Referring to fig. 3, the automatic glue preparing mechanism 20 further includes a roller set 26, the roller set 26 is mounted on the second mounting plate 22, and the double-sided adhesive tape is wound around the roller set 26 and the glue stripping block 25.

The double-sided adhesive tape fixing mechanism 27 comprises a double-sided adhesive tape fixing driving cylinder 270 and a double-sided adhesive tape fixing block 271, the double-sided adhesive tape fixing driving cylinder 270 is fixed on the second mounting plate 22, and the telescopic rod of the double-sided adhesive tape fixing driving cylinder 270 drives the double-sided adhesive tape fixing block 271 to move.
After the adhesive tape is adhered to the tape, when the double-sided adhesive tape needs to be torn, the double-sided adhesive tape fixing driving cylinder 270 drives the double-sided adhesive tape fixing block 271 to abut against the first roller to compress the double-sided adhesive tape, and then the third mounting plate 212 is driven by the first driving portion 210 to ascend, so that the adhesive tape is torn.
Referring to fig. 3, the automatic glue preparing mechanism 20 further includes a glue paper cutting mechanism 28, and the glue paper cutting mechanism 28 is disposed on the second mounting plate 22 and is configured to cut the double-sided glue paper or form a cut mark on the glue paper.
The adhesive tape cutting mechanism 28 includes an adhesive tape cutting cylinder 280 and an adhesive tape cutter 281, the adhesive tape cutting cylinder 280 is fixed on the second mounting plate 22, and the adhesive tape cutter 281 is fixed on a telescopic rod of the adhesive tape cutting cylinder 280 and is close to the adhesive peeling block 25.
After the glue is pulled, that is, after the glue stripping block 25 abuts against the material belt and moves from point a to point B, the adhesive tape cutting mechanism 28 drives the adhesive tape cutter 281 to move downwards, so that the adhesive tape cutter 281 produces a cut mark on the adhesive tape. Simultaneously or subsequently, the double-sided adhesive tape fixing driving cylinder 270 drives the double-sided adhesive tape fixing block 271 to abut against the first roller 260 so as to press the double-sided adhesive tape, and then the third mounting plate 212 is lifted by the driving of the first driving part 210, so that the adhesive tape can be easily torn off.
In another embodiment, after the stripping block 25 abuts against the web and moves from point a to point B, the adhesive tape cutting mechanism 28 drives the adhesive tape cutter 281 to move downward so that the adhesive tape cutter 281 cuts the adhesive tape, and then the first driving unit 210 drives the third mounting plate 212 to move upward.
In order to ensure that the material belt is in a stable state when the adhesive is prepared, and the adhesive peeling block 25 does not move on the surface of the material belt, so that the material belt is displaced, and the unevenness of the prepared adhesive is avoided, the automatic adhesive preparing mechanism 20 further comprises a material belt fixing component 29, the material belt fixing component 29 is mounted on the third mounting plate 212, and the material belt fixing component 29 is used for pressing or loosening the material belt.
The automatic roll changing device 10 includes a supporting member 15, the supporting member 15 is used for threading the material tape unreeled by the first unreeling mechanism 12, and the supporting member 15 includes a supporting seat 150 disposed on the first mounting plate 11 and a roller 151 mounted on the supporting seat 150.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, the tape fixing assembly 29 of the automatic tape preparing mechanism 20 includes a tape fixing driving portion 290 and a fixing pressing block 291, the fixing pressing block 291 has an arc surface corresponding to the contour of the roller 151 on the supporting seat 150, the tape fixing driving portion 290 drives the fixing pressing block 291 to abut against the roller 151 on the supporting seat 150 to press the tape on the roller 151 of the supporting seat 150, and meanwhile, the automatic tape preparing mechanism 20 also prepares the tape on the roller 151 of the supporting seat 150.
Referring back to fig. 1 and 2, the tape splicing mechanism 14 includes a tape splicing pressing block 140, a tape threading member 141, and a tape splicing driving portion 142.
The tape splicing press block 140 is slidably disposed on the first mounting plate 11 and is used for acting on the tape unreeled by the first unreeling mechanism 12.
The tape threading member 141 is disposed on the first mounting plate 11, and the tape threading member 141 is used for threading the material tape unreeled by the second unreeling mechanism 13.
The tape splicing driving portion 142 is disposed on the first mounting plate 11 and drives the tape splicing pressing block 140 to slide, so that the tape unreeled by the first unreeling mechanism 12 is pressed on the tape passing member 141.
Wherein the threading member 141 comprises a threading seat 1410 and a roller 1411 mounted on the threading seat 1410. The tape splicing driving part 142 is an air cylinder arranged on the first mounting plate 11, and an expansion link of the air cylinder is connected to the tape splicing pressing block 140. The threading member 141 is adjacent to the second unwinding mechanism 13. The tape connecting pressing block 140 is located at one end of the supporting seat 150 close to the tape threading seat 1410.
The material belt unreeled by the second unreeling mechanism 13 can be threaded on the threading seat 1410 to pass through the roller 1411, the material belt unreeled by the first unreeling mechanism can be threaded on the roller 151 on the support seat 150, when the belt splicing is needed, a part of the material belt unreeled by the first unreeling mechanism 12 can be unreeled, so that the part of the material belt which is already provided with the glue by the automatic glue preparing mechanism 20 is located on the splicing press block 140, the splicing drive part 142 drives the splicing press block 140, the material belt with the adhesive paper is pushed and pressed to the material belt on the threading member 141, and the tape splicing is completed.
