本发明涉及鞋类领域，更具体的说是涉及一种健康舒适鞋垫。
背景技术
鞋垫作为鞋子穿着中与足底直接接触部件，因此鞋垫是影响穿着舒适的主要因素之一。传统鞋垫一般采用单一的材料简单压合或者缝制而成，一般会具有一定的柔软度，基本满足日常行走的需求。但随着人们足部出现的一些变化，单一的传统鞋垫已不能满足人们日常穿着的舒适性。传统鞋垫在穿着一段时间后会出现如下缺点：一、传统鞋垫表面较平，无法与足底曲面，足底压力分布不均匀，导致鞋垫回弹效果不理想，减震效果减弱，舒适度下降；二、传统鞋垫在行走过程中，一直处于“压缩-释放”的运动循环状态，大多数鞋垫会变形，使用寿命短。三、传统鞋垫透气性差，容易滋生细菌、真菌，产生脚气等足部问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种能够实现矫正脚型、舒适性较高且减震以及除臭性能较好的健康舒适鞋垫。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供了如下技术方案：
这种健康舒适鞋垫，包括从上向下依次设置的透气层、缓震层和回弹层，所述透气层、缓震层和回弹层依次固定连接，所述回弹层底部前端内嵌有压力调节片，所述回弹层底部后端固定有定型层，所述定型层对应鞋垫的脚后跟处内嵌有减震片。
进一步的，所述压力调节片斜面拼接在回弹层上端，所述压力调节片包括拇指部、脚掌部和足弓部，所述拇指部、脚掌部和足弓部一体固定设置，所述拇指部匹配拇指形状，所述脚掌部包含第一至第五跖趾关节部，所述足弓部匹配人体足弓内侧或外侧形状。
进一步的，所述透气层、缓震层和回弹层的侧边边沿皆设有匹配人体脚底后跟部和足弓部的渐进式包裹型足弓后跟一体部，所述透气层、缓震层和回弹层的前掌处设有匹配第一跖骨球和第五跖骨球的下凹处，所述第一跖骨球和第五跖骨球的下凹处中间过渡外凸，贴合足底前掌曲面。
进一步的，所述回弹层采用减速度为120-129m/s，能量回复为33-36%的欧斯莱。
进一步的，所述回弹层的前掌设有匹配压力调节片的开口，所述压力调节片固定在开口内。

2.通过设置透气层、缓震层、回弹层、调节片、定型层和减震片的结合，将鞋垫带有透气舒适、吸湿、减震缓震、压力调节、加速回弹、除臭的作用，大大增强鞋垫的使用效果;
3.通过腰窝的设置，可用于匹配治疗或矫正扁平足、高弓足等脚型，具有更强的实用效果。

下面结合附图和实施例，对本发明进一步详细说明。其中相同的零部件用相同的附图标记表示。需要说明的是，下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向，词语“底面”和“顶面”、“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
实施例1
参照图1至5所示，本实施例的工作原理：由于人体在踩踏的过程中承重和支撑主体是拇指和各个拓指关节部以及足弓部53，因此压力调节片5包含上述三个部分，起到压力调节，使足底压力分布更加合理，采用定型层4，可释放负氧离子对人体有益，且加入竹炭材质，可有效减少足部异味并对足弓起到较强的支撑作用，有效分散足底压力。
参照图1或5所示，这种健康舒适鞋垫，包括从上向下依次设置的透气层1、缓震层2和回弹层3，透气层1、缓震层2和回弹层3依次固定连接，回弹层3底部前端内嵌有压力调节片5，回弹层3底部后端固定有定型层4，定型层4对应鞋垫的脚后跟处内嵌有减震片6。
定型层4首选采用负氧离子竹炭纤维，也可采用硅胶、TPU、竹炭泡棉，硬度大，起到支撑的效果，可对足底进行除臭的作用，且能有效分散足底压力，定型层4可释放负氧离子，对人体有益。
