Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, optionally, the vehicle linked brake device further includes a first connecting shaft 800, a second connecting shaft 900 and a third connecting shaft 910.
In the vehicle linked braking device provided by the embodiment, during assembly, the rotating shaft 200 is fixed on the frame, and the first mounting hole 131 of the connecting plate 130 is sleeved outside the rotating shaft 200 and is in rotating fit with the rotating shaft 200. The steering member 400 is sleeved outside the rotating shaft 200 by the second mounting hole 410, so that the connecting plate 130 and the steering member 400 are coaxially and rotatably arranged. The third mounting hole 310 of the balancer 300 is correspondingly communicated with the first coupling hole 132 of the coupling plate 130 and inserted into the first coupling shaft 800, thereby achieving the rotation-fitting of the balancer 300 with the coupling plate 130. Correspondingly communicating the fourth connecting hole 321 of the balancer 300 with the sixth connecting hole 921 of the transmission member 920, and inserting the second connecting shaft 900 to realize the rotating fit of the balancer 300 and the transmission member 920 around the first axis; the seventh connecting hole 922 of the transmission member 920 is correspondingly communicated with the second connecting hole 421 of the steering member 400, and the third connecting shaft 910 is inserted, so that the transmission member 920 is rotatably matched with the steering member 400 around the second axis. Meanwhile, the third connecting hole 431 on the steering member 400 is in transmission connection with the second brake component 002; and is in driving connection with the first brake assembly 001 by using the fifth connection hole 331 of the balancer 300. And, both ends of the elastic restoring member 500 are connected to the frame and the second connecting portion 430 of the steering member 400, respectively. In an initial state, under the action of the elastic restoring element 500, the second connecting portion 430 of the steering element 400 abuts against the first limiting element 600, and the third connecting portion 320 of the balancer 300 has a distance from the second limiting element 700 disposed on the connecting plate 130.
When an operator steps on the pedal 110, power is transmitted to the connecting plate 130 through the connecting rod, the connecting plate 130 rotates relative to the rotating shaft 200, and simultaneously the balancer 300 is driven to rotate relative to the rotating shaft 200, and the balancer 300 drives the first brake assembly 001 to move so as to brake the rear wheel of the vehicle; in this process, when the external force applied by the operator is smaller than the elastic force of the elastic reset piece 500, the balancer 300 cannot drive the steering piece 400 to rotate through the transmission piece 920, and the steering piece 400 cannot drive the second brake component 002 to brake the front wheels of the vehicle, so that the effect of delaying the braking of the front wheels is realized. When the acting force of the pedal 110 is increased, the balancer 300 continues to rotate, and the external force acting on the balancer 300 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic reset member 500, so that the third connecting portion 320 of the balancer 300 drives the first connecting portion 420 of the steering member 400 to rotate around the rotating shaft 200 through the transmission member 920, so that the second connecting portion 430 rotates around the rotating shaft 200, and the second connecting portion 430 drives the second brake assembly 002 to move, thereby braking the front wheels of the vehicle, and achieving the effect of braking the front wheels and the rear wheels simultaneously. In the process of continuously pressing the pedal 110 to drive the connecting plate 130 to rotate, the third connecting portion 320 of the balancer 300 abuts against the second limiting member 700, the balancer 300 does not continuously rotate around the first connecting shaft 800, that is, the balancer 300 does not drive the steering member 400 to rotate any more, the balancer 300 only rotates around the rotating shaft 200 under the action of the connecting plate 130, the rear wheel is continuously braked by the first brake assembly 001, and the effect of slowly increasing the braking force of the front wheel is achieved. When braking is completed, the pedal 110 is released, and the steering member 400, the transmission member 920, the balancer 300, and the pedal 110 are restored to the initial positions by the elastic restoring member 500, thereby releasing braking of the front and rear wheels.
The vehicle linkage braking device provided by the embodiment reduces the number of parts while realizing simultaneous braking of the front wheel and the rear wheel, and has the advantages of compact structure, flexible layout and small installation space in the front-rear direction. In the braking process, the braking to the front wheel and the limitation to the braking force of the front wheel are delayed, so that the riding comfort can be improved, the phenomenon that the diving is too large due to the fact that the braking force of the front wheel rises quickly is avoided, and the safety is improved.
The embodiment also provides a motorcycle, which comprises the vehicle linkage braking device provided by the embodiment, the vehicle linkage braking device is convenient to set, and the whole structure design of the motorcycle is more reasonable.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