It should be noted that downstream of the splicing mechanism 14, a plurality of tension rollers 30 are included in order to provide sufficient tension to the strip of material for threading and splicing.
Referring to fig. 2, the automatic roll changer 10 further includes a first cutting mechanism 16.
The first cutting mechanism 16 is slidably provided to the first mounting plate 11.
The first cutting mechanism 16 has a first position for cutting the old tape unwound by the first unwinding mechanism 12.
The first cutting mechanism 16 has a second position for holding and cutting the new web unwound by the first unwinding mechanism 12.
It should be noted that the first cutting mechanism 16 has a cutting and fixing function, and since the position of the first cutting mechanism 16 relative to the first mounting plate 11 is variable, when the first cutting mechanism 16 is at the first position, it can be used to cut the old material tape unreeled by the first unreeling mechanism 12; so that when the first cutting mechanism 16 is in the second position, it can be used to clamp and cut the new tape (the end of the new tape is the waste end, and needs to be cut) unwound by the first unwinding mechanism 12.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is an enlarged view of viii in fig. 2.
The first mounting plate 11 is provided with a clamping seat 11a, the lower surface of the clamping seat 11a is provided with an old material cutting groove 80, and the material belt unreeled by the first unreeling mechanism 12 passes through the lower surface of the clamping seat 11a and then passes through the roller on the supporting seat 150. The lower surface of the support base 150 is provided with a new material cutting groove 81.
The first cutting mechanism 16 includes a moving cylinder 160 and a first cutting body 161, the moving cylinder 160 is fixed to the first mounting plate 11, the first cutting body 161 is slidable with respect to the first mounting plate 11, and the moving cylinder 160 drives the first cutting body 161 to move. The first cutting body 161 includes a first cylinder 1610, a first abutting block 1611, and a first cutting blade 1612 disposed on the first abutting block 1611. The first cylinder 1610 drives the first abutment block 1611 to move for the securing and cutting action. The first abutting block 1611 can be deformed so that the first cutting blade 1612 can enter the new material cutting groove 81 on the lower surface of the supporting seat 150 to cut the material belt.
When the first unwinding mechanism 12 unwinds the old material tape, the first cutting body 161 is used to cut the old material tape after the new material tape and the old material tape are connected, the moving cylinder 160 drives the first cutting body 161 to a first position, i.e. below the holder 11a, and the first cylinder 1610 drives the first cutting blade 1612 to move into the old material cutting groove 80 on the lower surface of the holder 11a, so as to cut the old material tape.
When the first unwinding mechanism 12 unwinds the new material tape, the first cutting body 161 is used for fixing the new material tape and cutting off the waste material at the front end of the new material tape before the new material tape is connected to the old material tape, the moving cylinder 160 drives the first cutting body 161 to the second position, namely, below the support seat 150, the first cylinder 1610 drives the first cutter 1612 and the first abutting block 1611 to move to the lower surface of the support seat 150, so as to cut off the waste material at the front end of the new material tape and fix the new material tape, and when the new material tape is connected, the first cylinder 1610 retracts, so that the first abutting block 1611 loosens the new material tape.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the automatic roll changer 10 further includes a second cutting mechanism 17 and a clamping mechanism 18.
The second cutting mechanism 17 is configured to cut the old tape unwound by the second unwinding mechanism 13.
The holding mechanism 18 is used for holding and cutting the new web unwound by the second unwinding mechanism 13.
The second cutting mechanism 17 includes a second cylinder 170 and a second old material cutter 171, and the second cylinder 170 is fixed to the first mounting plate 11 and drives the second old material cutter 171. Wherein, the second old material cutter 171 is used for cutting off the material belt between the second unwinding mechanism 13 and the tape-threading member 141, when the second unwinding mechanism 13 unwinds the old material belt, and after the tape splicing is completed, the second cylinder 170 can drive the second old material cutter 171 to cut off the old material belt. In order to enable the second old material cutter 171 to accurately cut off the old material belt, a roller 172 is arranged between the tape threading member 141 and the second unwinding mechanism 13 to provide tension for the material belt, so that the second old material cutter 171 can smoothly cut off the old material belt.
The clamping mechanism 18 comprises a third cylinder 180, a second abutment block 181 and a second fresh material cutter 182, the second fresh material cutter 182 being located in the second abutment block 181. The new material cutting groove 81 is formed on the bottom surface of the tape threading base 1410. The second abutting block 181 can be deformed to allow the second new material cutter 182 to enter the new material cutting groove 81 on the bottom surface of the tape threading base 1410 to cut the tape.
When the second unwinding mechanism 13 unwinds the new material tape, the third cylinder 180 drives the second abutting block 181 and the second new material cutter 182 to move to the lower surface of the tape threading seat 1410, so as to cut off the waste material at the front end of the new material tape and fix the new material tape, and when the new material tape is joined, the third cylinder 180 retracts to loosen the new material tape by the second abutting block 181.
Two scrap collecting boxes 40 are provided on the first mounting plate 11, and the two scrap collecting boxes 40 are used to collect the scrap of the new tape cut by the first cutting mechanism 16 and the scrap of the new tape cut by the gripper mechanism 18, respectively.

