before maintenance, the sealing baffle plate 16 is overturned and lifted by the pulling handle 24, so that the sealing of the maintenance through hole 41 is opened, the rotating pull rod 21 is pulled to drive the sliding block 19 to move towards the pulling handle 24, then the rotating pull rod 21 is rotated to make the other end of the rotating pull rod 21 contact with the L-shaped stop block 22, the sealing baffle plate 16 is fixed by the stop of the L-shaped stop block 22, the sliding block 19 is continuously applied with a force far away from the pulling handle 24 through the elastic deformation of the compression spring 20, the sliding block 19 is prevented from moving after being fixed, through the design of the maintenance structure, the sealing baffle plate 16 can be lifted and fixed by the fixing shell 17 and the structural matching of the sliding block 19 and the rotating pull rod 21, the contact surface of the wallboard and steam is enlarged during maintenance, the maintenance effect is better, the maintenance time is shortened, the production efficiency is improved.

1. A manufacturing model of an assembly type building wallboard is characterized by comprising two maintenance units (100) which are arranged in parallel, wherein two ends of each maintenance unit (100) are fixedly provided with corner connecting units (200), the corner connecting units (200) at the two ends of the two maintenance units (100) respectively correspond to each other, and a plurality of fixedly connected side edge units (300) are fixedly arranged between every two corresponding corner connecting units (200); the maintenance unit (100) is of a cuboid structure, the outer side of the maintenance unit is open, the inner side of the maintenance unit is provided with a maintenance plate (1), and a plurality of maintenance holes (41) are uniformly formed in the maintenance plate (1); the top of the maintenance plate (1) on the inner side of the maintenance unit (100) is rotatably connected with a sealing baffle plate (16), and the length and the width of the sealing baffle plate (16) are matched with those of the maintenance plate (1); the side unit (300) is of a cuboid structure, the outer side of the side unit is open, the inner side of the side unit is a plate surface, and a plurality of vertical strip-shaped through grooves (42) are uniformly formed in the inner side of the side unit.

The model for making the assembled building wallboard according to claim 8, wherein the first lower inserting plate (7) and the first lower side baffle plate (37) are fixed with the lower fixing plate (4) through welding; the first upper inserting plate (8) and the first upper side baffle (38) are fixed with the upper fixing plate (5) through welding; the second lower inserting plate (12) and the second lower side baffle (39) are fixed with the lower corner plate (2) through welding, and the second upper inserting plate (13) and the second upper side baffle (40) are fixed with the upper corner plate (3) through welding.

s2: placing a lower corner plate (2) and an upper corner plate (3) on a movable plate for production and at two ends of a plurality of lower fixing plates (4) and upper fixing plates (5), completing fixation through the matching of a stabilizer bar (35) and a blocking ring (36), and fixing the lower fixing plates (4), the upper fixing plates (5), the lower corner plates (2) and the upper corner plates (3) through a first fixing clamp block (27);
s3: the maintenance unit (100) is placed on a movable plate for production and between the two lower corner plates (2) and the upper corner plate (3), and the maintenance unit (100) is fixed with the lower corner plates (2) and the upper corner plates (3) through the cooperation of the second fixing clamp blocks (28).
