communicated with the water pumping pipe 41, the bottom surface of the clapboard 45 is communicated with the electric push rod 44, under the action of the electric push rod 44, the clapboard 45 moves in the water pressing cavity 43, the highest position of the movement of the clapboard 45 is lower than the communication hole of the water pressing cavity 43 and the water pumping pipe 41, and the two sides of the communication hole are also provided with one-way valves, the one-way circulation directions of the one-way valves are the same, and the one-way valves are water spray pipes 24 from the bottom to the top.
The motion process is mainly divided into two stages: a water suction stage and a water discharge stage, wherein in the water suction stage, the partition plate 45 moves downwards under the action of the electric push rod 44, only the one-way valve below the communication hole is opened, water in the shell 1 is sucked into the water pressing cavity 43 through the water suction pipe 41, and the one-way valve above the communication hole is closed until the water pressing cavity 43 is filled with water due to the fact that the direction of the water suction is opposite to that of the other one-way valve; in the water discharging stage, the partition plate 45 moves upwards to press the water in the water pressing cavity 43 out of the communication hole, and the pressed water flows through the one-way valve above and is pressed into the water mist pipe 24.
As shown in fig. 1, a water-repellent barrier net 3 is further arranged in the water below the water surface in the housing 1, the water-repellent barrier net 3 is formed by mutually interlacing long rods of water-repellent material, the aperture of the grid is slightly smaller than that of the air outlet hole on the air outlet pipe 5, in the process that bubbles generated by the air outlet pipe 5 below the water-repellent barrier net 3 float upwards, chlorine dioxide in the bubbles can be dissolved in the water, when the volume of the bubbles is reduced to meet the water-repellent barrier net 3, the bubbles with smaller volume can directly pass through the water-repellent barrier net 3, and float upwards, the bubbles with larger volume can be dispersed into more bubbles with smaller volume after being blocked by the water-repellent barrier net 3, or can be blocked at the bottom of the water-repellent barrier net 3, the volume of the bubbles can be reduced along with the dissolution of the chlorine dioxide in the bubbles, the volume of the part of the bubbles is larger, the retention time in the water is longer, and the, leakage is avoided, and the gas bubbles with smaller volume have shorter retention time in water, but the content of chlorine dioxide in the gas bubbles is less due to the smaller volume, so that the gas bubbles can be dissolved in the water more quickly.
As shown in fig. 1, a heat insulation board 6 is disposed between the sterilization box 131 and the adsorption cover plate 21, and the heat insulation board 6 is made of a water-resistant heat insulation material, so that heat generated by the sterilization box 131 can be separated from the bottom, the downward diffusion of the heat can be reduced, and the safety of the use process can be ensured.
The using method of the invention is as follows:
gas mixed with chlorine dioxide enters water through the air outlet pipe 5, the gas is in the water in the form of bubbles, most of chlorine dioxide in the bubbles can be melted in the water, a small amount of chlorine dioxide can float upwards along with the bubbles to enter the shell 1, water mist generated in the water mist pipe 24 is combined with chlorine dioxide in the air again, the water mist has smaller particles and larger surface area, the chlorine dioxide in the air can be better captured, even if the leakage still exists, the adsorption cover plate 21 positioned above the water mist pipe 24 can adsorb the chlorine dioxide, the chlorine dioxide is prevented from leaking, the treated water can be directly discharged after being treated for a period of time, the size is small, the gas can be directly arranged in places with more medical waste liquid, such as operating rooms and the like, the infectious wastewater can be purified at the starting point, and the pollution to a temporary hospital temporarily reconstructed in a large-scale venue can be avoided, can quickly recover normal function after being dismantled in a temporary hospital without remaining infectious viruses in a sewer.
