Abstract
The invention discloses a table for evaluating psychological behaviors and emotional problems of infants. The evaluation form is verified by thousands of large samples to have better credibility and can be used for evaluating the psychological behaviors and emotional problems of children less than 7 years old.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of mental health, and relates to an evaluation table for psychological behaviors and emotional problems of infants.
Background
In the definition of emotional and behavioral problems, children who are aberrantly behaving or severely emotionally troubling are often assumed to continue to behave inappropriately old enough to cause social conflicts, personal unpleasantness, and academic failures. Campbell proposed a view on defining emotional and behavioral distress, who thought that even a normally developing child had some problematic behaviors, and thus the number and intensity of the problematic behaviors was the decision point for defining emotional and behavioral distress in the associated environment. Therefore, the elements defining the problem, such as the length of time and the severity, are important factors for distinguishing temporary, minor problems from long-term serious problems.
The determination of the behavior problem also needs to consider whether the factors such as the behavior itself and the situation are consistent with the overall situation of the individual. The cause of emotional and behavioral problems is explained by four different theories: (1) biological models, which are the result of dealing with behavioral problems from disease or medical models, advocate that deviant behaviors are the result of problems with physiological structures and functions, such as genetic inheritance, brain injury or neurological dysfunction, biochemical abnormalities, etc.; (2) the psychological model, also called psychological analysis model, is a psychological model that emphasizes the psychological course as the determining factor of emotional disturbance behavior. It is believed that human emotions and behaviors are subject to motivation and drive; (3) the social model discusses the behavior problem of the individual from a specific social situation, namely, the cause of the individual deviation behavior from the social factor. When identifying inappropriate behavior, the social situation of an individual must be considered; (4) the transmission mode (interactive model), which emphasizes human-to-environment, is a dynamic, interactive, bi-directional relationship. The mode considers the characteristics of the children, the nurturing environment and the interaction relationship between the two. This model considers development to be a dynamic and bi-directional process both in the child itself and in the external environment.
From the above, it is known that the cause of the problem is not totally explained by the behavior of a single individual, and the cause is mostly formed by the interaction of living beings, psychology, society and the like. Therefore, the evaluation problem needs to consider the overall situation of the individual and the appropriateness, severity and persistence of the behavior from multiple angles, so as to perfectly consider the deficiencies of a single theory according to the overall situation of the problem. Most of the problem behaviors exhibited by infants disappear or diminish with maturity and education, while some of the problem behaviors exhibited by infants continue to the school age, adolescent, or adult stage.
Early screening is an important basis of special education and early psychological intervention work, and aims to find children suspected to have developmental retardation or special needs early, evaluate and identify the children early by referral, and further provide appropriate psychological intervention and psychological intervention services if the children are determined as service objects. An effective psychological intervention program is dependent on appropriate evaluation. For infant development, the overall development is emphasized, and the intervention in the aspects of infant emotion and behavior problems is relatively insufficient. However, with the current social adaptation of children and adolescents, the education researchers are beginning to keep track of whether the problem can be prevented and treated by the concept of "early discovery, early intervention". The research literature has indicated that emotional and behavioral problems in young children are persistent, and that they are likely to cause more serious problems after growth, if not intervened before school age. Currently, most of the evaluation tools for emotion and behavior problems are mainly for school-age children and teenagers, and are suitable for infant-stage scales, and most of the evaluation tools are used for evaluating the overall development of individuals, so that the tools specially used for evaluating the emotion and behavior problems of infants are even lacking. Therefore, the present application is intended to provide a simple and economical screening tool for early detection of infants who may have serious emotional and behavioral problems, and further for subsequent assessment and early mental intervention services.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an evaluation table for the psychological behaviors and the emotional problems of infants. The evaluation form is verified by thousands of large samples to have better credibility and can be used for evaluating the psychological behaviors and emotional problems of children less than 7 years old.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the invention provides an evaluation table for psychological behaviors and emotional problems of infants, which comprises the following factors: anxiety, social withdrawal, emotional response, aggression, adverse behavior, psychosomatic diseases, attention deficit/hyperactivity.
Anxiety, social withdrawal, emotional reactions, psychosomatic diseases are implicit problems.
The internal recessive problem refers to the phenomenon that the surface is normal, certain psychological disorder exists actually, and the phenomenon is likely to occur after long-term accumulation.
Attention deficit/hyperactivity, aggression/counter-action are among the dominant problems.
The appearance problem refers to the phenomenon that is immediately observable at the surface.
As used herein, "anxiety" means that an individual is prone to stress, anxiety, and excessive fear of strangers, events, and things, and thus may be overly dependent on familiar persons.
As used herein, "social withdrawal" refers to the situation where an individual often evades a person, thing, or thing, and does not easily express his or her mood or motivation.