1. Automatic roll-changing device, its characterized in that:
the automatic coil changing device comprises a first mounting plate, a first unwinding mechanism, a second unwinding mechanism, a belt splicing mechanism and an automatic glue preparing mechanism;
the first unwinding mechanism, the second unwinding mechanism and the belt splicing mechanism are arranged on the first mounting plate, and the belt splicing mechanism is used for splicing a material belt unwound by the first unwinding mechanism and a material belt unwound by the second unwinding mechanism;
the automatic glue preparing mechanism is arranged on the first mounting plate and used for preparing double-faced glue on the material belt unreeled by the first unreeling mechanism and/or the second unreeling mechanism.
2. The automatic reel changer according to claim 1,
the automatic adhesive tape preparing mechanism comprises a first driving mechanism, a second mounting plate, an adhesive tape unreeling mechanism, a release paper reeling mechanism and an adhesive tape stripping block, wherein the release paper reeling mechanism and the adhesive tape stripping block are mounted on the second mounting plate, double-sided adhesive tape unreeled by the adhesive tape unreeling mechanism is wound through the adhesive tape stripping block, the release paper reeling mechanism is located at the downstream of the adhesive tape stripping block, and the release paper reeling mechanism is used for reeling release paper of the double-sided adhesive tape;
the first driving mechanism is used for driving the second mounting plate to move, so that the double faced adhesive tape is pressed against and adhered to the material belt by the adhesive stripping block.
3. The automatic reel changer according to claim 2,
the first driving mechanism is used for driving the second mounting plate to move along a first direction and a second direction which are perpendicular to each other.
4. The automatic reel changer according to claim 3,
the first driving mechanism comprises a first driving part, a second driving part and a third mounting plate;
the first driving part is arranged on the first mounting plate and used for driving the third mounting plate to move along a first direction relative to the first mounting plate;
the second driving part is arranged on the third mounting plate and used for driving the second mounting plate to move along a second direction relative to the third mounting plate.
5. The automatic reel changer according to claim 4,
and a guide rail extending along the second direction is arranged on the third mounting plate, and the second mounting plate is arranged on the guide rail.
6. The automatic reel changer according to claim 2,
the automatic glue preparing mechanism further comprises a roller set, and double-sided glue unreeled by the glue paper unreeling mechanism winds through the roller set and the glue stripping block.

the roller group comprises a first roller positioned at the upstream of the rubber stripping block and a second roller positioned at the downstream of the rubber stripping block;
the automatic glue preparing mechanism further comprises a double-faced glue fixing mechanism, and the double-faced glue fixing mechanism is arranged on the second mounting plate and used for being matched with the first roller to compress or loosen the double-faced glue.

the automatic glue preparing mechanism further comprises a glue paper cutting mechanism, and the glue paper cutting mechanism is arranged on the second mounting plate and used for cutting off glue paper of double-sided glue or forming a cutting mark on the glue paper.

the automatic glue preparing mechanism further comprises a material belt fixing component, the material belt fixing component is installed on the third installation plate, and the material belt fixing component is used for pressing or loosening the material belt.

the tape splicing driving part is arranged on the first mounting plate and drives the tape splicing pressing block to slide, so that the material tape unreeled by the first unreeling mechanism is pressed on the material tape on the tape threading part.

the first cutting mechanism is slidably arranged on the first mounting plate;