参照图2至4所示，作为改进的一种具体实施方式，压力调节片5斜面拼接在回弹层3上端，压力调节片5包括拇指部50、脚掌部51和足弓部53，拇指部50、脚掌部51和足弓部53一体固定设置，拇指部50匹配拇指形状，脚掌部51包含第一至第五跖趾关节部，足弓部53匹配人体足弓内侧或外侧形状。
一般普通的相嵌方式为直面拼接，本鞋垫采用的是斜面拼接，其主要作用是将两种不同缓震性能的材料进行性能中和，有一个良好的过渡。
由于人体在踩踏的过程中，大部分受力是在拇指和第一至第五跖趾关节部以及足弓部53上，而设置压力调节片5即可有效分散压力分布，使足底压力分布更加合理，增强舒适性，由于扁平足患者在踩踏过程中两脚内靠，因此在踩踏过程中对足弓处的压力增大，因此设置足弓部53的设置可有效针对扁平足患者，增加舒适性以及具有辅助矫正的效果。
参照图1所示，作为改进的一种具体实施方式，透气层1、缓震层2和回弹层3的侧边边沿皆设有匹配人体脚底后跟部和足弓部的渐进式包裹型足弓后跟一体部7，透气层1、缓震层2和回弹层3的前掌处设有匹配第一跖骨球和第五跖骨球的下凹处，第一跖骨球和第五跖骨球的下凹处中间过渡外凸，贴合足底前掌曲面。
第一跖趾关节和第五跖趾关节由于脚部肌肉形成的第一跖骨球和第五跖骨球，第一跖骨球和第五跖骨球下凹，根据足底前掌形状中间过渡外凸，贴合足底前掌曲面，增加足部稳定性。
透气层1、缓震层2和回弹层3的侧边边沿皆设有足弓后跟一体部7，采用渐进式边缘，更加贴合前掌，贴合鞋腔。
通过渐进式包裹型足弓后跟一体部7的设计，符合人体脚型设计，并且可设计在不同方向上，例如足弓内侧或足弓外侧以匹配足内翻和足外翻脚型，设计不同角度以及高度，以可有效治疗或调整高弓足、扁平足、内外翻等脚型。
渐进式包裹型足弓后跟一体部7的足后跟最高处13-18mm，足弓靠内侧最高处为21-25mm，足弓靠外侧最高处15-19mm。
参照图6所示，渐进式包裹型足弓后跟一体部7的设计可拆分出足弓区域和后跟区域分别固定，由于扁平足在走路时是足弓和脚后跟一起施力，因此扁平足采用渐进式包裹型足弓后跟一体部较为合适，而高足弓在走路过程中足弓并无支撑，因此单独的足弓区域支撑更加合适高足弓人群
作为改进的一种具体实施方式，回弹层3采用减速度为120-129m/s，能量回复为33-36%的欧斯莱。
采用上述欧莱斯材质，使回弹层回弹效果增强，提高使用者舒适性。
参照图2所示，作为改进的一种具体实施方式，回弹层3的前掌设有匹配压力调节片5的开口52，开口52实际为上下贯穿的通孔，压力调节片5固定在开口52内。
采用开口与压力调节片5固定，可防止压力调节片5凸起在回弹层3上，防止踩踏压力全部作用在压力调节片5上。
作为改进的一种具体实施方式，透气层1采用多孔透气抗菌网布制成。
采用多孔透气抗菌网布材质，增强透气和抗菌效果。
作为改进的一种具体实施方式，缓震层2为采用减速度为110-119m/s，能量回复为31-34%的欧斯莱。
缓震层2采用上述欧斯莱材质，使减震缓冲效果更佳。
参照图2所示，作为改进的一种具体实施方式，减震片6采用PORON材料或ETPU或硅胶或凝胶，减震片6厚度为4-6mm，回弹层3内匹配设置减震片6的减震槽60，减震槽60深度为1-3mm，减震片6在内嵌减震槽60后仍高出回弹层3。
足跟作为主受压区，上述设置可使减震片6穿着中缓震效果更明显，且具有抗压缩形变、缓冲性和分散冲击力等性能。
作为改进的一种具体实施方式，压力调节片5采用减速度为100-109m/s，能量回复为35-39%的欧斯莱或PORON或ETPU或硅胶或凝胶。
减速度值越小吸震效果越好，能量回复值越大，回弹性越好。
作为改进的一种具体实施方式，定型层4采用负氧离子竹炭纤维或硅胶或TPU或竹炭泡棉。
定型层4用含有负氧离子竹炭纤维材料或硅胶或 PE 塑料或竹炭泡棉等材料，成型后具有一定硬度，稳固足跟周围及内外足弓凸缘不易变形，提供高强度支撑。