As used herein, "emotional response" refers to a condition in which an individual's emotional performance is often excessive or unstable.
As used herein, "psychosomatic disorder" refers to an individual's physical discomfort or pain due to a possible psychological factor.
As used herein, "attention deficit/hyperactivity" means that an individual is less attentive, inattentive, and has too much activity to be easily calmed down.
As used herein, "aggressive behavior" refers to the behavior of an individual that often attacks others or destroys an item.
As used herein, "adverse behavior" refers to the fact that individuals are often not amenable to adult custody.
Further, the complete structure of the evaluation table of the present invention is shown in table 1.
Further, the evaluation table is applicable to the evaluation subjects of infants of 2 years to 6 years and 11 months (namely, infants of 7 years).
The evaluation table is suitable for Chinese people. The evaluation table of the invention is used for carrying out stratified random sampling on the head ditch area of Beijing. When applied to other countries, there may be problems with cultural factors or social differences.
The invention also provides a comparison table of critical scores and percentage grades for judging whether the infants have psychological behavior and emotion problems or not according to the test scores obtained by the evaluation table, and the comparison of the critical scores and the percentage grades is shown in the table 2.
The critical point of the evaluation table of the invention is set at a percentage level of 90, as shown by a black dotted line in a 'critical score and percentage level comparison table', the corresponding critical score is 7 points of an anxiety factor, 6 points of a social withdrawal factor, 8 points of an emotional response factor, 2 points of a psychosomatic disease factor, 14 points of an attention deficit/hyperactivity factor, 7 points of an adverse behavior factor, 3 points of an aggressive behavior factor, and 39 points of a total scale.
The percentage rating is the percentage of people below the score in the normative sample, and the percentage rating is the most widely used test score expression method.
As used herein, "normative" refers to a distribution of normative scores, i.e., a normalized score distribution of a normative community or sample. Typically expressed as the mean and standard deviation of the test scores, which can account for the scores of the individuals.
As used herein, "normative community" refers to a group of people having certain common characteristics, and is the subject population that is used as a reference when interpreting scores. A representative sample extracted from this population is a normal mode sample, which may represent a normal mode population having the basic features of the normal mode population. When the norms are established to standardize the tests, due to the limitation of manpower, material resources, time and economic conditions, all individuals in the norms group are unlikely to be tested, only one norms sample can be extracted, and the used norms sample is also called the standardized sample.
The invention also provides a method for establishing the critical fraction and percentage grade comparison table, which comprises the step of collecting the test fraction obtained according to the evaluation table.
The invention also provides a method for evaluating the psychological behaviors and emotional problems of the infants, which comprises the following steps:
(1) testing the object to be tested according to the evaluation table to obtain a test score;
(2) and (3) comparing the test score obtained in the step (1) with the critical score and the percentage grade comparison table, and evaluating whether the object to be detected has psychological behaviors and emotion problems.
The specific embodiment of step 2 is as follows: comparing the test score obtained in the step (1) with the critical score and the percentage grade comparison table, wherein if the test score is higher than or equal to the score of more than 90 percent, the probability that the object to be detected has psychological behaviors and emotional problems is high; if the test score is lower than the score of the percentage grade below 90, the psychological behavior and emotion problems of the object to be detected do not exist.
The invention also provides an evaluation system for the psychological behaviors and emotional problems of the infants, which comprises the evaluation table.
Further, the evaluation system comprises an evaluation unit, and the evaluation unit compares the evaluation score obtained according to the evaluation table with the critical score and the percentage grade comparison table to evaluate whether the object to be detected has the psychological behavior and emotion problems.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) the age coverage is wide, and the method is suitable for children aged from 2 to 6 to 11 months (namely, the children aged to 7).
(2) The item factor credibility of the evaluation table meets the requirement of the general test on the credibility.
(3) The present invention develops a simple and economical screening tool that can early detect young children who may have serious emotional and behavioral problems.

These examples are illustrative only and do not limit the scope of the present invention in any way. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and that such changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Example 1 evaluation form Structure of psychological behavior and emotional problems in infants
The architecture of the evaluation table of psychological behaviors and emotional problems of infants is shown in table 1. The 'internal recessive problem' subscale has 29 questions which are divided into an 'anxiety' factor 9 question (questions 1 to 9), a 'social withdrawal' factor 9 question (questions 10 to 18), an 'emotional response' factor 7 question (questions 19 to 25) and a 'psychosomatic disease' factor 4 question (questions 26 to 29); the 'explicit problem' subscale has 21 questions which are divided into a 'attention deficit/hyperactivity' factor 10 question (questions 30 to 39) and an 'attack behavior' factor 5 question (questions 40 to 44); "reverse behavior" factor of 6 (questions 45 to 50); the total scale is (number 1 to 50), for a total of 50.
