Abstract
The invention relates to an automatic adjusting electrochemical water softening device and an adjusting method thereof, which can automatically adjust the spacing between a cathode plate and an anode plate, the type of the cathode plate, the power voltage and the retention time of aqueous solution in a box body according to the monitored water hardness information: when the water hardness is higher, the interval between a small cathode plate and an anode plate, a plate-shaped polar plate, high power supply voltage and long retention time of the aqueous solution in the box body are selected to realize the efficient removal of scaling ions; after the water hardness becomes low, the large cathode and anode plate spacing, the meshed polar plates, the low power supply voltage and the short retention time of the aqueous solution in the box body are selected, more scaling ions can be removed under the same energy consumption, and the efficient utilization of energy is realized. In addition, the device can also select the corresponding power type according to the actual requirement: the direct-current power supply can clean scale forming ions in water to a higher degree, and a higher scale removing effect is realized; the high-frequency pulse power supply has good descaling effect per unit energy consumption, and can save energy consumption.

Background
Most of circulating cooling water is hard water supply, a large amount of scaling ions including slightly soluble salt ions exist in industrial circulating cooling water, and the circulating cooling water is continuously evaporated in the cooling process, so that the salt concentration in the water is continuously increased and precipitates beyond the solubility of certain salts. Ions are easy to scale on a heat transfer surface, the scaling phenomenon causes the efficiency of a heat exchanger to be obviously reduced and the energy consumption to be greatly increased, and simultaneously causes the corrosion of equipment, the power output of a boiler is reduced by 10-20 percent due to the deposition of the scale, the thermal efficiency is reduced by 10 percent, and the blockage and the corrosion of a pipeline can be caused. The electrochemical water softening technology can effectively reduce the hardness, and has the advantages of cyclic utilization, high durability, good softening effect and the like, but the problems of low scale deposition efficiency, high occupied energy consumption and the like exist; the application of the electrochemical water treatment technology in a medium-large circulating water treatment system is challenged.

The invention provides an automatic regulating electrochemical water softening device, which comprises: the system comprises an electrochemical soft water system, a power supply system, a monitoring system and a control system;

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the electrochemical water softening system comprises a box body 1, a cathode plate 7 and an anode plate 6, wherein the cathode plate 7 comprises plate-shaped pole plates, net-shaped pole plates and the like, and the effect of softening water is achieved mainly through the box body 1 and the descaling cathode and anode plates to descale so as to descale. Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the electrochemical soft water system further includes a cover 2, and the cover 2 is provided with a pole plate slide rail, which includes an anode slide rail 13 and a cathode slide rail 14. As shown in fig. 4, a water inlet 3 and a water outlet 4 are further arranged on the box body 1 of the electrochemical soft water system, the water inlet 3 and the water outlet 4 are both provided with a flow monitor 16 and a valve for regulating water flow, the flow monitor 16 is used for monitoring water flow in real time, a water inlet valve 10 arranged on the water inlet 3 and a water outlet valve 11 arranged on the water outlet 4 are used for regulating water flow in real time, and preferably, the valves are solenoid valves or electric valves. The control system controls the retention time of the aqueous solution in the box body by adjusting the water flow through the valve, and ensures that the scale forming ions in the solution can be fully removed.
The power supply system comprises a direct current power supply 8 and a high-frequency pulse power supply 9, is used for supplying power to the polar plate, can adjust the voltage of the power supply according to the hardness of the solution, and greatly saves energy consumption. Furthermore, the positive pole of the power supply is connected with the positive plate, the negative pole of the power supply is connected with the negative plate, and the two power supplies are provided with switches which are controlled by a control system and can be switched. The control system can also set the current of the direct current power supply and the current or frequency of the high-frequency pulse power supply.
The monitoring system includes a water hardness sensor for monitoring water hardness in real time. Further, water hardness is the concentration of scale forming ions in the aqueous solution.
A control system, such as a controller 15, for automatically adjusting the cathode-anode plate spacing, cathode plate type, power supply voltage, and residence time of the aqueous solution in the tank based on the monitored water hardness information; wherein, the high water hardness corresponds to small cathode-anode plate spacing, plate-shaped polar plates, high power supply voltage and long retention time of the aqueous solution in the box body; the control system is also used for switching the power supply type according to actual requirements. The control system can also be provided with a display panel and a control input device, the control system is connected with various valves, a power supply system, a polar plate slide rail and a polar plate overturning device, the display panel can display various parameters of water hardness change and the state of the device, and the parameters and the state can be controlled and adjusted through the control input device.
Furthermore, the bottom of the box body of the electrochemical soft water system is provided with a sewage outlet 5, the sewage outlet 5 is also provided with a sewage outlet valve 12, and a sewage discharge groove 18 is also arranged below the sewage outlet 5. A thickness monitor 17 is arranged at the sewage outlet 5 and below the cathode plate 7 and used for monitoring the deposition thickness of dirt; for example: the pressure sensor is used for measuring the deposition thickness when the dirt is accumulated to a certain thickness and the pressure changes; or a density sensor, when the dirt accumulation thickness is enough, the sensor will be covered by the dirt, and the density value is changed; or other sensors such as conductivity meter. When the deposition thickness of the dirt reaches a preset threshold value or at intervals, the sewage draining port can be opened to drain the dirt. An ultrasonic polar plate cleaning mechanism or a scraper polar plate cleaning mechanism is also arranged in the box body of the electrochemical water softening system. When the device works for a certain time and scale accumulates to a certain thickness, the thickness monitor 17 is used for monitoring, the ultrasonic pole plate cleaning mechanism, the high-pressure gas scouring cleaning mechanism or the scraper type pole plate cleaning mechanism is used for cleaning and washing the pole plates, and then the electromagnetic valve for discharging sewage is used for discharging sewage and performing centralized treatment.

if the softening efficiency is to be improved, a direct-current power supply is selected; in order to improve the energy utilization efficiency, a high-frequency pulse power supply is selected. The self-regulating electrochemical water softening device of claim 1, wherein the electrochemical water softening system further comprises a cover body, the cover body is provided with a polar plate slide rail, and the polar plate mounting mechanism is arranged in the slide rail and can slide on the slide rail.

6. The self-regulating electrochemical water softener of claim 1 wherein the control system further sets the current of the dc power source and the current or frequency of the high frequency pulsed power source.

The self-regulating electrochemical water softening device according to claim 1, wherein a drain outlet is formed at the bottom of the tank body of the electrochemical water softening system, a thickness monitor for monitoring the thickness of the deposited dirt is arranged at the drain outlet, and the thickness monitor is a pressure sensor, a density sensor or a conductivity meter.