负氧离子竹炭纤维材料可释放负氧离子对人体有益，且加入竹炭材质吸附细菌，有效减少足部异味。
实施例2
参照图7所示，本实施例与上述实施例的区别仅在于，该鞋垫的腰窝支撑区域与上述鞋垫结构不同。
足弓可根据足弓高低，在缓震层和/或回弹层设置填充部9，定制填充EVA或泡棉等材料进入填充部9，填充EVA、泡棉等材料提供支撑和抗扭转力，且可控制填充部9的填充材料的多少从而匹配高足弓或扁平足的患者，定型层4外端设有防滑纹。
支撑层设置防滑纹8，防滑纹8可以为网格状或由直线形或三边形或四边形或五边形或六边形延展开形成的平面，可进一步增大鞋垫与鞋子的摩擦，避免在穿着运动过程中出现滑动的现象。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例，凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种健康舒适鞋垫，其特征在于：包括从上向下依次设置的透气层(1)、缓震层(2)和回弹层(3)，所述透气层(1)、缓震层(2)和回弹层(3)依次固定连接，所述回弹层(3)底部前端内嵌有压力调节片(5)，所述回弹层(3)底部后端固定有定型层(4)，所述定型层(4)对应鞋垫的脚后跟处内嵌有减震片(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种健康舒适鞋垫，其特征在于：所述压力调节片(5)斜面拼接在回弹层(3)上端，所述压力调节片(5)包括拇指部(50)、脚掌部(51)和足弓部(53)，所述拇指部(50)、脚掌部(51)和足弓部(53)一体固定设置，所述拇指部(50)匹配拇指形状，所述脚掌部(51)包含第一至第五跖趾关节部，所述足弓部(53)匹配人体足弓内侧或外侧形状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种健康舒适鞋垫，其特征在于：所述透气层(1)、缓震层(2)和回弹层(3)的侧边边沿皆设有匹配人体脚底后跟部和足弓部的渐进式包裹型足弓后跟一体部(7)，所述透气层(1)、缓震层(2)和回弹层(3)的前掌处设有匹配第一跖骨球和第五跖骨球的下凹处，所述第一跖骨球和第五跖骨球的下凹处中间过渡外凸，贴合足底前掌曲面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种健康舒适鞋垫，其特征在于：所述回弹层(3)采用减速度为120-129m/s，能量回复为33-36%的欧斯莱。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种健康舒适鞋垫，其特征在于：所述回弹层(3)的前掌设有匹配压力调节片(5)的开口(52)，所述压力调节片(5)固定在开口(52)内。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种健康舒适鞋垫，其特征在于：所述透气层(1)采用多孔透气抗菌网布制成。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种健康舒适鞋垫，其特征在于：所述缓震层(2)为采用减速度为110-119m/s，能量回复为31-34%的欧斯莱。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种健康舒适鞋垫，其特征在于：所述减震片(6)采用PORON材料或ETPU或硅胶或凝胶，所述减震片(6)厚度为4-6mm，所述回弹层(3)内匹配设置减震片(6)的减震槽(60)，减震槽(60)深度为 1-3mm，减震片(6)在内嵌减震槽(60)后仍高出回弹层(3)。