TABLE 1 evaluation chart for psychological behavior and emotional problems of infants
Example 2 description of evaluation form of psychological behavior and emotional problems in infants
First, the evaluation table implementation step of the invention
1. Applicable subjects and evaluators
The suitable evaluation subjects are infants aged 2 to 6 years and 11 months old (i.e. 7 years old), and the most suitable person for filling out the evaluation is selected as a preschool teacher or a nursing or caring parent for the child for at least 2 months.
2. Filling in basic data
After the evaluation teacher fills in the personal data of the infant, the evaluation data is filled in. Whether the infant has special diseases or not and the completion of the service record are beneficial to further interpretation or explanation of the problem situation.
3. Checking mode of evaluation table
The parents who fill in the evaluation form select the observation of the evaluated infant according to the weekday, and the entry factors which are difficult to judge the condition are evaluated according to the subjective judgment of the teacher.
When the situation on the item factor is very different from the actual situation of the infant to be evaluated, please circle and select 'do not have this performance'; if the evaluated infant occasionally or under a specific situation shows the condition described by the item factor, please circle "occasionally show this; if the evaluated infant often shows the condition described by the item factor or the strength of the performance condition causes troubles to other people, please circle "obviously or often have the performance".
Second, scoring mode
Each question in the evaluation table is scored in the same way: the circle is 0 point from "No such expression"; the circle is 1 point from "occasionally having this manifestation"; the selection of "obviously or often with this manifestation" is 2 points. The scoring mode of the evaluation table is as follows: the 'anxiety' factor 9 is scored as the total score of the 1 st to 9 th questions; the 'social withdrawal' factor is 9, and the score is the total score of 10 th to 18 th; the 'emotional response' factor 7 is scored as the total score of the 19 th to 25 th questions; "psychosomatic disease" factor 4, scored as total score from questions 26 to 29; the "attention deficit/hyperactivity" factor is rated 10, with scores being the total of 30 th to 39 th; the 'attack behavior' factor of 5 is scored as the total score of 40 th to 44 th; the 'adverse behavior' factor 6 is scored as the total score of 45 th to 50 th; the "implicit questions" subscale has a total of 29 questions. The total number of the 'explicit question' subscribes is 21, the total number of the subscribes is 50, and the subscribes are the total sum of the subscribes of the 'implicit question' subscribes and the subscribes of the 'explicit question'.
Thirdly, evaluation result evaluation
The scores of the factors, the sub-tables and the total table calculated above are circled with a pen at the corresponding score position in the critical score and percentage grade comparison table of table 2. If the circled score falls above the black dashed line in the table (i.e., the score is greater than or equal to a score above the 90 percent scale), indicating that the infant is suspected of having a problem in that respect, the "failed" is selected from the list of assessment results in the "assessment score and results record table"; conversely, if the score falls below the black dashed line in the table (i.e., the score is below a score below the 90 percent scale), then pass is scored.
TABLE 2 Critical fraction to percent rating comparison Table
Fourthly, explanation and application of implementation result
The evaluation results of the evaluation table in each factor, the sub-scale and the total scale are classified as pass and fail, and if the evaluation result is fail, the evaluation table indicates that the infant is suspected to have the problem in the aspect. In the explanation of the results, the total amount table, the implicit questions and the explicit questions can be used as the judgment basis for the screening results, and the results of all factors can be used as references for further understanding the emotion and behavior problem manifestations of the infants.
Example 3 evaluation of confidence level of evaluation form of psychological behavior and emotional problems of infants
The evaluation table of psychological behaviors and emotional problems of infants shown in table 1 was tested between 8 months and 6 months of 2019 in 2018, and the test subjects were 2-7 years old infants who were read by a public and private kindergarten 35 in the Ministry of Ministry and Ministry of Ministry in Beijing. 7308 people in total, survey and selection of the amount table are performed by taking parents of children as targets, and 7308 amount tables are issued in advance. The total amount of the scale is 7109 portions, the effective portion is 7109 portions, and the entry factor is identified as invalid if the filling and answering are missing or blank is not filled. The scale was recovered at the beginning of 2019 in 6 months.
The evaluation table of the invention checks the credibility with the alpha coefficient, the alpha coefficient belongs to the internal consistency coefficient, and the statistics of the alpha coefficient results are shown in table 3.
TABLE 3 evaluation of reliability
According to the results in table 3, it can be seen that the credibility of each factor and the total scale of the evaluation table of the present invention meets the requirement of the general test on the credibility.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the invention in connection with specific preferred embodiments and it is not intended that the invention be limited to these specific details. For those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions or substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and all shall be considered as belonging to the protection scope of the invention.
