(3) comparing the pressure intensity data information and the pressure increasing curve with set data, and if an overproof error exists, automatically obtaining correction data;
(4) adjusting the output pressure of the extrusion oil cylinder according to the comparison and correction data until the shaping operation of the wallboard is completed;
(5) and recording and storing the operation data of the extrusion oil cylinder, and comparing the operation data with the previous operation data to obtain a new production data reference.
2. The vector control extrusion molding technique of claim 1 wherein the settling rate data information of the squeeze cylinders in step (2) is proportional to the oil pressure status in the squeeze cylinders.
3. The vector control extrusion molding technique of claim 1, wherein the pressure increasing curve in step (2) is the corresponding relationship between the pressure value at various positions of the inner wall of the wallboard mold cavity and the pressing time.
4. A vector control extrusion technique suitable for the production of wallboard as claimed in claim 1 wherein the pressure increasing curve set in step (3) is a function increasing curve.
5. A vector control extrusion forming apparatus suitable for use in the production of wallboard, comprising:
the driving module is used for increasing the oil pressure in the oil cylinder and applying pressure to and shaping the wallboard raw material particles;
the sensing module is used for acquiring settlement output data information of the oil cylinder and pressure data information of each position in the wallboard die cavity;
the display module is used for converting the data information acquired by the sensing module into a time domain image, comparing the feedback data with the data set by the display module to obtain correction data, and feeding the correction data back to the driving module;
and the control module is used for controlling the driving module to execute the correction command and changing the oil pressure input state in the oil cylinder.
